Relax everyone; it is our great pleasure to instruct everyone, on just how this company and others associated with it; are handling their affairs. YOUR DEBIT & CREDIT CARD NUMBERS, any means necessary; against your will. Technically in computer terms; the word: Capture means to obtain Digital Packets of Information. Or better yet; simply COPY it, without you knowing. The provision of services of Captures.com is NOTHING BUT A FRONT, and that means that Captures.com is hiding critical malpractice details; however, they mistakenly used the name: “Captures” to identify their Modus Operandi.

Not good.

We hope everyone is focused for we are going to apply great tension to their organizations, by giving a thorough brief essay on SEO; which means Search Engine Optimization. Next; we are going to give a summary from all the reports we read; here on 1-800 Notes, and Rip-off Report. Then we are going to lay down evidence that the Federal Authorities are pending to know; which is involved with our pending summary.

Starting with SEO. Most people do NOT know how to program computers. Neither do we; except for Flow Charting. However; getting to the point: When companies like Captures.com, Mobile Penguins (HUSH MATT), Visible.net, and etc. tell you on the phone that they can get your website; on the top of the lists of the Search Engines:

We have learned; it is up to the SEARCH ENGINE, and ONLY the Search Engine to get your Site up on these lists, not these fabricated companies you are complaining about. (This is correct; from our experience). For example: If you do a Google Search and type in the Search Bar: Mobile Penguins (in Quotation Marks) and just the word: POKER (single-spaced next to the quotation), what do you get; FIRST on The List? Ripoff Report's Rebuttal; that Mr. Ulysses Robinson wrote month before last month; that's attached to Concerned Citizen's initial report titled: Captures has changed its name to Visible.net. As you see; Google Inc. is quite embarrassed to know that Mobile Penguins has used their Logo; even though it was removed; to promote the companies' practices. So to make this very clear: Mobile Penguins is indeed involved with CYBERCRIME. Powerful explosives; aren't we? Like the saying goes:

So let's enjoy the controlled-demolition of Mobile Penguins, and others alike by giving information that we know. First of all; according to a report that we read; Mr. Jarod McMillan (CEO of Mobile Penguins) is a Linux Programmer, and he mistakenly left his hatch open in this severe storm that we are processing. In other words: We have evidence that states that Jarod was helping other programmers; to learn how to capture information regarding the bank accounts at Bank of America, and then suggesting them to encrypt the financial information; so that the authorities would find it hard to trace, but they would still have access to it.

And to explain a method that your information can be captured; (if you were NOT called by Mobile Penguins, Captures, Visible.net, Beyond Search, or Internet Advancement) is by a computer program called: Keystroke Logging. (or Key Logger) Wikipedia.org has vital information on how this works, and our summary for definition is: A computer virus (that you DO NOT know that is running) which monitors what you are TYPING, and secretly sends it too its secret destinations.

A good way that Mobile Penguins does this; is by having the company employees get drug addicts (eh-hem) to use their personal computers to track IP's (Internet Protocol) from many businesses and run programs to monitor your network; to acquire your financial information. Most likely; this works to a great deal, and; of course, the drug addicts are rewarded with the cash they steal from the average business and/or consumers. Unfortunately; I must warn you, these people are very aggressive, and will resort to VIOLENCE if any outsiders were to know about their fraudulent tactics.

So that is why the Auditor; who posted a Rebuttal on Rip-off Report found what she saw; in regards to the office conditions, and we are happy to announce the Federal Authorities' knowledge of the Company Video that is titled: Broken Chair Prank, which is currently hosted on YouTube. There is NO sense in removing the video, for it is very funny. Besides; I think it is illegal to use companies like YouTube to post Business Ads, like Visible.net's two commercials that we found; along with Mobile Penguin's.

