Mary is her name and she's called from 3 different numbers.  Refused to give me actual balance.  Says all the fees are from their credit checks, background checks and all types of fees from there research on me.  She was looking to argue with me.

These [***] have harassed my father for over a year leaving messages regarding my "past due account."  He finally called and they claimed that if I don't contact them within 48 hours, they will be filing a civil lawsuit.  Didn't I just see something about this on Dateline???  If you are suing them, please post your lawyers information as I am sure that there are more than 3 lawsuits and that makes it a class action suit!

Mr. Bailey calls and says the same thing weekly hahaha.  They have been contacted by my attorney and yet they continue to call so I am now working with another attorney to sue them for illegal practices.  I love the phrase "if I don't hear from you in 24 hours I will be forced to offer a recommendation not in your favor"  ooooohhhhhhh get the court orders you need then come talk to me they can't that is why they threaten in hopes you will pay but again they never validate the debt so you don't know if it is legite.  I have no idea who these people represent and since they won't tell me they get nothing so when they call just laugh.

     I know ALL about "skip tracing".....it's an excuse.....they DO NOT need to be calling people (especially 80 year old people with medical problems, like my folks) to find ME, and HARASS THEM......Let them find ME, NOT them......They just call to HARASS, WAKE UP to their tactics......It's ME they're after, NOT them, I haven't live with my folks for 30 some odd years......YOU do the math!!!!!  They're "modern day bounty hunters", and they don't care WHO they HARASS to get their money............GET IT????  I hope so.......  If you condone what they do........you're NO better than they are, get my drift?????  Again, I hope so........

They keep calling and waking me up (I'm a day sleeper) all I get is the recording to call them to take care of the matter, recording only, no one on the line when I answer. They are looking for a Wanda Taylor, whom I do not know and has never lived here - I know because I built this house and have had this phone number for over 30 years! Calling them back does not help, all I get is a busy signal!

have gotten threatening calls from these people who somehow have my personal information. we tried to speak cordially and clarify no fault but they were very obnoxious, threatening and all their continued harassment has caused me to join LifeLock as well as get ID theft protection from my bank.
i got another call on the message machine this morning. I am a law abiding, pay my own bill person.
I wished they would go away...

I know that u think u knw it all but shut up and do your homework...Owning debt gives them the right to sue you and add on litigation fees. Pay your bills and peace out
