In order for you to get this far in the agreement process you may have to give your credit card information first, so ignore this post.  Do not give these people any credit card or debit card information.  Ask if you can copy the agreement so that you can review it first.  If they tell you that you have to provide all the other information first hang up.  This should give you a clue about their real intentions.  I personally would want to review alllllllllllllll of the details and fine print before agreeing to everything in any contract.  If there is any way to copy the agreement so that officials or a lawyer can determine if this agreement is legal, many people would be helped by finding out.  But, do not give out your CC or DC account numbers.  Once they have that information, you will never be able to control the way that they use that account for their own benefit.

King 5 is a local station in Seattle and they have a staff that looks for businesses that are ripping people off.  If you go to Investigators@king5.com and email your story in, they will investigate the company and bring attention to their illegal business practices.  

Another email at the same station is getjesse@king5.com .  Jesse is a reporter at King 5 that does a phenomenal job of getting to the bottom of these problems, and confronts business owners on the air.  Jesse takes his job very seriously, and if you have been ripped off, Jesse will give this company the exposure that they sooooooo deserve.  In your emails to Jesse let him know about this website and the 800 # that he needs to enter to research this company.  Also ask him to go to Rip Off Report so that he can see what kind of people we are dealing with.

Send your emails in, the more emails that they receive, the more they will realize that this is a serious problem, and eventually this company will be shut down.

Well my page is now on the first page of google. They did everything as advertised. took 2 months. no, i do not work for the place, just tired of reading poor reviews that are baseless. If you sell dropship crap or other over marketed products you will not see any more hits than normal. if you have a product that sells on ebay it will sell on the web. too many peaple try the web when the ebay method will not work. drop ship distributors will say say" oh, ebay is too competitive" well what would make peaple think that the web will be any better. Drop shippers go back to your day jobs, dropshipping is the real scam. You cant just pay a few bucks and expect resultes with no effort involved. It looks like alot of the reviews are done by other webpage promotion companies. What they do personaly is of no concern to me. let them have sex at work if they want to, just as long as i'm on the first page of google i realy do not care if they have a messy office. I think that they know how to sell and thats what im looking to do. maybee others can learn from how they get the job done. they charge a bit more than i would like but they got the job done so i'm not going to complain. my items sell on ebay so they sell on the web too.

This is not about their selling abilities,this is about their sleazy sales tactics.  There is no question that they can sell, the question is, can they deliver.  I don't believe that you are not working at Captures, I belive that you posted this comment at the beginning of this thread, in hopes that the people who visit this site will just take your word for it, and stop right here, instead of reading all the threads. I say again, a real, satisfied customer would not have any reason to seek out websites like this if they got what they paid for. These are Warren's very words, when he displayed his opinions under the name " Fly on the Wall".  You are a fraud.  As usual, you are just like all the other  people posting comments here in favor of this company with out giving out your name, URL, and phone number,so that we can analize your site and test it to see if it comes up on the first pages of the search engines.  Also the only URL that we were given later in this thread turned out to be a site that was owned by someone who works at this company.  When these sales reps take you to sites owned by an employee, every hit, allows them to climb to the first pages of the search engines. It allows them to promote those sites only.  So when they take you to those sites you are under the impression that your site will get the same results.  That is not the case, and if they don't even build the site after they take your money, you obviously have no chance in the world.  Not that you had a chance to begin with.  Anyone who comes on this site claiming to have a fantastic site that is on the first pages of the search engines is a fraud if they are  not willing to give details, such as URL ect.  If this company wants to clear their reputation, they know what to do. Instead, they use idiot PR within the confines of the company.  They can't provide URLs that are on the first pages of the search engines, because they don't exist, unless they are the 4 or 5 sites that they promote in their sales pitch, that are owned by people that work at Captures.com.

The fact that this guy would say that he doesn't care if thay have sex in the office speaks volumes, and I am under the impression that there is a note of greed and perversion in his so called testimonial.  Sounds like a Captures.com employee to me.  My question to you is, how did you come to know about the threads on this site?  From another sales rep?  Or, perhaps you lost a sale due to the fact that people are wising up to your tactics because they are reading threads from this site?  So now your angry, because you are not going to see that big commission check on pay day, and you come here to tell everyone that this company gave you what you paid for.  Right!  What is your URL ?  I will tell you what your URL is, www.fraudandPRidiot.com   That is your URL! Second, with you being a website owner, you sure do have a problem with your spelling and grammar, as we can see in your report that you filed on this page. Maybe you should go back to school, or maybe you should go to the mental hospital and get prescribed some psychiatric medications to help that troubled mind of yours. My cousin says that Seroquel(R) will do the trick, and it will help alleviate your apparent schizophrenic and bi-polar disorders that you have. Well, if you are complaining and laughing at the same time about your 'so-called' problems with Captures, then that is an indicator of bi-polar disorder, and I rest my case on this issue with you Tony.

