- Countrygal67 replies to JulieJulie, my daughter also has a child support card and they will not help their account holders! It is the most despicable thing I ever seen when these single moms are doing their best and it doesn't seem to matter that they are getting ripped off! This Country needs a major overhauling a President who will do it! The little people DO MATTER!!! So much for taking care of our own huh?

I am getting my money back from my bank which is Suntrust. I canceled my bank card and they are issuing a new one and I called the fraud dept, filed a claim and they are reversing the charges after they go through my acct tonight because the $149.95 is still in a Pending status and they cannot stop the charge. I was lucky that I caught it when I did and the bank worked with me. - Deborah HerriageI signed up for ICM Websites Affiliate Marketing for a charge of $2.95. I cancelled in two days and they have charged my bank account $149.95. I have called this number repeatedly and got only a busy signal. Do NOT deal with ICM websites affiliate marketing. This is a huge rip off.

I immediately contacted my bank and canceled my debit card so that this would not happen again. I also talked to the fraud department from my bank and they said it was a pending change and I had to wait for the money to transfer to file a report.
When I visited this site I was given a different phone number to call for support. That Number being. 877-304-1475. I called that number and I gave the number connected with the charge to the individual that answered the phone and was told that a supervisor would contact me about the charge and I was given a different phone number just in case the supervisor didn’t contact me. That number is 877-232-7318. All three numbers are the same business. Still waiting for the supervisor to call. - Bob replies to Julie| 1 replyIs your card a government issued card. I think it might be a crime to defraud a government issued card.
- Julie replies to Julie| 1 replySo I've called ICM twice these past 2 days that I've been in pursuit of the bottom of it all. I actually got the same guy tonight that I got last night. He's been nice and trying to give advice, but claims that ICM has had nothing to do with all of it. He said that they've received many calls in reference to this number and are trying to find out who's behind it all too.
I don't know, it's just too obvious that so many have had connections with ICM and they supposedly are innocent? I find it very hard to believe.
If any one else out there has had dealings with ICM, or if you think it's connected to another company instead, please let your voice be heard. Some how we should be able to get to the bottom of this and be able to help each other out. As for me, I'm still trying to find a way to get ahold of the right office for my unemployment card. One number I tried today, their automated answering service told me that the volume of incoming calls were so great that I should try back later in the week!! I don't dare wait THAT long! I'm gonna try early in the morning and maybe catch them just as they're opening. Any input is welcome. - Julie replies to BobHmmm...good point Bob. I'll look into that. Maybe they bit off more than they dare to chew...if I can just get ahold of the right office. Thanks. Will post anything that I find out.
- Ray in Spring Hill Fl replies to Cassandra Denton| 1 replyI just noticed this charge of 149.95 as well.
I did receive an offer and have an email cancelation letter.
When asked for credit of the 2.97 I was told it was done at that time.
I never received the credit and now have been charged the 149.95
I will report this as a fraud tomorrow June 16 at me local branch.
I am also asking the bank to refuse any unusall charges unless I call them first.
Banks should not accept out of the ordinary charges anyway.
I was solicited in a spam mail and canceled as others have stated.
I am upset with my bank because they know all my regular buying habits.
This is very annoying and they always refund these for me.
I wish people down the block did this. They are always far away.
Punks, liars, and thieves all of em. - Brenda Mc replies to Countrygal67| 1 replysame thing, 149.95 out of my account. I have to go to the bank in the morning. I hope this can be stopped. I see a lawsuit.
- brad vaughn replies to tonyThats what I did wachovi is investigating the matter, the charge just posted to my account, so now they can proceed. I just hate that everyone here has to waste their time effort and more important money on a scam like this. I am also looking into fileing a complaint with the better business bureau on this matter.

- jeremiah from cleveland| 1 replyThe same thing happen to me monday and it have something to do with icm website cause they the only company that had my card # they took out 149.99 but its still pending now have to wait a couple weeks to get my money back
- kimmijohn replies to jeremiah from clevelandThis is horrible! I just found the same thing w/my account today! I too did business w/ICM in late May but cancelled w/in the time allowed so I would not get charged the large fee. I received the cancellation email so I have proof I should have no charges. Now weeks later I'm getting charged $149.95 from this : 8776167330BUSINESS WEB CHEYENNE 01 . Of course their line is busy and I get no answer. I contacted ICM and they said no charges have been deducted by them and I am indeed a cancelled customer and should not be getting any charges. The lady was very nice and said good luck w/my search for the charges. My bank has filed a claim and I've cancelled my card so I really hope I can recover those funds. I think with the number of people that have had this happen there must be something more we can do, publicly if necessary. Should the authorities find out about this? This is a huge scam someone is pulling. Either it's someone from the inside of ICM or someone got inside of ICM's database and is ripping of potential customers.
- genI found the same charge, as most of you, $149.95 on my account. The company I originally had dealings with was ICM. After reading the fine print, I immediately requested the account be closed. I believed that was the end of the situation. The bank's customer service person thought it was ICM. ICM said they had nothing to do with it. Anyway, long story short, I called "elearning". Hope this is over. They have closed the account and said ALL MONEY will be refunded. You can never get through on 877-616-7330. It's always busy. Go straight to 877-304-1475. They will probably offer half your money back. That's what happened to me but I demanded to speak to a supervisor and got results.
