You can file a complaint with the FTC.  I also contacted a law firm in the Dallas area about these harassing calls. You can file a lawsuit if they have left personal information about you to a third-party. They are not supposed to continue calling you at your place of employment when you ask them to stop. Tell them you cannot accept these type of calls at work. They can be ruthless.  They went so far as to leave messages with my boss, never speaking to me. I had no clue what they wanted.

Just got a call from these people as well.  They left a message for someone whose name is similar to mine (same first two letters of first and last name), but it's not me.  I called back, because this is the second time I've heard this persons name and have reason to believe that whoever it is has somehow stolen my identity.

Anyway, just as everyone else said, the person that I spoke to was VERY rude and hung up in my face!  I tried to explain that it wasn't me and that I wanted to get to the bottom of it and they were nothing but RUDE!  >:-o

Don't talk to these people!!!  They're scammers of the worst sort. If you really owed them money and they had proof, they'd hire a lawyer and serve you and that would be that.  Instead, they badger and harass with threats, and throw around words like, "urgent" and "imperative" in an attempt to intimidate or frighten you into not thinking straight and doing something impulsive - like taking them seriously.  You can't be civil with them because they're lowlifes and belligerence is all they understand: so do yourself a favor and tell them, as explicitly as possible, to bug off, get lost and drop dead.  Then block or ignore their phone calls from now until the end of eternity.  No one's life is so empty that they can spare even 5 seconds to waste on these jerks.

I recieved a call from this company from somebody else's cell phone. I have never recieved anything in the mail from these people, and anything that I borrowed was paid back, and I got reciepts to prove it. So I guess they are just gonna waste more time looking for me, cause they are oh so cold....lol

I received a phone call from this company, and the woman's name is Kendry, she wanted to talk to my friend. I didn't give my friend's number to her. I called my friend, she said she had no idea for this company.  

BTW, the number show on my cell is 630, not normal phone numbers.  And this was the second time they called my cell.

Friday night at 6:30pm  The lady stated, "This is a matter that concerns you and before we proceed we need your input." Nicole Brown. People in the background something like a call center. This was left on my machine  but Unknown Number showed up in caller I.D. If this is a legit buisness . Where do they sound rude and why dosen't a phone number show up in caller I.D. Like the one person said before . If this is a collection agency I will not be dealing with them To pay anything back.

I understand you.  I recieved calls from them at my previous job.  That's crazy.  Yeah I am late paying you but give me a chance to pay you.  They are really rude. I can't find them either online or anywhere.

I have informatioin about this company at home. I recieved a letter yesterday.  I think its the same people.  I will contact you tomorrow when i get to work and give you the information.

I am recieving calls from this company on my work phone also.  The caller i.d shows a "unavalible" number.  What kind of company is this?  They didn't leave any information about them or anything.  We all go through hard times and we all get behind on payments, but I don't thing being rude is the right way.  A lady named Nicole Brown called me this morning and she was laughing in the phone with a friend..... how unprofessional is that?  These people are crazy! I recieved a letter from a company yeserday, I think it is the same company.  I will kepp you all posted!

Keep getting calls at work from this number and it is a government phone number and just lately on my cell phone but that just says 630. They have gotten to the point of calling around to my other co-workers and leaving message's for me on their voicemails.

I'm constantly getting calls at work from this place.  The number on the caller ID is always 630 (no number) or unavailable.  They never say who they are or what they want... Just "Give me a call to discuss a matter on my desk and I need your input" with a name of Ms. Carry.  No extension or anything other than that.

Whenever I call I never get an answer, just an announcement to leave a message in a general mailbox.

They never call my house, and I've never received anything from these people other than these nagging phone calls at work every day.  I'm not supposed to get calls like this at work and they won't stop calling.  It's threatening my job.

Wasn't there a law passed a year or two ago that says these people are supposed to say who they are when they call?

I keep getting a call as well from a person who is extremely rude stating that I must call them back at 866-864-8030.  I haven't called them yet, and i don't plan on calling them.  I know who I owe money to and I will pay the companies that I owe, not these people.

I have rec'd several voicemails from these people...VERY rude.  The guy yelled into my voicemail talking VERY slow like I was mentally incapable of understanding someone talking at a normal tone and speed.  And then he slammed the phone down when he was done leaving the message. When you call the number back, I did this to find out what the name of the company was because he was yelling so loud I couldn't understand him, and it's a recording saying "if you are calling this number because you rec'd a call from us, it's in regards to a debt. If you want to talk to an agent, press one. If you want to ignore this debt, hang up now" RUDE!!

they call and leave voicemails yelling and are very rude im not even the person they are looking for

They keep calling me over & over & over at my job.  If they would not call my job and they would call my home number NICELY!!!!!! I would return their call.  If they just leave a nice message stating why they are calling at my home I can assure them they will get a returned call

Oh and that rude woman that is seriously hard of hearing her name is Kendra. She sounded white and I have never met a white woman name Kendra sounding like she drinks.
