- Linzy replies to JOE| 1 replyLegal telemarketing and call center hours are between the hours of 9am to 9pm.
By law they cannot call you after 9pm or before 9am. - Bob replies to AngelYou're a genius Angel. He's a Sprint call center employee... would you expect the suits to be working there?

Hope it works on the cell with Sprint. - Mike replies to Tomas| 1 replyI wish they would stop calling. I've already told them I do not want to make any additions and upgrades to my account. They called me two weeks ago and now they just called me again today. Nothing's changed in two weeks. I still don't want to buy anything.
- Ron LeVarstated they were from Sprint in Manila, phillipines.....
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Megan2Dont you think it would be easier to answer and tell them to take you off the list than to keep ignoring it and have them keep calling you? I did and they havent called since.
If that doesnt work try calling sprint customer service and complain.
And they are just doing their job. I'm sure some of you people annoy people by doing your job- Caller: sprint
- W.T.It is Sprint trying to offer new promotions. If you call this number back it has an option to press number 6 to end these calls. However, it does not work, I tried on 4 different occassions and Sprint kept calling. I finally answered and gave that Sprint rep. a verbal explosion asking why she is calling when I have utilized their system and pressed the number 6 to opt out of these phone calls. She had no answer for me, but I have not received a call since my tirade.
- AnnoyedGot the call today, told them to take me off the list or else I am canceling service. Hopefully it worked. I could care less about these phone calls as they do not disturb me that much but Sprint has been nothing but problems.

- Bill replies to MikeThis is plain, TOTALLY unprofessional phone spam! Why? Because they do not identify themselves through Caller ID, nor do they leave a message. That's spam. Period. End of discussion.
- SAMI just spoke with Sprint and they said this is NOT them and do not give any of my details to the caller. They do not use 877 numbers. They were so concerned that they had me change my pin and secret word with them.

- Ragujavtan BagahavatanMy friend! We only like to be be up selling cellular phone accessories to people who, how do you say, needing not harassment, and have big wallet expenditures. Here in Northern India, West of Bangalore, we have nothing more better to do than call you insistently to make for you up grade. I have to sell or NO pay for me and my family loses the barn. We have deepest forms of the recession in this neck of the wood.
I have nothing good more to say, just answer the phone, give us you personal information and buy some more things, you need to have bling for phone, no?

- RobWell that was weird. I got a call from them but they didn't respond... just... breathed heavily into the receiver. I could tell from the background noise that it was in a call center, but whichever operator called me just listened to me answer the phone three times and he kept on... breathing. I hung up, weirded out.

- brook replies to JadedThat's nice since I cannot make changes to the account! Maybe they should check their records!
And maybe that is how they signed up my 70 yr old father-in-law with texting ON MY ACCOUNT thank you very much SPRINT... yeah, had fun getting that off my account! - michele replies to JadedThank you!! They are driving me crazy!!!
- Annie replies to Jason TerryLike others, my phones are on the no-call registry. The repeated calls from this number are really annoying, especially since I have been a Sprint customer for years and never got any calls like this until I signed up for a new plan. I had been off contract for a while and decided to get back into a contract after my phone broke. Next time, I'll go with another company...maybe Virgin Mobile.
- sabrinavoicemessage claims to be from sprint customer finance services. i call from my sprint voicemail. "to help restore my services.' bull [***]. i pay my bill automatically each month. scam!!!

- DrZoidbergIt is Sprint. If you are a sprint customer then Do-Not-Call list does not matter. Businesses you do business with are excluded from DO-Not-Call.
