to list their phone numbers in the hopes people would add the phone numbers of all the idiots who call and harrass wrong numbers, and have it go viral. Maybe if they got thousands of unwanted calls, they would listen for a change. I have been getting calls for a Steven Sumners for over a year, and have gone through three different collection agencies. I am NOT Steven, I do NOT know Steven and have had this cell number for over three years.  I think these numbers should be posted on twitter/facebook and anywhere else where others can call and treat these people the same way they treat us.

I got a call from this number its my former roommate owe money at royal bank. The bank phone me yesterday asking for that person. Anyways I told them he does not live here anymore and they ask if that person has a new phone number.. I said I don't know. Today I got a call from this number they would like to speak to this person.. It's urgent and give me an extension number. Heads up its a collection agency.. Blah.. Blah...

Anyways they called 4 times this week so I changed my greetings to : hi reach ________ leave you message. If you are looking for anyone else you got the wrong number.

Got a call where the caller (Hamed?) said I was supposed to call this number (my step-daughter took the message).  The call was illegal - no name, no number on the Caller ID.  I will refuse to deal with him.

I got a call from unknown name & number, usually I don't pickup the phone if its like that, so a lady left a message: " I have an important business mater to discuss with you, i am calling from my office --my office ??-she continued please call me asap to discuss this business matter on 1877-669-4935.
Do you think its a fraud..?  I think yes!!!

Every day for the past two weeks I've been getting a "private name" phone call. I answer the phone and it dials me out to mjr scammers. No one ever answers. They haven't even told me who they're looking for. I know I have no credit problems, so this is [***] [***]. STOP PHONING EVERY [***] DAY.

They call even if someone happened to put your name down as a reference telephone number when they were arranging cash or a loan.  It's probably best to take the call and tell them to remove your telephone number from autodialer.  Also, their webpage has a section that says to call
Joe or Stu.  If they don't remove your number as you request, tell them you will call (if you are in Canada) , the Ministry of Consumer Services; they have the power to take away collection licence.

i have got about 8 calls from this number today. The person phoning only identifies themselves by the name Mr Lazo, no company name or anything. Leave me the phone number, case number and his extension and then hangs up, but when I try calling back I keep getting his voicemail.

Actually they DO own the debt you moron, they purchase it from the bank at 20 cents on the dollar. Then they call non stop trying to collect 100%. Its how they make money. Fool.

They are a collection agency out of Canada   w/phone numbers 877-669-4935, 866-682-5008  international calls 905-671-4151 & 450-662-2008  As far as I can tell they appear to be a legit Co out of Canada, Now if they are abusive when talking to you, Well, that's another matter to be considered

iT IS LEGIT,THEY ARE JUST MORONS!!  But, personally I wouldn't deal with them

this company has been told many times the person they are looking for does not live here.  they keep calling

MJR is a collections agency. The Creditors will most likely assign debt to them to collect, and sometimes MJR will purchase debt to collect. MJR is very bad for harassment, so if you do find yourself dealing with them when you shouldn't be please report to consumer protection in your Province.

I GOT A CALL TODAY FROM SOME GUY CLAIMING HIS NAME IS JEREMIAH, AND HIS WANTS T ME TO CALL HIM IN HIS OFFICE IN REGUARDS TO FILE 3751825. I DON''T KNOW ONE WITH THAT NAME THEY NEED TO STOP CALLING MY NUMBER AND BY THE WAY THEY ARE BEEN RECORDED  WHEN THEY CALL MY NUMBER IN CASE THEY DON'T KNOW
