- BigA replies to NewIt's too bad Capital One doesn't have a way for you to call them on a known published phone number. Maybe they should put the number on the back of their cards or even on a statement or website?
- Mike-in-MD replies to NewUnless you called a known Capital One number, I would not trust it. If you receive unexpected calls from your financial institutions always state you will call them back at a number you know to be a correct number for them. They can transfer you to the correct office if needed since a note would be in your account about any such call that was legitimate.
