Just because you are asking people to call a different 800# or any other number doesn't mean that you are not connected to Captures.com. Many businesses have different numbers, just like you have several company names. What does that prove.  We will wait until the authorities to give us the heads up on this. You are not exactly the most reliable source.

Why not open up a line of communication on this thread? Why don't you just tell us what you are thinking right here?  You want to get email addresses because you are bitter, and you want to find out who blew the whistle on you, because you can't get an email address or any other address from this site.  What is it that you want to talk about?  Perhaps it is time for you to think about becoming a better example to your children. Now, would be a good time to learn to be a real man, don't you think? What does your wife think about all of this?  Did your wife have a chance to read these threads about you? If you are so happy about your new found fame, take her to this site.  Does she know that you were harassing women in the company to date you within days of your wedding day?  Does she know the real reason that you married her?  I am not talking about the fact that she was pregnant.

Is this keeping you up at night?  Like, what,1:00 AM in the morning? You are a mess aren't you?  You stayed up very late to post this thread.

So, you want to be infamous, lets explore that possibility right here.  Shall we?  Now it's your move.

Mike is still working with this company.  I think he is just going by a different name when he talks to the customers.  Don't be fooled.  These people think of everything to manipulate the consumers.  Do not buy anything from this company, and do not give out credit card or debit card numbers.  If you do, there will be no end to the charges that they put on your cards.

Another Tricky Sales Tactic replies to FYI
Some of the people out there that have SMC and gift card sites are selling accent pieces, home decor, and house hold items.  When these people call you, they will try to convince you that these sites are selling products that people want.  They will look for a specific product that is on the K Mart or Target website that is just like the product on your site.  Captures sales reps are going to show you that these stores are selling these products and the products on you site will sell as well, if you are on the first pages of the search engines.  There may be a few products on the SMC sites ect, that are sold at these mass murchandise stores, but the majority of the products on your site are not sold in these stores because they are not top sellers.  So not only are you being jilted by SMC ect, you are also being tricked by this website company, into buying a better website for worthless products, that no one really wants.  Get out of the SMC and gift card sites and others like it.  Many of these companies including the multilevel marketing companies are just selling you the false dream of being a business owner.  The pitch is always the same.  You can have financial freedom, freedom of time so that you can quit your 9 to 5 job and fire your boss, the freedom to enjoy your family and work at home, the freedom to go on vacation when ever you want.  That is a fantasy! Do you want to pay thousands for a fantasy?  The result is that you end up being called by companies like this, and they sell you the same dream, and then they depleat your checking account.  The end result is, the only thing that you paid for is a very expensive dream!  Get your head out of the clouds people, this is not a dream come true. When you finally realize it, not only did the SMC and mutilevel companies sell you the idea of a dream, but the website companies like this, stepped in to embelish that dream furhter.  Did you dream that you would be ripped off by thousands, with nothing to show for it?  Is that your dream?  A dream is all you will ever get out of these companies, and that dream is just too expensive in this economy or any other economy.  You have to take care of yourself, so stop dreaming! People do not become millionairs from these sites, if they did, we would all have mansions, beautiful cars, and the freedom to quit our day job.  It just isn't real, so don't believe it.  If you recently lost your job due to the economy, trust me, this is not the answer.  If you have money in the bank, keep it there and take care of yourself and your family.

I have endless complaints with Mobile Penguins. Finally "resolved" by having the Better Business Bureaus contact them to obtain some sort of resolution only to discover they never replied. They are listed as an "F" rating. This can be confirmed at Better Business Bureau Rating
Based on BBB files, this business has a BBB Rating of F.
BBB assigns grades from A to F with pluses and minuses. A+ is the highest grade and F is the lowest. The grade represents BBB’s degree of confidence that the business is operating in a trustworthy manner and will make a good faith effort to resolve any customer concerns.

    Check BUSINESS OR CHARITY

    SELECT: Phone, URL, Email option

PLACE: www.MobilePenguins.com in the space for WEB SITE URL:

So incredibly frustrating and so incredibly unnecessary. They do have some talent to work with but then you give them a deposit...

