An individual named Kevin called looking for my son. He refused to answer my questions as to why he was looking for my son. All he would say was it was regarding a business deal. I called back and asked him/them to not call anymore. Kevin transferred me to his supervisor Paul, and I repeated that I did not want him to contact us anymore. Hope it helps. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I have received many unwanted phone calls, and I have no idea what this company is?

This number kept calling my cell over and over asking for the wrong name! I kept telling them to take me off their call list and that I was not the person they were seeking. Their calls persisted so I finally just answered screaming at them to take me off their call list or I was reporting them to the National Do Not Call List. The man stated "ma'am, this not a solicitation call" and demanded to speak with that person they asked for previously! I told him I didn't know anyone by that name and wanted them to stop calling me. I have a feeling it won't stop until I report it to all legal lengths!  Who are these people?

I got this number from a hospital that I have a past due balance with I was researching the number trying to find the company name. So if you have a past due balance with a hospital and dont want your checks garnished or bank account garnished you might wanna answer.

"'valarity llc" a Collection company.. Very rude people and will also give out info they should not give out... Names, birth dates and other info if you just mumble that you are who they are looking for.  
Complaints have been filed with BBB after 3 calls were made.

I keep getting calls from this number. I never answer them but they call about 20 times a day and it will ring one or two times and then they hang up. They never leave a message either.

These fools are rude and crazy.  When I informed them they had the wrong, they continue calling.  I going to report them to the BBB and the FTC immediately.

They've been calling me, too. Reporting them to the BBB will do absolutely nothing. Debt collectors have no concerns whatsoever about their BBB rating, and that's all it is is a rating. If they are harassing you and breaking the law, you need to report them to your state attorney general's office. Be sure to provide evidence.

My sister who's 21 just got the same call about the business deal and even had the call on speaker for me to hear and she demanded my sister conferm personal information before being taken off the list sister refused and did use foul langauge but it didn't help she woman said the calls would continue

Um, actually I work for a hospital and YES you do get garnished for medical bills.

My husband has been getting harassed by these people. (and before anyone says to pay the bill, it has already been paid to the original hospital it was owed to).  He asked for the physical address and this is what they gave him.  The rest was listed on the google map when I looked it up.

Valarity LLC is a division of St. Johns Mercy Medical Center, not a separate company.  SJMMC tried to collect the contractual amount for 2 dates of service.  After speaking with SJMMC several times, they sent us to collections (Valarity LLC).  I faxed a copy of our Explanation of Benefits stating that the patient does NOT owe the amount in the savings column in July of last year, to Paul Gibson. In November it became obvious that they ignored the previous interaction, as I received another bill and was told the amount was still owing.  In January after much wrangling I faxed ANOTHER copy of two bills that they were trying to collect, twice, as they swore that they did not receive the first fax.  The person with whom I spoke, Christopher Patterson said he would take it up with administrators as he saw the problem, would call back that afternoon. The next morning I called THEM, was told they finally understood, would contact SJMMC and that we owed nothing.  One month later, I called SJMMC to make sure everything was clear and amount was still showing as owed. Once again I contacted Mr. Patterson, who now said it was "his understanding that I was to work this out with my insurance company" - what? He then put me on hold for 20 minutes, came back on and said oh, they found the email from St. John's Mercy, and everything was clear for sure.  I called SJMMC and was told they had sent the email 3 weeks prior!  I was free and clear. Today, March 1, I receive another call from Deborah Powers at Valarity trying once more to collect one of the accounts.  I furiously spoke with her about the harassment from this company and told her to go check the records again.  I also called Mr. Patterson, who said yes, such a person works for them, and he didn't understand WHY I was being called.  I told them one more call and I would bring a harassment suit against them.  I had already reported them to the Attorney Generals Office.  If you don't think you owe an amount to a company, FIGHT!!! These companies consistently harass people to collect "debts", and a lot of people will just roll over and pay without knowing any better. The previous person with the trashy mouth has no clue.

It is against the United States Constitution to have a pauper's prison.  I have this company calling me at least three times a day even though I have told them that I have already made arrangements with the hospital in question.  

Personally my bills are concerning emergency open heart surgery I had in 2008. As far as I am concerned they should pay me for the stress they keep putting on my heart.

I got a call and they asked for my dad and I told him he passed away 2 weeks ago and they still wouldn't tell me what it was about its like wtf

The Bozos called me tonight during a tornado warning.  They would not tell me what they were... only the name Valerity and that they needed to verify my birthday before they could tell me anything.  I told them I wasn't giving out personal info over the phone unless I knew who they were and what they wanted.  They told me that they needed to talk to me about "personal busines."  I told them I didn't know who they were, that I never heard of them, and I had no "personal business" to discuss with them and hung up.  I came online and looked up the name.  I have never been to St. John's, and have only been to MO, twice.  Once for a wedding and once to Branson.  So I have to imagine that they are just trying to get personal info for whatever reason.  These people need to stop harassing people for no reason.

well pm I guess you have never had a hard time trying to pay 80,000 dollars to a hospital after being there for over 2 months. And your husband can't find a job and I am disabled and can't work. It's very hard to do. so next time you fell like saying pay your bill some of us try and just can't.
