i received a call from this number and another number that this website says is capital one. did not pick up both times but called them back and it says its capital one. Funny thing is I don't even have a capital one account -___- so i am guessing it is a scam..

I get a call from this number every day.  It is really disturbing to my work.

KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES A DAY AND THEY LEAVE NO MESSAGE I DON'T HAVE ANY CREDIT CARDS SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS IS ABOUT

Called my cell, but the call comes through as a missed call.  This is getting annoying, calls almost every morning!

Really need to port my home # over to Google Voice so I can blacklist this #.  Been getting calls from 5307 for months.  I am soon to be an ex-Capital One customer and I could give a rip if it is a legit # or not.  Since the FCC has decided to not protect consumers, I guess I'll put my trust in Google to do it properly (or at least give me the control to do it myself).

I'm 17 and i'm sick of having this number call me! i've gotten calls every day from this number for the last 3 days, and they always call more than once in a day.

ALL WITH CAPITAL ONE...START FILING CHARGES WITH THE FCC!!!!!  THEY CALL AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY, STATE THAT THEY WILL REMOVE YOUR NUMBER - BUT YOU MAY GET A 2ND CALL WITHIN 48 HOURS TO VERIFY.  START CALLING THEM BACK AND GIVING THEM A DOSE OF THEIR OWN MEDICINE

I get calls from Capital One, but it is not this number. Any calls that come up on the Caller Id as Toll Free Call, I don't bother wasting my time answering them. Whatever company it is, if they had the balls to put their real name up on the Caller Id, I'd be more than happy to answer and politely tell them where to go.

After some research I have found that Capital One is the cause of calls to my phone all day long... I dont owe them any money.. They call from:

FREQUENT CALLS W/ NO MSG

Number keeps calling our home phone...we are on the Do Not Call list.

I received multiple calls from them and finally picked up. They claim that they are Capital One and that I owed a small balance and they wanted me to provide instructions to pay it. I assume they were looking for an account and ABA number. I told them that I didnt have an account at CapOne so they asked for my birth date and last four of my Social to confirm this.  Needless to say, i didnt give them that info, but i guess people do!

I called Capital One and confirmed that I didnt have an account with them and reported this incident. I then called this number back and told them that I confirmed I had no account and that I was reporting them to the Attorney General in Ct. I have now done so by phone and by letter.

Stop calling my number!!!!!

I just got a call from Capital One, but also got a call this morning from Capital One another person. They don't leave messages or a name (so they aren't considered harassing).  I have written a letter telling them to stop the phone calls, but they still call.  They told me that if I didn't pay my bill, I would be paying this the rest of my life.  I told them I make less than $500 every two weeks and they told me to give them $300 of it.  I told them where to put their friendly suggestion and got an attorney.

They call me from this number and multiple other many times a day. I'll declare bankrupcy before I pay them a penny for hounding me this much.

These A$$holes continue to call my cell phone and I do not have an account with these idiots.

Capitol one.  I don't have a capital one.  They ask for your social and or bank numbers.  Not with me.  I want their calls to stop.  Very annoying and they are taking up my time on phone.  I don't have unlimited and they just keep calling and calling.  Like to smack them upside the head.  Annoying.

I just called the number and pressed 0 and talked to some idiot. I asked that my number be removed as I don't even have a Capital One account. Do not give them ANY information. This is absolutely a scam.

Someone named Lakonia just called and wouldn't leave a message.  They call, hang up, no one is on the line.  I'm going to tell them when they call back that my mom won't let me talk to anyone named, "Unknown."

I just received a call and the guy said "Kathy?" and I said no--and he said "Kathy Moses?" and I said sorry you have the wrong number which is true. I don't know anyone by that name but didn't give him a chance to say any more.
