- KatJunksI do have a considerable medical bill that I pay on every month to the actual hospital but this company calls 4-5 times a day. I repeatedly ask them to mail things to me to prove what they are saying is true. They say they have mailed me something 4 times since February yet I have received nothing!

http://www.bbb.org/stlouis/business-reviews/c ... is-mo-310418447
It's a link to the BBB's website. The company's name is Valarity LLC and as far as I know, it's a debt collection agency. I could be wrong but I don't think I am. When you look at the link that I posted, Valarity is NOT BBB accredited! I don't know if this helps you but I hope it does. - my name doesnt matter replies to marshall1| 1 replyYes you do get garnished for medical/hospital bill.. I was garnished over $1700.00. They took 399.00 a paycheck out.. (every 2 weeks) until it was paid off
- Shill Alert replies to my name doesnt matterThese are the kind of clowns who are probably attacking this site because it's making it hard for them to trick victims on the phone.
Get a clue. You're really bad at lying, especially in the Engligh language. Consider suicide, then everyone benefits! - Rusti replies to rejjectedAnd there you go! Block the call.
- Judy replies to gs| 13 repliesinteresting b/c their address is MO ... and not even close does anyone have an Indian accent. That's some judgemental [***] right there. Also, b/c it's a debt collection, they, by law, can continue to call. It's so much easier when you're not an [***] and just find out what the problem is. I mean, obviously, we all get sick... so clearly we have bills. I would never want their job and I'm certainly glad to get my stuff taken care of. Jesus, if you go to a hospital, expect you owe something and get mad at the hospital or doctor who sent the debt collection people your information.
I will say however, you have to speak to different people... some people are too intimidating, but one girl, Candace... maybe she's new, but she's super sweet and really makes you feel like she cares. Maybe she's the only one, I don't know. I never spoke to a Paul or Kevin, that I remember/ - KatieReadign these posts, I feel for both parties. No, I don't like the harrassing calls, at all, but when I was talking to Candise I asked why so many calls, and she explained to me they are on an auto dialing system (b/c they have to reach so many people) and that's why you're holding when you answer the phone. I told I didn't like it, and with not so many words, I could tell, she agreed with me, but it's more just the company's policy or how they have it set up. Clearly, not Candise's fault or problem. Though, I have been hung up on. Candise was really nice and I didn't feel threatened at all. She was patient with me, when I wasn't sure what to do or how to handle my debt. She let me pay at my comfort level too. I asked her how she handles getting yelled at all day... she just laughed and said, yeah..you win some, you lose some. To me, you can tell this is just a job for her, that she gives everyone compassion (I'm sure if you're polite with her, she's polite with you). And if not, well, she doesn't seem like the type to get nasty, so she may just hang up on a nasty person.
Anyway, thanks to her, I was able to get my debt paid off.- Caller: Valarity
