I've been getting calls from Signarale Law Offices, as well as received a letter from same.  The debt they refer to is legitimate, however, I've not had any contact with the original debtor for over a year even after calling for several months to be told nastily that it had to wait until it went to collections.  Lo and behold, well over a year later, the Signarale law offices call me telling me that papers have been filed and either me or my attorney had to call by the end of business TODAY.  Working in law offices for almost 20 years, I know that something is not quite kosher.  The original creditor has my contact information and knew I was willing to work out a deal; so who and why was this guy all of a sudden threatening litigation with absolutely no contact until now????  In searching for info on this law firm, I found this site and subsequent links to bring down this big fake.  I'd be more than happy to pay my debt to the original creditor, but ONLY to them.  I have every intention of filing a Cease and Desist letter to this "law" office and will contact the NY Attorney's office as well with all the information I've got on my answering machine.  Not only that, but my original creditor is in Nevada and I live in NC.  Why on earth would they file papers in Buffalo, NY???

I recieved this call at my mother-in-laws and I returned the call. The number I got was 866-876-7234. A Mrs. Blazy informed me that the company was going to sue me, sieze my belongings, sieze school loans and income taxes, suspend my license, put a judgement against me, and/or issue a warrant for my arrest. I didn't even remember the debt, but they knew EVERYTHING about my past and current credit history. I told them I didn't have the kind of money they wanted and that I would have to call them back. What do I do? I read all these reviews and WOW I didn't know people like this existed.   Needing Help in Texas!

Got 2 calls, several weeks apart.  The 1st one left a message for someonenamed "Smith".  No one by that name known.  Is a cell phone, have had it for 3 + years.

They are calling us about a loan that we paid off about a year and half ago from a payday loan for 420 dollars.  I don't know what to do since I do not want to give out bank info that shows the loan is paid off.

Legally, they just committed many violations of the FDCPA.  Tell them that if they don't stop calling you, you're gonna sue them until they go bankrupt.

I've received 5 or 6 calls from this place regarding someone that I've never heard of.
It's really starting to get on my nerves, but I'm not sure if I should call them and let them know they have the wrong number, or just wait till they (hopefully) stop calling?

Just send them this letter. They HAVE to stop calling once they receive it, or face fines up to $1,000.00 PER violation.

So i keep getting calls from this office myself. It's to the point if I see a number I don't know on my phone I won't answer. I did answer once about 6 months ago ( yes this has been going on for atleast a year if not more)The guy on hte phone got very nasty with nme so I hung up on him. not 5 minutes later somebody else called back and left me a msg yelling at me about hanging up on his assistant. real professinal there don't you think. I was called yesterday and did not answer. they left a message telling me the he was the assistant to the attorny and he had the end office with windows. Big whoop!!!!!! I would love 5 minutes alone with this jackazz. I WILL NEVER SEND THESES GUYS ONE RED CENT NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I will be changing me voice mail on my phone telling them to stop calling me or i will file suit against them and call them at all hours and every day.

I keep getting calls from Vincent P. Ciganele too, but they would not provide me with any documentation and now say that I need to get a lawyer unless I call them back by 10:00 tonight.

I keep on getting calls from the Law offices of Signarale!  No matter what I say, they keep on calling.  They told me that there were starting legal procedings against me and that I would be served with a summons to appear in court.  When I asked them for the court date, they did not know???!!  The number is different but the call is the same:  716-651-9424.  They used to call from the toll free number mentioned above.

I recieved a phone call from a MS Scott saying to call her asap re extremely legal situation. I have no idea what this is.
What can i do?

If there's really a legal matter pertaining to you, they will contact you in writing. In the meantime, give them nothing; better yet, ignore their calls.

Gotten calls from "the law office of Vincen Signorelli" at my work and at people's homes whom I am not even related to. They were very rude to these people and this Mr. Rudnick told the persons and these numbers that I was a bad person and that they did not want to know me. Last call came today 2/5/08 from Alicia at (866) 876-7234 x323. Someone took the message for me at work. Thank you to the people who have written to this site. I now know what is going on and will not answer nor return this call. You can bet that,I will be seeking the help of a real attorney.

They gave out my personal info and social security number to other people(although these people are in my family) they still had no right whatsoever to do so.They try to embarass you and use poor tactics and give false claims against you if you are a bad person etc...They called a friend who by the way is a police officer and completely disrespected her.The lady who was Ms Green. Arent they in some type of violation for sharing ones personal info with someone else?
