It's amazing. It seems nobody there can speak Japanese, which is how I speak to them when they call. They have been told I am judgment proof...and they are clueless, so I just screw with them.

I am not sure who they are but when I answered the phone, they asked for Tanea Carter and when I told him he had the wrong number he was very cordial and said thankyou and goodbye.

Left no message but called too early in the morning. Has called from 760-760-7640. I have now researched on here its the same company. Looking for someone with a Spanish name. I refused outrightly to give my name. Told her you called this number so you should know who you are trying to reach. Asked her to stop calling this number as no one by the name you stated is associated with this number. She asked was it the number I was calling from and I said yes. She said ok and we hung up. Hope this is over.

Portfolio Recovery Associates...funny thing is, they are doing the same behavior that they just lost on a class action lawsuit, and I was a part of it. Sure, keep calling me, I will be part of another class action lawsuit against ya, because I really don't mind winning extra money!

Yes, I am sure that $25 to $35 dollars you got felt really good compare to the thousands you could have gotten had you sued them yourself.  What, you don't want to have to pay a lawyer?  No problem, they pay that for you as per the law.  Want to know how?  I posted what you need to know right here on this page.

Go to Settings on all cellphones. Turn On Do Not Disturb. Add your family, friends, supervisors in your Cotacts than Favorites. Go to Settings Do Not Disturb Allow Calls From Check Favorites. These people added to your Favorites will only ring through on your cellphones. Add Blacklist Portfolio Associates Phone Numbers to Contacts than Scroll down where it say Block Number.

Before you mail certified/first class letters & correspondence always keep copies for your records.Always communicate with this company by mail never on the phone. Experts suggests a paper trail. Never agree to anything on the phone. All agreements must be in writing and mail.