Moving along; it would make sense to victimize drug addicts, so that Mobile Penguins can blame them with the charges; and the other companies, rather than Mobile Penguins taking the blame. That is why Matt was very defensive; stating that all of the companies are separate. Matt wants you to think this is true, but it is not. This is a very brilliant way to HIDE THE MONEY, and it is our effort to stop the Roots; along with the Branches; metaphorically speaking. By the way; Mobile Penguins, we have a question for you: Why does your company have so many Tax Warrants; listed under King County Superior Court Online Clerk's Office? We think we counted eleven (11) of them….

Also; it is VERY IMPORTANT to know: Not only are they busybodies (getting as much information about you), they move around a lot. Meaning: They move their headquartered locations to different locations (State to State), AND change the possible ownership of the same company to someone else; so that they can: FOOL the Better Business Bureau... Meaning: the Better Business Bureau ERASES all of the PREVIOUS REPORTS making them LOOK GOOD AGAIN. Information was obtained here from 800Notes.com under the Name of Online Research; on Page Five, and from what we saw; there is actually SIX long pages of Reports so far. Not to mention; Captures employees wrote good reports; claiming to be customers, and the complainers brought up a valid point that they observed that the so-called customers did not post their URL's (Uniform Resource Locator - Meaning: Website Address; like ripoffreport.com for example)

We are now going to Cut to the Chase: Mobile Penguins Incorporated has spawned many companies; UNDER SECRECY, registered Bank Accounts with them, moved the funds there temporarily, then transferred the money to their Personal Accounts. Tabitha McMillan (Jarod's soon to be ex-wife; we'd bet) is the Chief Financial Officer that handles most of all the transactions; with your money, that you and/or your business used to have. Important Fact: Some of the companies created were NOT related to SEO in any way. Many are out-of-business. And these companies (from what we know) use what we call: The Copy & Paste Technique from other companies like NCO Financial; which is a legitimate Collection Agency, and Mobile Penguins acts like they are that company sometimes. This is the Bottom Line: What we are dealing with is Cybercrime done by remorseless GANGSTERS.

Unfortunately; Cybercrime is very tricky and hard to deal with, since Linux (hacker's computer programming language) CAN easily travel vital information in ways that the Original Programmer will NOT be traced. It is amazing just what a meth drug addict can do! In other words (like I said many times): Since 9/11; the Floodgates to Fraud are WIDE OPEN. We hope you see why our National Gas Price is FOUR DOLLARS today.

HOWEVER! The only way, it seems; to eliminate this problem is to totally change the Online E-Commerce Structure; getting away from debit & credit cards, and move to a Federal Classified Operation. Basically; this is an Economic Policy where Anonymous is NOT ALLOWED! The future we want is: Who (registered) wants to spend digital money, where (registered) is it going, how much is involved, what is the time & date of this transaction, and HOW OFTEN?

So... It looks like their Title Name for Getabag.com was changed from Captures.com to this:

"Backpacks, CD Holders, Coolers, Duffel Bags by Get a Bag"

But still; it will not be difficult to analyze this website, for if we look at the bottom of the main-page; we can still see validation of the total claim to this particular website; by Captures.com.

By the way; it only takes a couple of minutes to change the Title Name, and another Double-Agent informed us that the reason for using the Name: "Get a Bag" is an expressive attitude of how Captures.com really feels about you.

Meaning: "Get a Bag! Pack your things, and go!!! Because; after we do what we will do to you (take your money), on the STREET you will be!!!!"

The "Get A Bag" web site is one of the sites that they use in  their presentations.  It was mentioned by the ex employee.

As far as the death threat, I still don't beleive that that was just another random employee.  Making threats like that on the internet is a federal offense.  That is why she wants everyone to belive that it was not her.

This is one of five websites that you use in your presentations that is on the first pages of the search engines.  It has never been captures.com at any time.  Captures.com is the author, but still you only have four to five sites that you promote in your presentations.  Every time you take clients to those sites and ask them to look at those sites, you are able to promote those sites only on the search engines. Every hit, allows them to climb higher and higher on the seach engines.  That is how they got there to begin with.  That was mentioned by someone at the beginning of these threads.  Also as you continue to hire more employees and they buy sites from you, those sites are added to your presentation.