Captures.com, WebMarketingSource.com or now calling yourselves Visible.net...it's so obvious that the ratings for postings on this site, are being manipulated by employees of your company.  If consumers that don't even know you, would read these complaints, they would have no reason to give the comments a thumbs down, as they'd be reading information on a company they don't even know about, and would only think the comments could help them better make an informed decision, as to whether or not to do business with you.  Only people who DO know the company, or work for them, as you do...would even think to hit 21 plus thumbs down ratings on several of these postings.  Paaaallleeeease, that is so obvious!  The ratings truly mean nothing anyway.  It is the actual comments within these postings that DO mean something to the consumers reading them.  If you look at the ratio of thumbs up per thumbs down...you can see that you're only trying to save face, by rating them yourselves.  Nice try, but that won't work.  We can all see right through your games.  It's the postings themselves that come up on the search engines anyway...NOT the ratings.  And that's whats most important.

This is by far one of the best dealings I've ever had with a website marketing company. They have followed through on everything I have been told they would do. In case you're wondering, I am a consumer and I frequently advocate for companies I use, online and off. The fact that you underestimate that and attempt to force your opinions shows you are a coward in denial. Power to the consumer, not jealous idiots.

What is your website URL?  Since you claim to be an advocate, you shouldn't have any problem posting your site, for all to see.  We'd be very interested in seeing the site of a happy customer.  Those who have posted negative comments here, are by no means a coward, they have the courage to get their story out there, and do so with the hopes of saving others from being hurt by companies that take advantage of consumers. Those who have told their stories, or who have written negative comments about Visible.net, are primarily those who by the way HAVE been taken advantage of by this company.

Everyone is allowed to state their opinions and experiences.  You have every right to state yours as we do ours.  So you should not acuse anyone of doing anything other than exactly what you have done. It's important that the truth be told.

So you think these people want you to do their work for them?  No, these people don't want you to do their work for them,or even opperate their business.  They just want what they paid for. They want you to build their website and put them on the first pages of the search engines, as promised.
You people are not even willing to set up marketing or build the web sites. So tell me something........how are these people going to opperate a website business, with out a website?  Also, there are several people from your company that are posting threads on this site claiming to be satisfied customers, but they never leave a URL, with contact info. Why is that?  Warren states that you have over 5K clients?  Why don't you give us their URLs. Ok, just post at least a hundred URLs on this site, from those clients that are on the first pages of the search engines so we can see for our selves.  If you are not willing to do that, then stop wasting our time here.  At this point in the conversation, the only thing we want to see, are those URLs. Our request is plain and simple.  Give us 100 URLs that we can analize and contact by phone, to see if you actually built their site.  If you can't do this, game over! Got it?  Anything else that you have to say, is just self delusion and ranting.

After you get your life together and find better employment, perhaps you should also get an education. If any of you have been taken by this company,and they have your credit card or debit card number, go to your bank or credit card company and tell them about your situation with this company.  Cancel those cards and have new ones issued.  By law you are allowed to cancel any transaction, that you deem to be fradulent, with in 30 days.  Don't let them talk you into waiting more than 28 days to deliver on their promises. As you become more familiar with the tactics used by this company, you will realize that they will do anything to get their money, even if you cancel the transaction through the credit card company.  They will even take you to collections.  If you don't cancel your cards they will continue to take money from your account.

This is all non-sense. I have been happy since day one with this company. I own 6 sites with stores online and they have have helped me promote two of them so far. I plan on signing one more up in the next couple of weeks. i wouldn't buy from a company that won't deliver and I have bought several times from them. I guess we all have our own experiences.

Now you are really getting desperate.  Still, you are not willing to provide URLs and contact information so that we can verify your site exists, and see if it is on the first pages of the search engines.  Do you realize how defeated you sound?  Everything that you say and do here will be used against you. You are going to continue to loose thousands.  These posts are obviously working,or you wouldn't be so desperate to change the ratings here.  People already know what you are doing to manipulate this site, and they are going to ignore the ratings. I have been contacted by this company numerous times as well. After doing some research I have discovered a few things. First, they are not affiliated with storesonline at all. I contacted the storesonline company and they are basically just an ecommerce hosintg solution. They did inform me that this web marketing source company finds people who have registered domains and tried to identify their hosting company based off of the nameservers for their domain name. Then they call you and claim to be associated with storesonline or whatever company. After talking to the guy from web marketing source I found he was full of BS. Google has specifically said that anybody who claims to get you top page rankings is full of it. Nobody can claim that, even google employees. So, they end up charging you thousands of dollars and either give you half of it back at the end of 6 months (that's their refund policy) for basically doing nothing, or they may get you ranked for obscure keywords that aren't searched for very much to begin with. It's easy to get good rankings for useless keywords that nobody searches for. One last thing, if the company is legit, then why have they changed their name so many times?
