Same story - Fraud. They stole $149.95 from our account...from my unemployement check. My family is struggeling. I hope they go down hard!

I had the same thing happen yesterday. I went to the bank and filed a dispute of the charges. Hopefully I get my money back.

So was it your eppicard number they used?

Sounds like ICM Websites are scamming everyone, on a "NO-NONSENSE" SIGN UP DEAL. Just happened to me as well. Lots of time on the phone on hold, and no agent to speak to. They are probably flooded with complaint calls and chargebacks right now. Good luck all, My quest for a refund has just begun. Chuck

Jessica when the FBI contacts you tell them about all of us also pass on my e-mail rjwrose@gmail.com.  My bank said i wouldn't be held accountable for the charges but it will take a few days to restore the funds.

Absolutely same happened to me, to the date. My bank will credit the account back in 10 business days. ICM is a scam! My husband was right, if sounds too good to be true - probably is :). Let BBB or other agency know about ICM websites.

Jessica I just got off the phone with the internet treasure chest.  7-10 days i should see my refund in full 149.95 not to much in the waiting for my money but at least I talked to someone that knew what to do.  Very nice and helpful.  Still not sure how they got my information.  I never did anything on line with them.  I also mentioned this website and told him there were a lot of unhappy people in here and i thought he should try to resolve everyones issue with the internet treasure chest.  877-616-7330 is the number i used to get a hold of them.  Hope this helps everyone.

I recieve and over draft from my bank and when i looked to see what i did to over draft my account I noticed there was a charge of 149.95 from my account that i didnt not make. I clled the number and it was busy so i called it back and all i got was music. I called my bank and they are doing an investigation. I have never heard of this compainy and never recieved a phone call from them all I know is thayt this is messed up and I really hope that they are charged with fraud.

I too had a charge of $149.95 placed from my bank account on 6-15-10.  I cancelled this ICM company the same day I signed up when I saw what the future costs would be to continue.  They charged me even though I cancelled with them.  I am filing a fraud complaint with the bank in the morning hopefully to get the money back and cancel my card.   I cannot reach them on the phone.  I just get placed on hold with elevator music.  Good luck everyone.

They got me too.  149.95 and I cancelled my account the next day with them after the "one-time" fee...

Received also a charge of $149.95.  Going to bank to dispute this.  Cannot get hold of anyone at that no.

I called ICM and they asked for the merchant ID for these charges. ICM said i would be able the receive that from my bank. They requsted the first six numbers so they would be able to shut this site down. They seem to be aware of what going on and are now doing something about it. The representative was very polite & tried to help me as much as possible. So if anyone is able to get those nubers from the bank PLEASE do us all a favor and let us know!

call the number at exactly at 8 am n tell them u had the amount of money taken out of ur account they r gettn numerous calls and givin refunds back to everyone but call early when they first open like at 8 am or basically u aint gettn thru til the next morn... if u want ur money back take my advice and dnt be stupid and have to wait leave the disputes wit the banks but call the number above and get ur refund asap!!!!!

Copy the web address I gave above, and paste it into your browser's address bar. there you'll find how to file a complaint. I'm sure they'll be glad to hear any info you can give them about this issue.

He's already emailed me twice and has gotten in touch with them at Eppicard about my situation. Just waiting now to hear from them.

I also called the customer service at Eppicard and finally got to talk to someone there. She's canceled my card and submitted a request for a new one. She also is sending me forms to fill out for a claim against this company. Both card and papers should be here in 5-10 business days. But she said it could be as much as 45+ days to get my money back.  :-/  I knew it would be a while for the money or card to get here so I waited until my new unemployment voucher went through and this weeks unemployment funds were deposited into my Eppicard account before calling them, so I could go to the bank and transfer funds into my checking. 10 business days may now seem like an eternity for me & my son before having anymore income available to us till my new Eppicard arrives! I share this in case another who's Unemployment/Child Support card, (Eppicard) was hit. Be sure you take everything off of it first before you have them cancel the card!

As a consumer/corporate advocate I had a consumer reach out to me for help regarding a fraudulent charge she had received on her EppiCard that was related to this number. I called the number, spoke with a customer service representative and her charges have been cancelled. The number is a billing help and support center so they represent a number of different companies. The rep had no idea which company the charge was from, but she did cancel the charge for the customer. I was informed it could take 7-10 to get the refund or possibly up to a month, depending on the bank and billing cycle of the company involved. I received a confirmation number of the cancellation for the consumer so she can verify the cancellation. The same thing happened to us...149.95 was charged to our card...We had the same problem with Internet cash machine....I called the number 877-616-7330 and finally got to talk to a person..He said he would refund my money and sent me a RMA and a e-mail form to fill out..I filled out the form and e-mailed it back to them...Now im waiting to see what happens....I contacted my bank and filed a dispute and cancelled my debit card and got a new one...My internettreasure chest is some how joined with Internet cash machine..Seems there one in one some how...Good luck everyone in getting your money back...

This same thing happened to me along with so many other people.  I immediately backed out of a ICM Website I signed up on the internet. ICM said it would charge 149.95 at the end of a 3 day trial so I cancelled right away. My Credit Card has a pending charge of 149.95 three days later.  I called ICM Websites and they denied it. I don't think there is no other immediate solution other than canceling the Credit card immediately.

my wife seen a news artical on yahoo about how some woman was making some good money with icm and she thought that it was on the up and up and decided to sign me up for them but when we got through the whole setup which was only top cost 2.97 we then find out that its going to cost us 149.95 so the next day i had called and canceled my account with them and they then told me that i would not be billed the 149.95 but they took the money out of my account and this morning i had called that 877-616-7330 number and got through to someone they had told me that they have been getting alot of calls about refunds on this matter and that its not a part of their stuff but they have been atherised to cancel the account and to give back a refund that i should see back in my account within 1 to 3 business days and then gave me a conformation number that i made sure to write down
