I have been swamped with these ridiculous faxes. In the last year alone I am sure I have received at least one a day, sometimes more. What gives these people the right to harass businesses in this way? There has to be a law. All my efforts to be removed from their list has been an effort in futility. I believe my only alternative is to contact my local DA. Don't any of these people have real jobs? If I worked for a company with these practices I'd be ashamed and embarrassed.
How could anyone possibly fall for such a lame scam? Are there any investigative reporters out there willing to expose these politicians for what they are?

These people are wasting paper, toner, time, etc. There has to be something we can do. They have another number 514-849-3883 watch for it.

How can we stop junk facsimiles....

I've been getting the same BS fax for a long time.  The header always changes but the text stays the same.  Today I took note of our address that was on it.  where as its correct, its a little odd.  So I did a search on it and found two perfect matches.  One was Manta.com and the other was on Topix.com  Perhaps this is where they are getting our info from.

Our company actually did just sell for somewhere in the neighborhood of $400 million so we thought we would have a little fun with them and call back to let them know that we just sold, but if they could beat the offer we would reconsider.  The faxes come in on the sales floor addressed to the company CEO and he gets a kick out of it every time we send them inter-office to him.  It's always a fun break to call the good folks at Northern Consolidated Capital and see if they still want to buy us.

Let's compile the businesses that advertise at our costs by using our fax machines to send unsolicited marketing materials and boycott them. You know what would also work: call these numbers if you find convenient and let them know that they are on your black list because they practice sending junk faxes through broadcasters. There is absolutely no use calling the numbers they would give to make us dream for a while that they will remove us from their caller list. Not only they don't stop, one advertiser has the cheek to start sending faxes from another broadcaster. Anyways, here is my black list:

It appears w now have a new scam. I just got a fax from Telemarketing Corporation. same contact numbers and fax numbers as the "Equity Groups". I even see Steven Blum as one of the senior VP's. They want to offer me their telemarketing services, they can even outsource it for me. Wow!! Doesn't that sound like a great deal? I guess Mr. Blum must have gone off on his own after his "career" with the equity companies. Just a new scam from the same people and numbers.

New twist on the BS....now they are claiming to provide marketing and advertising help...from placing a part-time 'true professional' who will work as little as one day a week, to finding a full-time employee.  Fax asked us to call the 613-236-4790 number to set a time to speak to the author of "In Search of Sales Excellence" and "How to be a Marketing Genius".  Letter is signed by a "Keith Riley".  Fax reply number was same 1-877-342-4169.

Yup. I also recived a fax from Telemarketing Corporation.  This came from Pam Romano Executive VP oooooo.  It also says if I'm not available ask for my partners Steve Blum or Shepherd Friedman.  More Scam

I have received faxes from The Mergers abd Acquisitions Dept Inc., The Telemarketing Corporation(2), Northern Consolidated Capital in Montreal, and the latest is "We "R" CFOs". They have a buyer or they want me to rent a CFO to run my business. What a bunch of morons they are. I have written a letter to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Center in North Bay Ontario and sent them copies of the faxes. I'm getting awfully tired of wasting paper and ink on faxes from this jerks. If you google their fax number you will end up at this page.

I can beat your frustration..the phone number being used by this so called company is MINE! This rings my extension at work. People obviously frustrated and demanding to be removed from this fax list. Some are understanding when i explain its not really us sending out. Others not so much. It is 1 pm and i have already recieved 11 of these calls today!

My company also received this fax today - it was sent to a fax were many people have access and I know it was read by at least one person.  Completely irresponsible as this could create rumors and panic about losing jobs.  Please report this company to the FCC at  http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm in order to make this stop.

We get a fax daily from this group stating that "We just don't understand why, with an opportunity to sell your company for millions of dollars, you don't at least call and find out who the buyers are and what the price is for _________ School Division".

Who in their right mind would want to buy a school division, even if it was for sale?

If you dial the 877-342-4269 you will receive a message offering to remove your number from the auto fax distribution.
I did it.
Now I will find out if I am flooded with faxes because I confirmed that the fax number is valid andf they sold my number, or did they really remove my fax number from their machine.

I have gotten a couple of faxes telling me they would like to buy my company. Only problem is I don't own the company and am in no position to sell it. Not to mention the revenues of my division alone are not enough to make it worth millions to a buyer. Any legitimate company would be able to figure that out.

This is against the law in many states, to commit called ID fraud I mean. A company did it here in Arizona and was fined $342,000. You should report them to the BBB / Your senator, that's who took care of our little issue.

I received yet another offer from Northern Consolidated Capital today and the vice president who signed the missive has the same name as you! Maybe they are teasing you back!  The Robert Moey whose signature appears is asking for responses at 514-849-3883. I hope that's not your number!
