- DButterfly replies to WildspadeSo I have had several calls to my land line and am now getting them on my cell. Turns out Citibank owns many different vendors CC service, which I know occurs as I work with CapOne and know we have handled Kohl's and are getting ready to handle Cabelas.....I recently got a Goodyear Card to get interest fee money for 6 months on the new tires I bought. Citibank handles their card! I thought it was a scam but it is some survey they want you to participate in. I have gotten follow up emails about a Goodyear customer service person recently contacting me and they come to me within hours of getting their call. I am just hanging up and deleting the emails.
- O'DawgSorry for you people who think it's a scam, but it is Citibank. They are calling because you missed a payment or underpaid by at least $0.01. Please be aware that while you may not have a Citibank card, they also issue Exxon/Mobil, Sears and a few other cards.
- Caller: Citibank
- Call type: Debt collector
