I want these ignorant people to stop calling my home. They will not talk when I answer, and the constantly keep calling!!!! Enough is enough!!!!

I just called Citibank fraud dept and told them what is happening. The customer service person called the number, and came back and told me it's a collection agency. Citibank finances Home Depot, ExconMobil, and some other cards. I cancelled my Exxon card a month ago over their mistaken late fees, and that is what the agency was calling me about. I told the CitiBank person that many of the agency calls are hang ups. She said she will report that.

contact CiTi Bank regarding your credit card.  I DON'T have A CiTi Bank credit card!

Citi services many store and service company credit cards, Home Depot, Exxon/Mobile for example.  If you go 4 days past the due date on your card payment these folks will start calling 'on behalf' of the issuing entity.  You do not have to have a 'Citi Bank' branded card to be in the CiTi servicing network.  After they called me 4 times I found out my bank had made an error in paying my Exxon bill.  Called Exxon directly to fix it.

Calling for a person that does not live here. Told them numerous times they have wrong number.

I am getting calls from this number, 877-587-5727.  I have logged 36 calls from the same number from January 11, 2015 to today, January 21, 2015. I have blocked the number so that my phone rings, then hangs up. wht can I do to stop these calls? It is getting annoying.

This is indeed Citibank, i missed a credit card  payment and they were just letting me know, i made the payment and done... no more calls.

This actually Citibank calling on a past due balance with Home Depot, they called 9 times so far today and the payment was due yesterday .... WTF !!!

Whenever I get such calls, I never answer to see if they leave a message, which is rarely done.  I call the number back.  Most solicitations have a recorded message to allow you to "opt" out of future calls.  In some cases I have talked to a person and made the same request.

This is a legitimate phone call as the response above said.  I have an account that just started and I did not know Citibank was handling it!!!  I took care of business and am glad I called back!!!

Calls our business many times a day, but there is never anyone on the line when I answer, just dead air.  We're contractors so a Home Depot balance or something wouldn't even be weird, but why don't these people ever say anything when I pick up or leave a message when we don't? :\

This number is calling a company owned work phone.
I will seek legal action if its an option.

These people at 8775875727  used to call every workday. Now they've amped up to weekends and holidays.
Citibank is aware, but can't seem to shut it off.
I told them I had no account... then they asked if my SON has an account. I HAVE NO SON!!!

This is getting out of control. Whoever their telephone service provider must be notified to terminate that line.

They call  me numerous about of times per day when i called back a machine picks up and say its from citi bank. I picked up once the person  on the other line took a few seconds to answer he seemed nervous and all he said was hello. Starting  to annoying the crap out of me. I dont have a citi card if i really am late on a payment if they cant get a hold of me by phone they probably send me a letter regarding the late payment but I'm  not late on my payments and seen no letter from citi bank.

Keeps calling at all times of the day even the weekend very annoying