Sounds like Ronna has a very abrasive personality and she has several enemies, and emotional problems. She behaves like someone who should be locked up, so that she doesn't harm others  That is all the more reason to believe that she posted that threat.  If you are trying to defend Ronna, you are just making it worse by insulting our intelligence.

I would never do business with a company that treatens their clients. You have no respect for your clints, and you obviously disrespect your selves, as it has been stated many times before by others, including the ex employee.  Intelligent people are not going to do business with a company like yours. If they do, they will surely regret it.  I avoided that mistake by doing my research.

One of your employees threatens to send video to the media if you even try, not to pay their commissions or taxes, and states very clearly that the sexual behavior goes on in the back room of your office somewhere, where all the guys are. I hope that video reaches the media soon. He also states the Mike Bixby hates white people, and he is more than happy to rip off a white customer. Now we understand why Mike feels so inferior, and looks for every opportunity to make thousands at our expense, and takes pride in the fact that he ripped off a white client. You can buy all the bling you want, you are still a looser and a thug. Your company is still ripping people off, or these complaints wouldn't be here.

There is very important information about a private investigator that is tracking the cybercrimes that this company is involved with.  If you click on page 7 when you schroll to the bottom of this page, there is a very extensive background report on this company.  This company is discribed as being a cyber gangster and states that they will resort to violence if they are interfered with by anyone from the outside.  The investigator also explains how drugs are involved with this company and it's opperations, and how they capture your financial information through the bank and Bank of America by meth addicts that hack your account information.  Make sure you read this. The spot light is on this company now, and you need to be informed before you give out any financial information. Simply,do not make the mistake of doing business with this company regardless of what they promise.  These people are pathological liars and gangsters.

These people are obviously reacting to all the bad news about their company on the internet.  They sound like they are reacting in a distructive way, which most people do when they realize that now they have nothing to loose and they are admitting defeat. Obviously these threads have had a huge impact on their business, and now that the feds and other authorities are investigating all of the cyber crime that is going on, they just want to get you to go to these sites for various reasons to cause you harm or offend us with porn material.

I want to personally thank 800notes.com for making this investigation possible, so that other consumers will not be harmed by these people.  Obviously the BBB was no help at all.  Thank god this organization doesn't take pay offs to clear the names of companies like this.

I have looked at the case # that was provided by the investigator and it appears that there is a personal injuy case that has a another court date for October, and this case goes back to 2007. The investigator above indicated that these people will resort to violence and there appears to be three people involved in assault charges, and Captures is mentioned.  It looks like Glen Jonesy and Mike Bigsby were called forward for testimony, not sure, but their names are listed there as well.l As you can see the feds have good reason to investigate this company and their criminal activities to a great extent. If these people have you credit card or debit card information, cancel those cards and talk to your bank about the information you have read here about the keystroke technique.

I received three calls in a row from this company today, all within minutes. I had stepped out so did not pick up but no message left.

I'm guessing they farmed my business number from my website. I am a marketing consultant, my specialty is branding and positioning. It never ceases to amaze me the low tactics implemented by companies to gain clients.

Unfortunate for this company I am not taking on any new clients. I doubt they could afford me given the low end campaign they have resorted too.

To the company (whatever name it goes by on any given day) who calls my business cell phone - may the fleas of a thousand camels infest your groins and may your arms be to short to then scratch and dial.

If any of the employees at Captures are offended by the treatment that you have received from the people in this company, the best video that you can send us, is video of Warren or any of the other managers that talk to you about sales tactics that the company intends to use to manipulate the consumers. We want to know about any future sales tactics, and deceptive practices that they intend to use, so that we can continue to post that information here or send that to investigators, for their review. So, when they have sales meetings in the morning, get video on that. If you can get video on Mike Bigsby, selling multiple sites, or any other video that will allow us to see Mike Bigsby behaving in a unprofessional way, we would also like to have video on that.

