    THE MAN
These Scum buy non enforceable past "OLD" debts that don't even show up on a Credit Report.  And they threaten to take Legal action per State or Federal Law. What a bunch of B.S.  First of all any past debt would fall off any Credit Report 7 years after being reported as past due. Second a debt is a Civil Matter unless it was criminal committed.  And if it were these Idiots would not be the ones contacting You, it would be the Authorities.  These Scum have been trying to collect a 20 year old Bill I had in College. I called the original Creditor and they said it was charged off years ago.
So, dont give these Scum your time or concern.  They are filth.

These people have harassed me on and off for years concerning a debt with CashNet USA that I never incurred. I called a couple of times to discuss the matter and one woman told me I was a liar. I told the ***** off and slammed down the phone. I even went to the bank I had at the time regarding this matter and they pulled it up as fraud. That's exactly what these people are. I'm not wasting my time or allowing these ***** to steal my peace. I know who I took loans out with and CashNet was not one of them. If the debt were valid, I could see but it isn't. Funny how it never showed up on my credit report. Only reinforces what BS it is. Any future correspondence from these idiots, will be torn up and thrown in the trash. I also don't answer any phone numbers I'm not familiar with. If it's important, they'll leave a message. If they do, it's nothing but a robocall. Glad we live in the age of caller ID. These losers sure have a way of finding out your phone number and address after many years. Go get a real job and stop bothering the working population!

You "fell bankruptcy"? Then why didn't you tell them to contact your attorney?

So Nicole called my mom's phone number, gave my maiden name and last four of my social security number. She then told my mom that the police would be after me... well I am a debt collector so I called and was told I owed an installment loan from VIP Loan shop in 2016 and that the loan was probably done before that date? So I told Nicole that I have NEVER had an installment loan and that it was no way for it to be in my maiden name. She then transferred me to "the leader" who stated since I refused to pay it would be sent to Harrison County Court in Gulfport MS. I told her good luck. These people have no collections experience, nor do they understand threating to file charges is against the law. They can be sued. For those of you reading this, put a lock and or freeze on your credit so no one can access your information. Also, when you are subscribing to things, make sure it says we will not sell your information.

Dekalb County Solutions does not exist.
I also don't owe anyone anything.  I haven't EVER.  There was a Geico incident that kept charging me even after the policy ended.  I only paid as a result of threat and intimidation.

I will not be intimidated again.
Especially from "x115 Mike" who answers the 877 line himself.

I'm not sure what you are thinking that you are going to accomplish here.  That company does exist.  Registered since 2006.  I also can't fathom why you posted a link to the home page?

You will need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation (by law they have to go back to the original creditor to prove you owe the debt), cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (this will be the best money that you have ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt, and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

Everything else you need to know follows including at least two or more federal and state agencies where you should report their criminal activities.

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and (this is the important part) that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.  If and when you get that letter you should immediately send that debt validation letter by certified, return receipt mail.

First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are: https://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file complaints with the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#crnt&panel1-1

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

Also file a report with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation:   http://www.idfpr.com/

On January 7/22 I just suddenly receive a call left on my mail on my cell saying with a "threatening tone" to call "mandatory" to this number 877-688-82-88, the person calling me identified himself as a such Scott, I must to add that this fella said my complete name and you that are working in the company such and such (said the company or employment that I work for effectively) that means that this guy has my correct information and said call ASAP to the number above, I must to say that I start to wonder saying to myself what is this..? Do I have a problem at court..? But I have done nothing, comes a moment that this make me doubt about myself, I wrote this on Google and now I see that am not the only one person in this matter, greetings from Chesapeake, Virginia...
