They called and left a message with a bogus payment website for Citi. Uhhh no thanks, I will sign into my actual accounts and not give you my sign in info to my credit cards. Total Phishing scam....Beware!

what bill? no one in my house even has an account with them,,,, maybe you might need to pay but most people getting these calls do not have an account

no one in my whole family aunts uncles cousins children etc no one has an account with them so they must be a scam

why should I want them as a contact just to block them.... and FYI they are calling my house phone no contacts on there

then my whole contact list would be blocked numbers with no room for my friends

and if you don;t have ANY credit with them or a company that they do credit cards for????? These calls are scams! I don;t have any credit cards except my bank card, and they call me 7 days a week, and if they were real they wouldn;t be using robocalls

Citibank says this is not legitimate. We get calls everyday.  All hours leaving a web address and phone number again to call back.  We did this once and were disconnected when we voiced an objection to the calls.

have been constantly getting phone calls from this number saying they are from Citibank, telling us to bring our account up to date; website address they gave us is bogus www.payments.citi.com/citiclientfirst.aspx; called Citibank, verified we don't have an account with Citibank...they need to stop this!

I called CitiBank to check, and they confirmed it IS a valid number and safe to call.

Calls from this number and also from 8666098298 very frequently.  I ask them to send the overdue statement in the mail, they want to confirm my address but won't reveal the address that they have.  I am not giving my address to them in a phone callo

So I have had several calls to my land line and am now getting them on my cell. Turns out Citibank owns many different vendors CC service, which I know occurs as I work with CapOne and  know we have handled Kohl's and are getting ready to handle Cabelas.....I recently got a Goodyear Card to get interest fee money for 6 months on the new tires I bought. Citibank handles their card! I thought it was a scam but it is some survey they want you to participate in. I have gotten follow up emails about a Goodyear customer service person recently contacting me and they come to me within hours of getting their call. I am just hanging up and deleting the emails.

Sorry for you people who think it's a scam, but it is Citibank.  They are calling because you missed a payment or underpaid by at least $0.01.  Please be aware that while you may not have a Citibank card, they also issue Exxon/Mobil, Sears and a few other cards.

Similar problem.  They would like me to pay online, but they refuse to allow me to set up the account so I can.  I had to fight with them to send me paper bills.

This happened to me, i have never applied for a citibank card but they keep calling and sending me 5 paper letters a week

Bull- had 4 today from them

man states citi bank about a ford credit card and i dont have one . he argued wanting my last for social security and birth date. I didnt give anything other than  my name and told him to never call him again or i will turn you into BBB.

Ohh! The BBB! I bet that scared him just thinking about that nasty letter they will send him that he can ignore.  Why not report to agencies that actually have the power to do something?
