they got judgement on me from a credit card that was wrote off by the bank they bought the loan knowing it was bad loan and are trying to collect but I draw va ck and social security and they cannot garnish the ck I try to settle the loan but they want the full amount of the loan and do not want to take off any interest that as accumlated

Check his name out on the United States Atty web site and then say he's not an Atty. If you can't pay your bills quit making them. I just think it's funny how everyone cries scam when they don't wanna pay something. Put on your Big Boy Pants and pay your bills. You won't have to worry about being caught up in a scam
