Sorry for you people who think it's a scam, but it is Citibank.  They are calling because you missed a payment or underpaid by at least $0.01.  Please be aware that while you may not have a Citibank card, they also issue Exxon/Mobil, Sears and a few other cards.

Similar problem.  They would like me to pay online, but they refuse to allow me to set up the account so I can.  I had to fight with them to send me paper bills.

This happened to me, i have never applied for a citibank card but they keep calling and sending me 5 paper letters a week

man states citi bank about a ford credit card and i dont have one . he argued wanting my last for social security and birth date. I didnt give anything other than  my name and told him to never call him again or i will turn you into BBB.

Ohh! The BBB! I bet that scared him just thinking about that nasty letter they will send him that he can ignore.  Why not report to agencies that actually have the power to do something?

Stop calling

Called Citibank on a advertised costumer service  number to verify.  I have a zero balance on my Citibank account. This is one of their actual numbers. HOWEVER!!! it is currently being spoofed. But if you are getting this call and it's NOT a real person and they don't have your account information. It is a very well done scam... .  Hang up!!!!!

A male called me stated that i did not send my credit card payment. I saiid to him. I did made my payment on friday.
He requested my personal info to verify. I said No.

They call often and I have them blocked. They have called 4 times today, which is a Sunday, I thought that was illegal under any circumstance

It actually is from Citi Bank, which is the holder of many major gas cards, as well as department store credit cards.

It is a scam call from Citibank

Just got a call and they left a message saying thank you for being part of the CITY Bank Family... I just blocked this number.

Constantly calling. Leaves messages to call about my citi bank account. I don't have a cute bank account

Constantly getting calls from this number. It affects my job.

Multiple times a day receiving calls from this number. I blocked the number thru my cell. They leave automated vm sometimes stating its not a sales call and an associate will be on the line to help me shortly. Then a few seconda later and foreign speaking person repeatedly says my name and hello. Over and over. Dont they get that it's a vm. Obviously many times they have people just listening n not speaking back. Why else would they do that. Either way, I dont have a Citi bank credit card. I don't own any but one that's thru ford credit. It was the last payment n it was late. I'm thinking maybe this scam could get info from other company card acctss when theyre late paying and that's their IN to get in touch with you and try to get your info to steal your identity/money. I would just simply pay to the company directly to which you owe. If you need to talk to someone call the number attached to the card you have. Dont trust any incoming calls. Plain and simple.

They have been calling for the last 5 days for at least 3 times a day and all hours.
