Peter Stanton and Jeremy Sweeaht are the same person.  He uses different names to try and trick you.  Don't pay them, they are operating out of small house in NY...I used google street view to confirm this.

Eclipse Resolution, aka/ Vision Credit Solutions, LLC, aka Prism Resolutions, aka Monarch Resolutions, aka/ CNE Associates, LLC, aka/ Tri-Financial, LLC (they are all a part of the Mackinnon group of  collectors, ergo illegal), 4244 Ridge Lea Rd., #6, Amherst, NY 14226. You must, must, must report them to the AG of the State of New York, and the state you live in.  I have independently checked and they have no License to do business in NY nor are they an actual corporation (so all the aka’s are fronts to deceive, soem woudl say extort).  And, when anyone tries to file against them, they just change their name (which is fraudulent anyway, since they are not a LLC or any other type of Corp. registered in NY).  However, their address and numbers stay the same.  Their numbers are: Phone: 877-572-7572, 716-831-9670, 877-268-9286, 888-774-1338, 877-268-9286, 716-957-3005, 716-694-5970, Fax: 716-694-5972, Fax: 716-831-9679.  The personal names they use will change all the time (they use made up names, or maybe even names of dead people, but they aren’t their real ones).  Also of note, if you check the online court records, they have had countless filings against them for violations of the CPA (and state CPAs) since 2008. However there is indication that as soon as the judgments against them get to high, or law enforcement gets to close, they just change names and start all over again.  But, then again these are judgements against a company that does not legally exist.  There may be the option to file a court case directly against their President  Jon Hummel, or any and or all of their so called officials (Jamie P. Belstad , John D. Yim,  Chris Morrow) since they are not incorporated and thus they are personally liable for their violations of the CPA rather than the false front corporations they claim.  Also beware, they are spreading out and calling from the 410 area code (Baltimore, Maryland).  In addition to that, their employees will log in here and make comments about what a nice group of people they are.  One such string by their employees devolved into a “who was cheating on who with whose wife”, how much cocaine and alcohol they consumed, etc..  String was really sorted, and made it obvious that they were employed by ER or VCS or whatever name they are going by.

ONCE AGAIN, THE MUST MUST MUST BE REPROTED TO THE AG OF THE STATE OF NY AND THE STATE YOU LIVE IN!!!!!
