got the call voice was talking hurriedly, urgent attention to call him back as he is holding my file which is a very sensitive matter.  Ext. 3218.

Erica is calling me every day for the last month. I don't care who they are (Call Cry or Gory ext 3339), but I kind like her voice.

Here is some info "What to Do When the Collection Agency Calls"

The regulations forbid collection agencies from: contacting you until six days have passed from sending you written notice of the following:
-the name of the creditor
-The balance owing
-The name of the agency and its authority to demand payment
continuing to contact you if you did not receive the notice unless a second copy of the written notice is sent to an address provided by you, and then contact may only be made six days after sending notice;
contacting you if you send a registered letter to the agency saying that you dispute the debt and suggest the matter be taken to court; Contacting you if you or your lawyer notify the agency by registered mail to communicate only with your lawyer, and you provide the lawyer's name, address and telephone number;
contacting you on Sunday, except between the hours of 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., and on a holiday;
contacting you other than by ordinary mail more than three times in a seven-day period without your consent, once the agency has actually spoken with you; using threatening, profane, intimidating or coercive language, or using undue, excessive or unreasonable pressure; Continuing to contact you if you have told them that you are not the person they are looking for unless they take reasonable precautions to ensure you are that person; Giving false or misleading information to any person;
recommending to a creditor that a legal action be commenced against you without first sending you notice;
contacting your employer except on one occasion to obtain your employment information, unless your employer has guaranteed the debt, the call is in respect of a court order or wage assignment or if you have provided written authorization to contact your employer; Contacting your spouse, a member of your family or household, or a relative, neighbour or acquaintance except to obtain your address and telephone number unless the person contacted has guaranteed the debt or you have given permission for the person to be contacted.

I got a 7:30 a.m. call from 877-669-4935 wanting a man I never heard of before for debt payments.

man from 877669 4935  #2228   wanting a man to pay a debt.   At 7:30 a.m. here, it was not appreciated.

I keep getting a call from three different people, to call a mr koneybear- one message is usually himself, saying he needs me to give him a shout, the lady says in order to help you we need you to call today. I dont owe TD money for collection, I did think that they had to identify themselves as a collection agency.

They call me twice daily looking for some Andrea person who I have go idea is. But I know she owes money to virgin mobile because they called me non stop a couple of months ago looking for an Andrea. Virgin mobile knows that I am not this person and have had my cell number for over 6 years yet they still sold this incorrect information to MJR and now they are harassing me.

A lady (did not leave a name) from MJR Services called me and left message that she called on the behave of CIBC bank and asked me to call her back at 877-669-4935 and did not said what it is about.  I think this is the scam! because I don't own anything from CIBC then if so, CIBC should notify me at the first place instead of MJR Services!

You can't be that [***]....? Maybe u can...  These guys call and even if u tell them that you are not the person or even know them the continue. I suggest hiring a lawyer if you are not the person they want and continue to call. That's what I did and it stopped immediately and I got a written apology. But all these people here saying pay your bills... They work for them. That came out in my case .

I have one debt and it is paid up to date.  Also said Ann and that is not my name and have never dealt  with CIBC and then said to call and read number so fast I couldn't catch it and said if this is your number also at high speed but my number doesn't end in a 0 neither my home number or cell so this is a scam

I also just got a call from these guys and have no debt. For you ppl that are calling others losers and sh*t, stop and think that they're might be more to it than you know. I know ppl who have new phone numbers and when they retire their old one it gets used again by another customer. They may be calling the right number on file just that it's been retired.
