877-587-5727 is calling me relentlessly now for several weeks.  Instructions are to go online to www.payment.citi.com/citiclientfirst.aspx.   My citi account is up to date and I'm wondering what is going on and how I can stop these annoying phone messages.

Calls stating to login and check account status....I have one citi account, in good standing!  Logged onto said site....got a virus!

Strangely enough, when I went to CITI Bank's Facebook page to report this, they said it IS their number, but they have no idea why they'd be calling us since our account payments are up-to-date.

Its not a scam. It is CitiBank telling ou that you missed a payment.

Right. So why did you look up the number when you obviously know to whom it belongs? Apparently you've never heard of number spoofing. Just because a call was legitimate for you doesn't mean it is for someone else.

Multiple calls a day and then finally a message is left about being a valued citibank customer and to please log in to view my account at a specified website.

Calls twice a day claiming to be citi bank when I don't use them. Scam.

Folks, I hate to tell you but this is a real number for Citibank. When they called asking for me to log on and review my account I couldn't figure out why as I don't have a Citi card.....or at least I thought I didn't. Turns out American Airlines is through Citi and I had accidentally forgotten to pay my bill this month.  Just an FYI.

I also  got a call  from  this  number. I let  go to the  answering  machine.  Something about  my account. Gave  a  web address.  When i called the  number on the  phone  they say their  citi bank, and  wanted  my soc sec.  Number. I kept  say  customer  re.Presentative.  They kept insisting  soc. Sec.  Number.   I checked  my card  . It was  different  number   and  the  call id   said  8775875726 checked my  bills  number  not  even  close,  :(   this  really  ticks  me  off

Calls at least 2 to 3 times every day for weeks saying I should log into my Citibank account

This phone no. is invalid, but I continue to receive calls. Why the F can't our phone companies or government stop these calls? If an employer has to be the responsible party for our immigration enforcement (Form I-9), why can't we make the phone providers be responsible to make sure that telemarketers are shut down? Shut the calls down, or no phone provider.

I got a call from the number 877-587-1558, and when I called back, it said... this number you have called,  is not in service.  Scam caller, when a call comes in and calling back, and says the number is not in service, it's a scam.
