I have the same problem

These guys called today, asking for one of our employees. He said his name was Fernando. Also got 4 other calls for him after I denied them access to his line. There is no reason these people need business with this employee (there is reason and justification behind this). This is a blatant scam. They are good. But I'm better.

they are very rude to my coworkers.  i work night shift and don't get to work until 8pm, mountain time.  their office is only open 8-5 eastern time.

How annoying! Calling and leaving excessive amounts of messages or no messages at all.

These folks have also called me at my office and harassed me as well..  Do not forget when you ask them to stop calling, you actually have to tell them to CEASE & DESIST..  that is the only way you can do anything against them if they continue to call you at the number you tell them to stop calling.  I have learned that hard lesson

I kept getting calls from them every few hours. At one point, they left me a message and said they were looking for "Gail" and that Gail should call them back.  Since I'm not Gail, I didn't call back.  Finally, I had enough, and picked up the phone.  This woman asked for Gail, and I said that there was no one here by that name.  She asked me who I was, and I told her it was none of her business, that I had TOLD her there was no one named Gail here.  She confirmed my phone number, and said that this was the number that had been given to them by Gail.  I said I didn't care what number this Gail had given them it was not her number it was  my number.  Well, she asked me who I was, and I again said it was none of her business that all she needed to know was that there was no one here by the name of Gail.  I finally asked her who in the hell she was and that she was NOT to call me ever again or I would report her.  She hung up on me.   I agree with other reports...they try to intimidate.  Too old to be intimidated!!!

These people keep calling, and they are now appearing on my cell phone under a number of only '630'. They are leaving a 866-864-8030 number to call back. When called back they have no idea what i'm calling in regards to. If I owe something send something via email, if you have my cell number then i'm sure you have my address. Totally rude, and not able to provide valid information.

The company and address you posted changed their numbers

These people call twenty times a day.  They keep calling after you tell them to stop. They try to make you give them something and the bad part is that I'm not the person they are looking for.

The address he gave you is BOGUS it's a strip mall with no listing for that company

If they don't put it in written form then the damn debt is bogus as hell, or pass the SOL and they can't collect on it so they try to intimidate you into paying.
Just tell them to kiss your ass!

Does anyone know what payday loan company these people are representing? or do they represent more than one (I'm guessing)...  I have gone through a payday loan management company, so my loans are slowly getting paid off (I had more than one...), but this company might not have been contacted yet for a settlement agreement...

This person has call several times on my job, very rude and will not give any additional information.  Just says to call this number back.

I looked up this address and it's a Wendy's Restaurant!!  Total bogus address = bogus business

Be advised that I am well well aware of my rights! For instance, I know that any future contact by you or your company violates the FDCPA and that since you already have my location information, calls made by you or your company to any 3rd party concerning me violates section 805(b)2 of the FDCPA.

Be advised that I am keeping accurate records of all correspondence from you and your company, including tape recording all phone calls. If you continue calling me I will pursue all available legal actions to stop you from harassing me and my family.

Allied Asset Management is caling me about a payday loan. I was unemployed, but am working now and sending the loan place whatever my budget can handle every two weeks.

I found out they have to follow federal law - Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
This means you can send them a letter to cease and desist caling you about the debt.
You can also ask them to validate the debt they are attempting to collect on.

Google FDCPA validation letter and you will get samples of what to send.

recived a call from 866-864-8030 asking about a person who use to work here and i said that person no longer works here. he said well where does this peron work at ? i said i have no idea. then he asked if i had one of their friends phone number , i said i am saorry i dont get into people personal life i dont know who is friends with who. and he hung up on me. i am sure someone will be calling again .
