I also received a call from this company. I was able to research and here is some info that you can use. The company is Alliance Asset Management, Inc 330 Georgetown Square #104 Wood Dale, Illinois 60191. The owners name is listed as Paul D. Edwards his wife may own it too her name is Christine A Edwards. Hope this helps someone.

I received a call at work from Laura with Alliance Asset Managament concerning a CnG account that I owe on.  When see calls in she will not give a name only asks for me, never leaves a message.  When shee called on Tuesday 12-8-09 she was extremely rude to our receptionist and office manager.  If these calls keep up, they will never get there 200 dollars, because I will not have a job to pay for it.

They call my work every day several times a day, today when I spoke to them I asked them to call me at home that I get off at 5:00 PM and I also said I have asked you all several times to erase my work number and to call me on my cell, the lady said I have to transfer you to my supervisor because I told have the access to change numbers, a guy came on the line and asked me how I would like to take care of the bill that I owed debit, credit are checking account and I said I have none of those and he then said I see you are not going to work with me so I will be contacting your employer to have this taken out of your paycheck and then he hung up on me. (Is this legal can they take this out of my paycheck , I have not received anything in the mail from this company).

Be very careful especially if you have gotten a payday loan over the internet. There are alot of fradulent companies, I have gotten alot of calls from these people and others stating that I owe them money and they need a credit card to pay or they will press criminal charges,. first of all I know who I owe and who I am paying, also they can always put it towards collections but it is against the law for them to threaten you with criminal action. I also have called the attorney generals office and they will look up companies and let you know if they are fradulent. Be very careful because they try to scare you and I know people who have gotten tricked and scared into paying something they never owed.

NO it is not, be very careful they are just trying to scare you. I received calls from them and I told them they were a scam and they tried to give me a case number and I asked where they were calling from they said they were a Federal investigator, whatever if it was a Federal agendcy they would be picking me up. I check and googled and they are frauds.

I have received several voicemails, at my place of employment, from this number too.  Each time, it is a woman saying that they need to discuss a matter that concerns me. But they leave no name of business. Fax them at 630-760-1123 and tell them you want it in writing what you owe and to whom.....they are Alliance Asset Mgmt 330 Georgetown Sq Wood Dale IL 60191

I received a call on my voicemail. They used my daugters name and my maiden last name. Mind u my daughter is only 14yrs old. This is so uncalled for. I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General Office. I can not believe they are attempting to speak with a 14yr old child. What is this world coming to.

I keep getting calls from this number for one of my part-time employees.  They always call when she is not here and are always extremely rude.  They push me for another phone number where she can be reached and when I refuse to give them a number they ask for her supervisor.  They hang up when I tell them they are speaking to her supervisor.  They call at least 3 times a day.

Yes, I continue to receive calls at my job from a Heather Henry... even had the nerve to ask my coworker for my supervisor's # and name... crazy thing is they never leave a message when the call my personal number so it must not be too important as she claims...

These people are real jerks! Pretty much same story here with them.

Received a call from the number 3 times at my work today and have ignored them...I have no idea who they are and have not received anything from them...they are scam artist.....

i know it a payday loan and i will make payment to them . but they don't need to call my house or my work . if they call my work they will get me fried and then they will not get there money .

Does anyone know  address of the company so I can send them written notice to stop calling me.

These people will not stop calling my work and will not give me an address to send a debt validation letter to. I have not received anything in writing.

I spoke with an agent  and ask her to give me her name and number and her supervisor's name and number but she was very nasty and then she decided to write down refusal to pay and that never came from me. So, I called  to speak to a supervisor and he also was nasty. I called to talk to him and he was very rude and nasty. So there is something that really needs to be done for people that work with other people andthey need to learn how to use courtesy. Yes they have a job to do but there is a respectful way to do it. TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!!!!

I just called this number back and it is a collection agency for a Payday Loan- Eastside Lenders-

I attempted to discuss the matter calmly with this individual who started talking to me like I was an idiot- and wouldn't allow me to explain that it's not OK to call the mainline to a government office when they haven't called me personally- then the agent told me the other numbers they had for me- the work number she said that they have- hasn't been my number for years- and I haven't given the number they repeated back to me as my work number for many years- I am in the same office which has two floors and is a large County of L.A. building with multiple depts. the individual was very condescending and rude- this lender has a Desist and Refrain order filed against them in the State of CA and is not allowed to do business with anyone in the state of CA- and they are continuing to do so- I would have never found this out- if I hadn't ended up after 20 years on leave without pay- after being in a hit and run auto accident with a Coca Cola semi truck and bedridden for two months and still not working at full capacity- I do not borrow money with attempt to take it and run- I'm a Federal Employee and am legally not allowed to just do as I please- although maybe some don't believe that- I'm not that powerful... I'm a single mom- and in L.A. being placed on leave without pay- and waiting to at some point to end this whole nightmare.  I have been advised to file a complaint with the state of CA- so if anyone else is receiving calls from this number- look up the laws in your state regarding loans- etc.. and you may also see that this is something relating to such a thing as I'm explaining.. who would ever be able to do a job such as an individual who is OK telling someone they don't care if I was hit and run by a "semi- or homeless"- what a sick, sorry excuse for a human being- I wish it was made up- and it's nobody elses problem but my own- but that's hideous. I've spent 20 years working with individuals who are way worse off than myself- and I have done so- because it is what I was obviously born to do- but I never have been on the end of needing so much help in my life and have no clue how to do such. So- these people are disgusting- and I am sick to my stomach.

These people keep calling my cell phone and calling me at work. I dont know who this company is. What can I do to keep them from calling me. They have told the people I work with that this is a legal matter and they need to speak to me or there could be trouble. I'm sick of them I dont have time for them. Someone please help me. I dont owe anything except what I have loans for in my County I live in.

When they call again let them know that they are violating a federal law. It states that they can not call you at work.

They use fake names when they call. They're rude and they are just looking to get commission if someone says they'll pay on a debt. What they do is definitely illegal- if they call your work and you tell them to stop, legally they have to. If they don't, you can file a lawsuit. If they leave any personal information with someone other than yourself, you can file a lawsuit. If you can, RECORD THE CALLS. If not, make sure you get phone records to show times/dates of when they called before you file a lawsuit. These people are ridiculous.
