Call just received on my cell that I'm especially not happy about. I don't give out my cell number for public use. I pay for a set number of minutes for a purpose that is not to be utilized by telemarketers. I find it very disrespectful and want it stopped. The call was an automated computer requesting me to hold on because someone wanted to speak to me. However, there was no identification given as to whom was calling. I immediately hung up because I did not want my minutes wasted. Many of us pay a lot of money per month for a cell phone for specific uses and for any marketing company to think its ok to invade our cell phone lines is not above the law. They are stealing our valuable minutes from our businesses that can in turn cost many of us more money by exceeding our limits that we've paid for. This is what a land line is for. They should get the hint. No one wants to talk to them. We all have more important things going on like keeping a roof over our heads and food on the table as well as saving our money for rainy days.

Called at 8:07 a.m.  Left just enough dead air to qualify as a voice mail message, then hung up.  Jerks.  Woke me up.  Called back and a woman said it was "ER Solutions."  Googling that, you find it's a collection agency with numerous complaints, but apparently they won't say who they're "collecting" for.  Sounds like a scam to me.

called and asked for my social security #, said it was about a bill (although I have very few bills and none are outstanding) and would not tell me who they were and when I pushed them to tell me who they were the girl hung up on me.

I have been getting calls from 877-495-0400 on my cell for a couple of months now. I answered one time and the lady asked me what my name was. I asked her who she was looking for and she would not give me a name and she was quite rude. I told her not to call me back and hung up on her. Then she called me back two times in a row before leaving an automated message. I silence the calls and they still call twice in a row and leave an automated voicemail. I am reporting this number for harrassment.

I got a call from these people the other day. They asked me for my social first and name. Apparently they are trying to collect on a debt form 8 yrs ago. The lady was very rude to me, and hung up!

I get calls from this # SEVERAL times a day leaving an automated message for my husband. The # they are calling is my mobile, so I do not know how they got it. I called the number back and they say the need to speak to my husband. MY HUSBAND IS IN IRAQ!!!!! They proceed to say that he owes PayPal money from back in 2002!!!!! I am TIRED of being harrassed!!! I have  enough to worry about with my husband being overseas and being here alone raising 3 kids!!!

Send them a certified letter to stop collections - (ER Solutions) - they are on the web and contact your attorney for follow-up. No debt collector has a right to collect unless you give them that right. If you have an outstanding debt, you can pay the original creditor by law, unless the debt was officially sold to that collector. You can verify if the account was sold by calling the original creditor, they are obligated to give this information by law. Otherwise, change your number and go unpublished, many people use a mobile number which you can forward calls to Timbuktu and by the time they figure it out the debt won't matter any more. DOWN WITH COLLECTION AGENCIES, IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

Received call from 877-495-0400, did not pick up.

They are constantley calling my cell phone number costing me more money and running the cell phone bill up as much as possible! I have obtained a way to stop them from calling my cell phone in which I am hoping that all these calls will stop!
By law in the State of Ohio they are to only call during business hours only, however they continue to call at all kinds of hours! It is not the hours they keep it is by the hours in your state that they are allowed to be calling! However, again they are not allowed to be calling cell phones either but they are!
Guess it is time to write to our congress reps. and ask for action to get a new law passed to end these telemarketing/ bill collectors from calling people either on their cell phones or the landlines because thesse people are getting way out of line with the phone! They should only be allowed to send letters in the mail!
It is also true that if the original creditor has sold off the account you had then you have no liability to them you do not have a signed contract and you can tell them that! Also send a letter to them requesting them to send you a copy of the original bill you own them that they are claiming! They cannot come up with the original paperwork that shows a signed contract with them and therefore you are not liable to send them any money! Helps when they decide to try to take you to court over it as well as if they are taking you to court you must be served with the papers by certified mail and it has to be you that signs for it if you are not the one who has signed for it then they have violated your rights!
I have had to deal with this before!
I would really like all these calls to stop from E.R. Solutions from coming to my cell phone! Whats it going to take to get them nasty people to stop harrassing on the phone I do not know but if it continues and I have copies of my cell phone bill that shows it is everyday and several times a day coming into my voice mail guess what then I can file against them in court the company and be able to have the charges of phone harrassment against them brought into court and then they will loose their right to having a phone!

Been getting a ton of calls for someone other than me to call them.  I was pissed and called them to tell them to stop calling.  They said they were going to call more because I was so pissed.

My calls come from (425) 562-3215, and it is a British accented woman leaving a message to call 877-495-0400. Get them several times a day.

THEY ARE ER SOLUTIONS. I THINK THEY ARE BRITISH BASED. COMPLETE SCAM

E.R solutions have called a minimum of six calls a day for months. No clue what they want, nor do I care.  Thanks to call blocking, I only know they have called, when I check my providers web site to see who else I've blocked, and how well my system works...IT'S. . . .  .GREAT....

Called three times in three hours,never left a message(only call my cell never my home number?

This # calls my cell several times a day trying to collect a car note from 1998. I co signed for my daughter and she lost the car. They are rude and will not stop calling me ! Im not paying them a penny !!!!!

This woman shanuntay called and asked my boyfriend to verify my social security number. Can you believe that?