If there is anyone here who is a regular on this site that has also posted rebuttals on the ROR site, go to www.ripoffreport.com and post information about 800notes.com, and the number that they need to type in to find this information.  Also inform the people on ROR that are still paying Captures.com money for services that they did not receive, let them know that they sould cancel their debit cards and credit cards to get this company off their back.  People on Rip Off Report need to have this information. Also copy and paste the investigators report on page 7, to your rebuttal on Rip Off Report. For those consumers who choose to cancel their debit cards and credit cards, this information will be useful for them to take to their banks and stop payments to this rip off company. I prefer not to give out the information that ROR is asking for in order to post a comment on their site.  We should not assume that those people know about all the threads that are posted here.  If they are able to see the information here it would make it easier for them to protect themselves, until this company is shut down, and it will be soon.  Mike Bigsby, Warren, Glen Jonesy, and others, are now comming to the end of their gravy train.

I keep getting calls from this company, and no body is there, its a recording! and it is just babbling on about your basic search engine listings and stuff. But they have called over 4 times in a 15 min period because i didnt answer the phone before, thank goodness for caller id. We'll see if they keep calling or not.

God you are so wrong. Making broad generalizations like poor grammar is a sign of an inferiority complex and that the truth is usually short and to the point. Where do you get this from, your own twisted psyche? I wrote the fly on the wall comments and I assure you, I am not Warren. Sometimes when you type fast and have much to say, you miss a couple of grammar errors. It doesn't really bother me personally to write things with minor grammatical errors, so rest assured I do not feel inferior or threatened. I am a little pissed that people who know so little about this company and who haven't worked here for a while feel like because I make one or two errors in several paragraphs worth of explanation that they have a license to open their big FAT mouths and say whatever they want about us, true or not. I have received calls from this company several times before, and have always told them that we couldn't afford to spend $4000 on marketing our website at this time. I am so glad I did research on this company today. Thanks to all of those who have posted the info on this company. It is too bad that we can't seem to trust anyone anymore. For someone like me, who truly believes in honesty & integrity, this is a horrible realization.

I planned on providing them with a web store that was all set up with everything they will need to get them going and of course it would be free of charge. This first store was going to a widowed single mother who has a severely autistic child and is in financial need, as are many in today's economy. Now that being said, I would like to express how this whole experience has caused me to become so ill, but I have not given up my desire to help those in need. I will not let up in my efforts to recover my money so as to continue with my original plan. I just need to let the public know about Webmarketingcource.com, Visible.net, and Captures.com, they are smooth talking rip-off artists, especially Eric S. and Andrew.

I was looking for a 'Turn-Key' web store, due to the reason that I was busy with prior obligations. I thoroughly explained my situation and what I was looking to do for the young woman who I was planning to give the web store too. I spoke with Eric S. from Captures.com and he verbally promised us that they would provide me with a top of the line, one of a kind website. Also he promised that they would teach us everything that went into running the website and in the end she would know how to run it herself. Then she in turn would train the next woman who receives a web store from me. Eric said they could provide exactly what we needed everything all set up and ready to run and a webmaster to continue helping us, but the store I was in need of would cost me 3X's what his website advertised. I was trying to help someone become self-sufficient. So we decided to give it a go, Becky and I.

We spoke with Eric in regards to building us a retail website, not an e-commerce store because I had just gone through an ordeal myself with trying to set one of those up. So I was looking for one that was completely 'Turn-Key', due to the reason that Becky and I were busy with prior obligations. We thoroughly explained our situation and what we were looking for as we spoke with Eric and he verbally promised us that they would, then he restated that he would personally make sure we were given a top of the line one of a kind website and that went into running the website would be taken care of and in the end, all we would have to do (and they would teach us), is learn how to update it and maintain it.
After Eric had closed ' the deal' with us, he passed us over to Andrew who would handle all the paperwork and finance part of 'the deal'. Andrew stated that they could not begin until a payment was made too quote, 'get the ball rolling", end quote. At no point and time did they suggest we read over the contract or was it even suggested that we look at it closely and call them back. So we made a payment of $4200.
During our talk with Eric he had been showing us various samples of completed websites online and when he passed us over to Andrew he continued to tell us about what they were planning on doing for us, at the same time asking if we could scroll down to bottom of page and click continue, that was it. Never we were informed that we were providing a click thru acceptance to anything.
Note: Never did they suggest or even hint to the point that we Had to do anything other than wait till it was finished and that wouldn't be till the end of January 2008.

