They havent changed names once. They have acquired new ones to add to their DBA list. If you look, they are from separate services offered by the same people. It's common for companies to have different names for their different divisions. You are confusing this company with Internet Advancement and Mobile Penguins, they are not the same, nor related, period!

Strike 1- You lead people to belive that you are from the company that they originally got the site from, SMC, ect, and tell them that you can get them on the first pages of the search engines, with marketing alone. Fraud!

Strike 2- You take their money, and then they never hear from you again until it is time to call back and try to sell a website. Fraud!

Strike 3- If they cancel their order, because you didn't deliver on your promises,you put them through collections, and give them the run around. Fraud!

And there are so many other strikes against you. So it is only logical to think, that you have changed or added another name to your company to divert bad press,start over through the BBB, and confuse consumers who are looking at internet complaints, to divert attention away from your company.

The negative impact, that this has made on your company, will not go away until you treat your customers with the respect that they deserve, and stop insulting their intelligence.

So I would say that everyone agrees.........three strikes, and beyond, you are out!

I hate it when [***] rant on and on with NO VALID claims or PROOF about what companies supposedly do to them. I see these "supposed consumer complaints" all have one thing in common, no validity or proof what so ever.

Consumers these days know better than to take someones word for something, especially on the Internet, on a site like this, from a person like you.

Consumers TRUST other consumers, and would obviously NOT trust a company who "speaking of proof" CANNOT show proof of truly satisfied customers, and only like to post bogus testimonials with no true validity, especially since they're posted by employees of the company.  And if that were not the case, they would have no quams of posting otherwise to proof their innocence.  Consumers can see through your games.  And if you need to resort to those games to try and prove you have anything but a blemished reputation, then that right there, tells alot about your integrity.  If people do not choose to listen to the complaints written, then they would only find out for themselves what a nightmare you are to deal with.

Obviously they are listening, and people are reporting that their experiences are the same. If the experiences are the same, then the complaints are valid. You just don't like it when consumers protect them selves, do you?  The only ranting that is taking place here, are those fake customers that leave positive comments on this site, to give the consumers the impression, that all is well. Or the ones that rant and rave because they are not getting their way, because their check is smaller than they expected, like you just did.  We all know that they work at Captures.com. Obviously you can't read.  Do you have any valid URLs for us to analize yet?  I would like to see at least 100 since you have over 5,000 clients.  Surely, you can at least come up with at least a 100, out of 5,000. Can't you?  The burden of proof is on you!  It is obvious that you don't even have the intelligence or the faculties to realize when your back is up against the wall.  It is your place to prove that we are wrong, and you have yet to prove that.  You never will!  Why? Because everyone who comes on here claiming to be a satisfied customer,never has a valid website for us to analize, that is not owned by an employee or manager at Captures,not one single website.  Hmmmmmmmm  It doesn't take rocket scientist to figure this out.  You on the other hand, just can't grasp the concept.  Go back to Special ED where you belong.

You really do NOT seem to understand what is going on here. We can do anything we want because we can. We are NOT ripping ANYONE off...PERIOD! We CANNOT go to jail, we CANNOT lose our business, and we KNOW THE LAW!

Do you actually expect me to believe that someone else wrote this text for you Ronna.  Your company may not be willing to give us the URLs that we are asking for, so that we can analize them, because they don't exist.  But, I certainly can analize your text, and the way that you write.  Also when you use the word Yu allllllllll, don't think for a moment that I don't know who you are.  How many meds did you take yesterday? From the timing of your post it sounds like you are having a major anxiety attack, and your typing skills indicate brain damage or at least a nervous break down. No, don't tell me, you have a split personality!  You posted both of these threads on Sunday the 27th of July around 1:30 AM.  Is this keeping you up at nite?  Or were you depressed because your imaginary boy friend didn't show up for your date, to go to Mc Donald's? Did you actually stay up until 1:30 AM, to wait for him? This threat that you made on the internet, will come in very handy when we all go to court.  In fact, isn't this a federal offense?  Also your other post, is quite telling.  What you are really saying to the consumers, is, your company is glad that they ripped them off, and they can always make more money. Did you actually think that this would help?  Do you actually think that your company is untouchable? We will also make a copy of any useful documents that just happen to be laying around for anyone to pick up. If you do have any other employees at your company that you have offended in any way, and they are reading this.  I advise them, to also use your camera on your cell phones to document anything that you would like the media, or the authorities to see, after you leave this company.  It would be very useful to us.

