STOP CALLING...Every day, 2-3x/day, you call, leaving a recorded message with information that is not for me...I don't have your credit card and don't want one.

I have talked to the people at thsi number everytime they call.  I am a stay at home mom so I am always home.  They call anywhere from 5 am to 11 pm.  This is uncalled for.  They are calling me because they are trying to get in touch with my aunt.  I/my family has had no contact with my aunt in over 15 years.  I live in a different state and have married (she does not know my married name).  When these people call they state they are looking for her and my number is listed on the account.  This is a lie since I move every couple of years and there is no way my Schizophrenic Aunt found my number.  These are collection calles (although they do not say that, by law they are not allowed to tell someone not on the account it is a collection call.  Which is why they usually don't leave more than a blanket message if they do leave on).  I have told them all this yet they continue to call.  I found if you call the number and get to a represenative then you can speak to a manager and be removed.  Good luck with the process and realize it might not even be your account.  It might be someone else they are trying to get in touch with.  These are usually collection calls

I tried to block, but the calls somehow go directly to voice mail.

If you go to the BBB site and type in the number on the back of your credit card you get your bank name. If you type in 877-587-5727 or 888-279-2426 you get nothing. What does that tell you?

I get 2 to 3 calls from this number daily.  When I answer, they are sorry they are unable to talk to me.  Please call back with credit card number.  They say they are associated with CitiBank.  Do not call this number.

I believe that if I don't know the number and don't answer it, if they want to talk to me, they can leave a voicemail...it's their dime, they are calling me.

seriously....how can we get them to stop!?  it's really annoying and very frustrating.

Not sure. I *69 and this was the number that hung up on me. Dont know exactly what to do. Running to the phone ten times a day to be hung up on is not what I clock in for. Is someone going to do something about this or is this website just to vent?

Driving me crazy,I own a business that I have forwarded to.my cell phone! Get prob 10-12have calls from this number daily! ! I looked it up and a whole bunch of foreign lettering came up. It needs to stop,been going on for 3 weeks!

I get calls starting at 0600 am I have never had a CITI bank card and all others are up to date have even check my credit reports all 3 and no late pays or new credit cards. I have blocked the number

this number butt dialed me and i got to listen some people talk about icecream flavors for a minute and a half. What a dork!

this number called me on a sunday morning at 0930.  um that is illegal.  im going to answer next time they call today and let them know that I am recording them and that i am also sueing them for not following the law.

I don't think you can sue them.

I think if they can only call from 8:00am-9:00pm but no more than five times a day.

I've been getting a call asking for a former co-worker at my place of employment seems like almost everyday. I think calling peoples work places is illegal but you have to tell them not to call at work.

When I come back from vacation I'll have to put a link to a video I saw on youtube. Until then everyone take care.

They call everyday, and what's really annoying are the calls on Sundays starting at 9:00 a.m.

They call 4-5 times a day 7 days a week "about American Airlines Accounts" which I do not have.

I work for an intellectual property lawyer. They have called our office 66 times since November 29.

Well they called my place of employment for the first time in many weeks.

The Automated system asking for an employee that has not worked here since Febuary of 2011.
