Wow, I am the manager of a McDonald's and I got a fax from Northern Consolidated today. I plan on asking the store owner (we are a franchise) if he's considering this an option! Haha

A lot of  companies continue to use pinpoint printers, DOS operating systems and 286 computers. And a lot of people don't know how to use e-mail, unfortunetely :(

Junk fax from Northern Consolidated Capital Worldwide Financial Services...what a long name. The fax has an old address from 7 yrs ago!!! The fax reads like this;

This morning we were discussing your company (which is a lie) we dont understand why with an opportunity to sell your company for millions of dollars you dont at least call and find out who the buyers are and the asking price for your company. 514-849-3883.

Washington is in gridlock.  The economy is at risk.  You have a wonderful company just give us a call.  We will be happy to set a phone appt. to you about the buyers interested in your industry as well as their asking price with no obligation.

We have been getting faxes, addressed to my boss (with his first name spelled wrong), offering us the names of buyers who are willing to pay a million dollars for our business. Our "business" is a small church!

All information in the add is accurate and the spelling and english are acceptable. Come pick up our keys, but bring the cash MILLIONS please.

Fax from William Reiter

It looks like they gave up with even useing a company name.  Today's "I have someone interested to buy your company" fax simply came with a header of "From the desk of William Reiter".  No company name.

I got one of these faxes today too. If someone had a real offer to buy my company for "millions of dollars", I'm sure the could pick up the phone and call me. This is clearly a scam.

This is a scam.

We get these all the time too, saying they have a buyer and to call them for information. Today's is from Robert Moey. They address it to someone who doesn't work here (never has) and they spell our company name wrong - not very impressive. I put the paper in our recycle bin - our little contribution to reducing our carbon footprint. If any one has a way to stop them from sending the faxes, please let me know.

The most unprofessional prospecting I have ever seen... same verbiage as others listed above.

We receive a lot of Faxes with the same theme; "got a big buyer that wants your company".  We just ignore them but think we will start keeping them for what ever use there might be in the future.  The latest one we received was from DIVERSIFIED WALL STREET GROUP; STEVEN SALTZMAN SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT.

Now it's Diversified Wall Street Group and the Senior VP is Steven Saltzam.  
Blah Blah Blah.

Just got one from Steven Saltzam @ Diversified Wall Street Group.  Get these at least once a day and they all say the same thing, just different company and VP name.  Ridiculous.

This fax from 877-342-4169, sending fax is from a Steven Saltzman. for "nigotiations to purchse all or part of our company, but the name it is sending it to no longer works here. Called 877-342-4169 and received a recording, to remove from their fax list....also, refaxed back to them to remove us but I received busy/no response.