One of the new scams that Visible.net seems to be running is calling people that bought iSpeedway web stores.  I am one such person.  I won't go into my feelings on iSpeedway, but I've been contacted at least once every two days by somebody at visible.net about how my ecommerce store, being built using ASP pages, are penalized by Google.  The caller says all he wanted to do is have me go to Google's site and look at the penalty that my store will have to bear for using ASP pages.

I've been studying SEO for about a year now, and I've never heard of such a penalty.  I know that Google's spiders don't like dynamic pages, but that is something my ecommerce site uses for specific products, which I can put together a work-around to that.

I have not worked with any of the visible.net people yet, but I plan on seeing how far along their scam they want to try to play me.  when I fee they're about to lay down the hard sell, I'll ask how their law suit is going with the Washington State Attorney General.

Try to stick to the point of this thread.  We don't care about their grammar or spelling habits.  Many people including the most intelligent business owners make spelling errors and grammar mistakes.  I have seen it first hand.  Certifiable simply made the point that the people at this company are in the habit of making remarks about this sort of thing to put them selves on a more superior level.  That is their MO.  That is how the other poster was able to find out that they were from Captures.  Lets stick to the point here, shall we?  At this point Captures is being investigated by more than one state agency.  They are also being sued by the Attorney General's office.  There was obviously a huge public demand from the consumers to achieve this legal action.  I am sure that many of the consumers who come here to review the threads, are happy to read the comments here and see both sides, regardes of the petty comments about grammar. The helpful posts here gave the consumer the heads up that they needed to make intelligent decisions about their purchase.  I think the smart ones decided that it wasn't such a good idea.  In any event, this information prevented the consumer from making a grave mistake.  There are alot of rip off companies out there, and it isn't always easy to know what kind of business you are dealing with until it is too late.  Thank goodness for sites like this, that allow people to provide valuable information to protect the consumer, when the BBB doesn't always do that.

In the future HaHa, it is good grammar to start a sentence with a capitol letter.

FYI replies to Happy Site Owner
If the authorities are wondering who is supplying drugs to the employees and managers at this company you don't have to look very far.  Daniel Grant is the supplier.  She lives at 23907 67th Place S, Kent, WA 98032.  She is an African American woman, about 31 years old.  She wears several different wigs.  She is very heavy set. Daniel also works at Captures.com. Usually when she sells drugs to the employees, she will go out to their car in the parking lot or on the street to complete the transaction.  That is not the only transaction that she does.  This woman has also been seen giving the guys a b**w j*b in some of the cars parked on the street.  This woman is the crudest woman that you will ever meet, and she detests anyone who is the opposite of her.  Modest!  Believe it or not, Daniel has three daughters that are fatherless.  The only time she talks to those girls, is when she is yelling at them.  I am surprised that someone like this is allowed to have custody of children.  Daniel is also very interested in porn, and she is one of many that look at porn on the internet during work hours.  Warren is aware of this, but he allows her to look at porn sites anyway.  Oh, and get this, she is also a Christian.  Go figure!  Don’t worry Daniel, as long as there is a sidewalk, you will have a job.

If you are SOOOOOOOOO smart about your I speedway site why are you still using it? Please don't act as if you are making money, we both know that you are not. I work at Visible and have for over 3 years. If you are on our lists to be contacted, it is for a good reason. YOU NEED THE HELP. Either form us or someone else. The majority of unsatisfied people are people who want to sell some obscure product line like candles or gift baskets. Hey, I can market the hell out of a pet rock but it doesn't mean anyone is gonna buy it. And for all you website owners on here who are posting about "hear say" give me a call @ 425-250-0949 and see FOR YOURSELF what Visible.net is REALLY all about.

This company called me and told me my website was broken, and the html coding needs to be fixed.  I built my own site, and I work for the company that builds and hosts site.  NOTHING IS BROKEN.  Its a scare tactic for them to get free money from you.  Don't pay them anything.

I stumbled upon this webpage, because I was trying to see who called me. Now that I've read this post, I'll remember to never do business with this company. I don't care what they're offering. Who would want to be in business with a company that hires people like this guy?

Because you are payed to spam on behalf of this company, that's why.

This is one of the pathetic tactics used by this "seo company".

These people are calling my home phone now. My number is on the do-not call registry. I reported them to the FTC. Why would I do business with a company that uses illegal tactics to get my attention.

Do not do business with visible dot net.
