DCS is a bunch of con artists.  Give them nothing!  They constantly make up false debts and attempt to scare people into paying.

Got a letter from these clowns for a 20+ year old cell phone debt..  way past the statue of limitations.

On the back of the letter, it states that due to the time limit, they can't take action nor report it to the credit companies.

So... they wasted postage costs, ink, and paper for something they can't legally collect. Don't send these idiots anything.  They're stupid enough to buy debt they can't legally collect,  let them lose money trying.

These losers were sued in Kentucky for breaking the law regarding non-collectable debt in 2018.

You should define "legally" as pertaining to you.  I see that they have not violated any law.  Debts can go beyond the grave to your estate.  Once the "statute" and not the "statue" has expired they cannot legally sue you or threaten to sue you which I see was included in the letter.  Seems to me that have adhered to the law.