WE did not hear anything from there office until we received an email from a Sal Hakim, (whom we had never even heard of), requesting another installment of $4200, so acting out of good faith, we paid it. Also that same day after receiving our payment, Mikelle from Webmarkwetingsource.com, (another different person) sent us an email requesting that we fill out a website checklist.
THIS IS AFTER WE HAD PAID $8400.00 FOR A TURNKEY WEBSTORE COMPLETE. (This was supposed to s include logo, domain name, drop shipper(s), merchant account, cart set-up, etc, everything for the price I paid.)
We tried to correspond with Eric, via telephone but were unable to reach him. We reasoned since it had been Eric who had promised us from the beginning that this would be taken care of. He of course, was not in the office at the time, and we also learned he had been promoted.
Becky said she would complete it to the best of her ability and emailed it back to them on February 7, 2008. We both discussed the fact that, had we known the answers to the questions on the checklist to begin with we wouldn't have needed their service. We deduced at the time that if they hadn't even answered the basic of questions at this point then they hadn't' even started developing our store yet. We decided to go on what Eric had promised us and no one else had thought to correct upon our subsequent correspondences.

Received email from someone different yet again, Ashton A, stating they still needed more information and for us to pick out a drop shipper as well. It's one thing when you don't pay for something and understandably so,

We replied to the email, saying yes to scheduling a meeting and stated that when we first discussed the web store Eric had said they could do that for us and would, as well as taking care of the domain name. For these very reasons we had sought professional help and were willing to pay them for there experience and knowledge on the matter.

We received an email this time from Andrew requesting we pick a drop shipper. Then an hour later Sal Hakim emailed me requesting the 3rd and final payment of $4200. Acting on good faith I paid them. Sal also sent us a list requesting that we pick a drop shipper from them as well.

Becky emailed Ashton, (we had never had a meeting with anyone as we had wanted too). She wanted to make sure they had the correct information on file for the domain name we already owned, we had decided to go with a domain that we already owned since we had not heard back from them.

My office manager brought to my attention a $79.99 charge that was being paid to Captures.com, Redmond,WA., from my account. I never authorized any such payment to be made to them. Especially when there is no store!!!!!

Emailed Eric to see what had happened to web store. I never heard from him. So we telephoned their main office in Washington and spoke with an individual.
We spoke with someone who informed us that they would have Eric get back to us finally.
He finally returns our call and continues to persuade us to give him/them another chance and start all over again. I had requested a refund at the onset of our conversation but was ignored and so I stated that, he can begin again by him giving me my money back and he can keep his ‘one page store to no-where-land'.

Sent a personal email to Eric, providing him with an opportunity to refund me my money. I have heard nothing from him as of yet.
To be honest this experience has left me feeling so sick and I have spent more than a couple sleepless nights agonizing about this web store, because even though there is no store there is still the financial need, now more than ever for women who need the help.

