They have called many times and I usually ignore the call. So now whenever they call, they get an earful of loud dubstep. I have tried telling them to remove me.

These people call my home every morning and every afternoon and wake my husband who is a recovering stroke patient.  I have asked them kindly and also meanly to please take me off their call list.  We are listed on the NC list.  Calls stopped for 2 days and now have started again.  This has been going on for over 3 months now.

All scammers.  I hook up to fax machine and/or block number.  I mainly leave it on the fax.

These people keep calling don't know who they are or what they want though. They call continually sometimes its 8pm. I'm on the do not call list does no good at all


if its a bank phone or cable companies affiliations. You can't opt out on those at all I know because iv tried. These ppl will stop calling for a yr. If you ask not to be called . When the yr is up the calls will be continued

I saw some messages on here saying they are VA?????   NOOOO. They are a sham rip off, trying to find people who have VA Loans to be ripped off. The VA does not ask for Mortages, ( VA Qualification) that is given to people who have VA eligability, Prior  Military etc... I get almost daily calls from them and each time I ask to be removed from their call list, but obviously that never happens. Even reported to donotcall.gov but that's probably worthless too. Just called 727-347-1930 and asked to be removed from their system, was transfered to a supervisor (Frank D) and he claims he will take me out of their system. Lets see... ReplyPissed No More

I am getting these phones call and i am on the dont call list.

Received two calls from this number to my cell phone and when I answered no one was there.

I called them as well using live chat through the web site.  I was nice and polite, the lady was as well, and promised to remove my name and number.

As an ex employee from this corp, people dont understand that being on the do not call registry doesn't matter when we aren't selling anything.  We provide a service.  I can understand that the calls get annoying but a majority of the time employee's get hung up on before they can do the right procedures to take you off the list.  Of course I'm sure that there are people that work there (Not myself) that have had a pissed off person on the phone who screams and yells at them.  Why would they take the steps to remove someone as pissed off as this guy.  Ask for the call to be recorded, insist kindly to speak with a supervisor if the calls persist, and within 48 hours your name will be taken off the list.  However, if you are in the system multiple times you may have to do the process again.  If you don't have an applicable loan for the program the call takes a simple 10 seconds to complete.

I have been getting these calls for well over a year. I had 35 calls from this number in two days time last week. I have told them repeatedly to stop calling. Time to file a police report for harassment.

This company is by far the biggest piece of bothersome crap around! 866-812-6662 ask them to take me off the list and they've called 100 times sense! I'm gonna go OJ on these [***] w/ harassment......

I filed a complaint with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi in the morning by late afternoon I received a response and have not recieved anymore calls from them..

I got a call from this number today. Funny reading through all the posts on the various websites that allow individuals to post comments about telephone calls they receive. Use a little common sense prior to showing your ignorant side by posting silly messages. "How do these people get my cellphone number!!!!!"

It works like this. You get a call and answer it. You say hello, you may even have to say "hello" a second or third time after of which a representative of the business of whom is calling, answers.

They have your number for a variety of reasons. Perhaps a prior user of the telephone number you have gave it to them or, your telephone number is included in a block of telephone numbers (ie: 419-709-XXXX), etc., etc. The computer that has your number dials it. When their computer detects a carrier connection meaning, you've answered their call, it then directs your call to one of their representatives. Information about the number it dialed in which you answered is displayed on their computer screen. They quickly read the screen and begin with whatever reason they are calling. So for those of you who, "I answer and no one says anything" it's because there is a delay from the time you answer, until their computer can connect you to one of their available reps, who then reads you info from their monitor, and then engages in conversation. This can take anywhere from 5 to 15+ seconds. So theirs your answer as to why you get phone calls where no one says anything. Give it a little time. In most instances they will. How they got your number to begin with is as I've stated above. A prior user of your telephone number, a block of numbers pre-programmed for their computer to call, or perhaps a friend or even an enemy has given them your number for whatever psychotic reason they chose. Deal with it. If you have a smart phone and "how do these people get my cellphone number!!!!!!"; go to your app store, download a free app that once such numbers call in, you can add their number to the apps list of numbers who, when they call again, simply blocks their call in however fashion the app is designed. That's what I do. I do use these type websites to see who it is who is calling just in the event it is someone I need or want to talk to... not to mention, get a good laugh by the ignorant messages that people post on such websites like this!!!

These people call me and when I answer they hang up.  Have called and told the person answering that I am sick and tired of these hang ups.  They say they will remove me but the calls keep coming.  My wife is terminally ill will ALS and I do not need this.  I have decided that 2 can play this game.  I am starting to call them several times a day and then hang up on them.  The Do Not Call reigistry is a joke and they do not have a hair on their ass to address these situations.

I've done everything possible to stop them from calling, the only thing that works is to block them....

I filed a complaint at ...http://csapp.800helpfla.com/CSPublicApp/Complaints/FileComplaint.aspx.... on 1/30/2013 on 2/5/2013 I received a reply stating my number would be removed for the database.

Mortgage Investors Corp has been a real pain, I hope this does it....
