they get their information from a marketing company that gets lists of public records for potential clients. If you have ever been late on a mort. payment they will probably get your information. it cost them $40-75 per post card with all the mailers they have to send out. They only get a 2% return on all those post cards because only 2% of callers are actually that stupid to hire an attorney over the phone. take a look at their website, you see those pictures. i know all of them personally and their paralegals aren't even paralegals, CYDNEE VANSICKLE YOU'RE NOT A PARALEGAL, HOW OLD ARE YOU? 16 ? THESE PEOPLE ARE ALL MORMON SCAM ARTIST RELATED TO ONE ANOTHER.  these call center people can't even be giving you legal advice they're not attorneys. Why would you trust your legal situation with someone that makes 10 per hour. They don't know [***] and that's why I no longer work there. short sale your home get out, fix your credit and buy a new home. its that's simple. get some $ from the HAFA program to relocate and rent a nice house, stack some paper and buy a new house.

I wish I would have known you when I retained dlg legal back when you wrote this message. 7,000 later I regret my association with them. Loss of money and suffered income- later I am irate over their theivous actions. Please fight for the poor working class person. They don't care about any social class. Only money. How can this be?

Dear Ty: This is now a year later and I feel that your story is mines. I feel your pain at the time. I experienced what you wrote about. We were able to save our home but have lost our retirement. DLG Legal should be stopped. They tooik money from us that should have been used for retirement,Thanks to you and others they now have a F rating with the BBB that should speak for itself.  Thanks for sharing your story.

I hope things are well with you. For many of victims of DLG Legal they are not. Maybe you had alot of money,  I dont know' - maybe you arent over 50 and arent deperate to save the home they have lived in most of their lives, And since you are so privileged please wrte back to let everyone know how we can be as privilged as you. This is Joseph again. I wanted to tell everyone viewing that I have had some contact with the attorney general in my state regarding the legal practice of the firm called Danielson or DLG Legal. I am certain that due to my personal experiences with them and the reviews of previous clients that there is a problem with how they do business. Please contact your local, state, and governmental agencies about this firm advertising in your state to obtain loan modifications for homeowners. I was able to save my home. I am saddened by people who were not by trusting this firm to help them with loan modifications. They are untrustworthy. Make appropriate officials aware of this. There is power in numbers. No matter how long your case was with the Danielson Law group let the appropriate officials know. I know contacting them seems useless because so many have tried to get the attention of local, state, and governmental officials. But please continue to make them aware of this scam implemented by this firm. It has been two months now and they don;t respond to the BBB or my inquiries regarding their misrepresentation of claims to improve my mortgage loan status with my lender. I have read reports of how they have responded to previous clients. They are rude, aggressive, and say no refund will be granted. I agree with superman 123 that you should pay for services needed. But I feel that I should have gotten at least 1 of the 3 services they guaranteed. I got nothing except an unsigned letter saying my case was closed. Please continue to write and call in about Danielson Law Group or DLG Legal. My prayer is that no one else suffers in an experience with them. It is always better to work out problems with your mortgage lender. If not it may be time to consider selling your property to avoid foreclosure. Please use your pen, phone, computer, or the media to expose this firm for making guarantees that the know they can't fulfull.

I truly hope all is well with you. In spite of my unfortunate circumstances with DLG Legal I am happy that somebody got over!!!!! I just received a letter from the BBB in Utah saying that Danielson has not responded to my complaint after two attempts to contact them through the BBB in Utah. I have always worked hard and payed taxes like every responsible American. I trusted and paid this firm for services they guarnteed they would render. If I did not have money saved I would have lost my home and been on the streets. Do you not understand that this is the strory of many people that have trusted them? I don't know your position. But you need to take a second look at the firm that you uplifted a year ago. Their rating is now a F with the BBB in Utah. That should speak for itself. I am happy  for whaterver reason you won. But thousands of us lost due to the misrepresentation of this firm. Can we now come live with you?

Dear anonymous: But oh DLG does charge up front. I could not even retain them until the 3900 fee was paid up front. A year later I paid them another 4000 in the hope that my modification would be obtained. I know this is a year late but Truthfully yours does not know how people like you and me have suffered at the hands of this law firm. My final correspondence from DLG legal was in August-2013. In spite of delivering any services guaranteed by them they said that a refund would not be granted. They also entered a BBB response that was contradictory to my experience with them. I hope you are well now. I paid off my home so I am doing better in spite of being angry over this scam. I have talked to many of DLG clients on line who lost their homes because they trusted their promises to improve thier mortage standing. YOU are right. Truthfully yours needs to sit down and be quiet.

Too bad they are at it again. This time they are posing as Obama Student Loan Forgiveness. Too bad the feds wont but them behind bars and stop these scams!!!

On 3-9-15 the US Attorney filed criminal charges against CC Brown Law and others. Short news blurb, didn't name 5 other defendants.
