It is Citicard doing the annoyance calls all day long from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm leaving a message has it annoy you yet? If that is the case who wants to do their banking with them.

I really wish they would stop calling my phone at all hours of the day and night. It really gets old and annoying!

I have received other calls from South América
and México. I top up my phones by going
into Radio Shack. It only takes 5 minutes.

Call your Sunoco Gas card company and or Citibank/ Citigroup and re[port these  scammers at Citicard: 877-587-5727 and warn them you will be stopping your cards if this hassment dosen't stop, now. Do Not Call is a joke. You have to call the State Attorny Office in THIER State, and the B.B.B. in their area. The only way it will stop, is when Citibank and Sunoco put them in jail. I'm noty sure if the two larger companies are not in business with this Citicard, as the poster STOP THE BANKS HAS ALREADY SAID. I may be spitting into a windmill.I do not have a Citibank account, only Sunoco. I'll cancel if need be.

I was 7 days late paying my shell oil card and they turned it over to collections with this pack of ghouls.  They started calling on a Sunday no less.  I had already mailed full payment to shell and the hag at Citi wanted my bank information to verify I'd sent the payment.  NEVER deal with this pack of thieves.  By the way, I called shell and Cancelled my shell oil card.

It's Citibank.  The also do collections for shell oil credit cards.  When my wife was admitted to the hospital, I spent most of my time there and piled the mail on the counter.  I thought I'd sent payments on all my cards, but I missed shell oil.  I was 7 days late when I finally noticed I'd missed it.  I mailed the payment in full on a Saturday and these ghouls started calling me on a Sunday.  I tried telling them what happened and that the payment was made, they wanted my bank information to verify it.  Told them where to put what they wanted, then called shell and Cancelled the card.  Also told them what I thought of their business practices on a customer who'd never been late on a payment in 19 years.

They keep calling and harassing me after I have repeatedly told them the person they are looking for is not any thing to me. I have been told twice they removed my number and they are still harassing. Claim to be citi card. They say it shows I am related to the person in question about unpaid bill. I live alone and no one else other than myself has ever lived here.

After many answering machine hang ups, they finally they left a message stating that it was not a sales
call and it was citi with an important message.  Next day I answered it, they are asking for a person who
I have never heard of.  Told them I don't know who that is, and they said they will remove my number.
Deadbeats always give out bogus phone numbers.

They calim to be debt collector for Citi...I don't owe money right now, but they call from sun up to sun doiwn 7 days a week.....I want them to stop calling me.

I get the same call at least once or twice daily. They say it's not a sales call but they need to speak to me concerning my citi card. I figured it was a scam and never called them. Is there a way to number block on a phone?

This Do Not Call thing is a bunch of crap.  I'm on it and have registered several times.  I still get all these unwanted calls.  Talk about a government scam!!!

This is a valid number, Citi's collections department. They were calling me regarding past-due charges on a Radioshack credit card account (a fraudulently opened account - I had already reported it as such but had failed to return some paperwork they mailed me so since their investigation was not closed, the collections folks were just doing their job and ringing me up). When I explained the situation she transferred me right over to fraud prevention and they agreed to send me some new paperwork to take care of it. Definitely not a phishing scam or any brand of telemarketing - collections is just persistent!

Called three times in one day at 9 AM, 2:50 PM, 7:20 PM.  CID says "toll free-".  Second time, left a message saying "we are starting to _____?? personally.  We appreciate your busy schedule, so please
call Citi at 1-866-609-8298 between the hours of 7 AM and 11 PM central time.  We are calling regarding your credit card issued by Citi.  This is not a sales call, and any of our representatives can assist you."  Never have had a Citi card

It is illegal for them to call after 9:00pm

Calls once a day in afternoon - every single day of the week.  I do not have any cards & will not respond - sending call to VM & deleting.

I receive multiple daily calls on my cellular phone from this number (no message left) - it's really getting out of hand!