I will make sure that if anything happens to me, that the trail leads directly back to you and the company.  Your post is just one thing that will make that real easy for them to figure out.  If you are wondering why you and some of the other people in you company are having health problems, and problems with cancer, just go to your doctors office and ask the doctor to run a battery of blood tests to check the level of venom in your system, and then the truth will be revealed. True, christians don't carry venom around with them.   Malicious, insecure people however, with a low self esteem, usually do get cancer Ronna, so bring it on.

So; when you or anyone AGREES to accept any service that we are offering, then YOU are bound to OUR Contracts, and it is very true that any of our Companies are NOT obligated to do any of the work that you, and our customers are requesting. And we do possess Notarized Xeroxed Copies (NXC) of all of our Contracts; bearing YOUR signature. And if you read the Fine Print; on your Contract, it clearly states; that your Original Contract may be truncated; if necessary. The purpose of this, is because; paperwork takes up too-much room.

The Contract becomes LAW; right when you signed any of our Contracts, and you all said you read them very well. So it is NOT our fault, and we are working Professionally as you can see. This is done by telling you the truth; out in the open, without any strings attached.

I just want to thank you for the information that you gave me. I read the whole thing. Now that we have your intentions of bringing hidden cameras into our office, we have decided to fire all the new employees, and not allow anyone from the outside. Better yet! Captures.com does not matter, and since you helped us; I think we need to spend $300 to acquire a new Business License, and take it from there.

People, you are being contacted by an organization called Visible.Net; they are located in Redman, Washington.......if you log on to their site you will notice that the contact infomation is very vague. Also, I thought it was funny that their "Clients Page" was blank and said "coming soon" - this simply means that they don't have any clients! I would not do business with them!!

There are clients on the homepage near the bottom right. The contact, support, feedback and live chat options, including the google map would certainly not constitute anything vague about where they are or how to get in touch. The company info page also has details about their brands.

I heard about this website in the office.  WOW... If you are even thinking about withholding my commissions or not paying my taxes..........I intend to send the video that I have collected to the media (Get Jesse).  And as far as what the Ex Employee said about the porn and humping that goes on in the back room where all the guys are.  Ivvvvvvvv got it on video.  Look out Captures. Better not mess up with me.

Also, I can vouch for the comments made about Mike Bixby.  He really hates white people.  You should see what he does when he nails a white customer.

I don't see any URLs here or anywhere else.  We need to see who the author is on any sites that you claim to have built.  I am under the impression that you are just trying to get people here to visit your site under false pretenses, to locate IP addresses, because you can't get them here.  Why is it so difficult for you to post those URLs here so that we can analyze those sites?

I have read all the threads on this site, and I am disgusted with the death threat that Ronna made. I don't believe that the text was posted by another employee at Captures, to pass on a rumor.  I can understand why Ronna would want everyone to beleive that.   It really shows the consumers who you really are.  I am not impressed with your company.  After reading that threat, my question is, why would anyone trust a company like yours? Your threats and comments are only proving that everything that was said about you is true.  

I work very hard for my money, and I always check to make sure that if I am going to spend thousands of dollars, that the people and the company have a good reputation, and they deliver on their promises.  Thank god for the internet, or people like you would be able to get away with anything.  It is the consumer protection sites like this, that protect the consumers from making those very unfortunate mistakes.  People can come here and post their experiences, and warn others honestly, and give us a real profile of the company.  I also tend to beleive the negative things that I read, when the experiences are the same with so many other customers.

You lost my business.  If you call me again, I will do everything I can to just waste your time, and give you the run around, as you have done with your current clients. I am glad I found this site and read the threads here.  It saved me thousands of dollars, and if you follow the advice that you are reading here about this company, I am sure that you will come to the same conclusion, to avoid doing business with this company.  Do your research, before you sign anything, with any company.

Yes! That is one of the URL's that associates with Captures.com. And to help save a lot of time analyzing this site; I will mention that the site's title page name is: Captures.com

What this means is this: It does not matter if your are the one who is running your site; for your business. Captures.com takes all of the claim. In other words: "What's mine is mine, and what's YOURS is MINE!"

Plain and simple.

A reputable website marketing company would NOT take ANY claims to your business. The most that they will do is; tell you that they are associated with your company, and that is it. So; this is why many, many, many complaints have been filed; here and on Rip-off Report. And the possible threat made by Ronna; was probably submitted by someone else who she made extremely angry. Afterall; how can you trust a another criminal who is NOT part of the main family?

In other words: "The criminal who posted; is a DOUBLE-AGENT".
So; let's keep the math simple...