I HAVE MORE TO SAY BUT THIS REALLY MAKES ME SICK , SO I WILL ADD MORE SOON.
This is more evidence that the people at Captures, WMS, and Visible.net have no remorse.  Their behavior is obviously sociopathic.  Warren and Glen, I have no respect for you.  Your sociopathic behavior, and the things that you allow to go on in your company disgust me.  You are loosers to the bone.  Is this what you wanted to be when you grow up?  Thieves?Is it? Congratulations, you are officially pathological liars, and sociopathic thugs.  You have no class.  Just the lowest class of all,filth. To the fly on the wall, or better yet, Warren, what makes you think that you or any of your looser managers, are a good judge of a good employee versus a bad employee. Anybody can be a manager at this company, it isn't exactly a challenge!  We already heard from good sales reps that were terminated for no other reason, than the fact that they didn't go along with your crude behavior, and behave like pigs.  It was well stated that you took their commissions and leads away from them, after you terminated them for no other reason than greed, and allowed other reps to benenfit.  So I guess these people just didn't know the secret hand shake, is that it?  It is a well known fact that you have your favorites, and those people get leads left over from other employees, and you also make sure that those employees win many of the prizes that are given out at the company.  Strange thing is, when the same people win over and over, it shoud raise questions about why that is happening.  So not only do you cheat your employees, you also rip off your customers.  Are those favorite employees people that sell you drugs, I wonder?  What else do they do for you?


You say that things have changed over there, and do you actually think that we are going to belive that just becaussssssssssse you say so.  We will wait for the authorities to give us the heads up on that one.  You are not exactly the most reliable source. Warren, do you like to live in filth?  I don't think you do, but you are certainly willing to defend it, so that you can puff yourself up and pretend that you are a successful business man to get what you want.  Yet, your behavior is a dead give away!  Do you enjoy your fake life, as a christian, a man, a success?  You are a fake in every aspect of your life.  I suggest that you find a better way to make a living, if you want to be a real man.  Real men don't disrespect themselves or women.  Real men, don't rip people off. Real men know where the boundries are, and they don't cross the line, and the ones who do, are an abomination.  Many of the men that work in your company are nothing more than an abomination to our society, including some of the women there that behave like worthless men and perverts, and you know who they are.

As far as the grammar goes, it is your MO to point out any grammar mistakes to others, when there is no mistake, just to elevate your self worth, so that you can make others feel inferior.  Why?  You people do this because you feel inferior!  But, the grammar issue is neither here nor there, it just proves that you are the people that we are talking about on this site. When you posted your comments on Rip Off Report, you made it all so clear. Remember?

If things have really changed over there, then why haven't we heard about this from the consumers?  Why are they not posting notices here to state that you refunded their money?  And there is that other nasty little issue that you have ignored, time and time again.  Remember the URLs that you were supposed to post here, to prove that you have soooooooooo many satisfied customers that are on the first pages of the search engines.  Well, where are they? If you are thinking of posting fake comments about happy consumers that got refuds, we want their contact information as well, ones that don't live in Washington State.

Nothing has changed at your company.  You are still claiming that this is a good company, without prof.  We, in fact, have reliable resources that beg to differ.  Remember, we told you that we were going to send people to your company to work there and gather information.  We had already done that, long before we stated it on this site.  All of their information matches the complaints posted on this site, and so many others when your name is googled in the searchhhhhhhhhhhh enginesssssssss. Talk about being your own worst enemy, now the search engines are helping you out.  How ironic!  A couple of our people are still there.  We have video!  So who do you think you are fooling?  We have video of your sales meetings.  We have video of conversations in your lavish office when there was a group of people in there laughing about how they nailed other customers.

If your company has changed, Warren,...........then why are you still there?  Didn't these sales reps learn their sales tactics from you?

In regards to "Private Investigator"'s remarks about SEO, he has only revealed how little he knows about the practice.  Of course SEO companies don't place you at the top of the search engines.  They help you optimize your site so it has the best chance possible to be placed at the top of the search engines by the search engines themselves.  And this is not a magic formula that needs to be closely guarded and never revealed.  In fact, our blog, which is prominently displayed on our homepage, is dedicated to giving people info, tips, ideas, and instructions on SEO best practices.  SEO can be done by anyone at all.  What we find is that many people/companies don't have the time or resources necessary to put in the work that good SEO requires.  These are the people/companies that look to our services.
