- WilyI believe this number is used by Elan Financial, a company that provides credit cards to small credit unions at high interest rates. They may be a division of US Bank. Elan is notorious for having a "no compromise" policy that means they will not do ANYTHING to help debtors, including extending deadlines. They also refuse to communicate in writing despite written requests, and despite laws requiring it. Most credit union employees are embarrassed to be associated with them.

- Robb877.838.4347 Calls everyday at 530 pm. Most of the time I hit the end call button. If I don't it rings and then they hang up. I answered it a couple of times and nothing, no voice, nothing, then it hangs up. The next morning I get a call or later at supper I get a call purporting to be collectors for US Bank, which they probably are. I pay every month, the balance is coming down and they want me to pay it off at a discount. By the way, the balance forgiven is taxable. Do not let them tell you otherwise. I will keep paying each month, soonit will be gone and these miserable curs will be out of my life. Thanks for making our lives hell US Bank. Wells Fargo, you are the worst, even moreso than USB.

- robb replies to SharonPut your number on the national do not call list. Answer the phone and tell them you are on the do not call list. Track their calls. If they say they have a relationship, they need to prove it. It can be up to a $1000 fine per call if they keep calling.
- robb replies to Jackthey can only call during certain hours and only if they have a relationship. These agencies are required to have TDD set ups also. The attorney general and the commissioner of commerce will be very interested in your story so start documenting what you are getting from them and what you are doing. Take about a month to record or write down what you know. Send to atty general.
- robb replies to 800 annoyedAgreed. If they can't confirm who or what they are or what they are doing, then hang up. Keep track of their calls and the times, then turn it over to the Atty General.
- Robb replies to New CellPut your number on the NDNC national do not call list. It is a .gov website that you can go to and register your phones. It cut my calls way down.
- ThomasTalked to a rude individual with a name of Mark who refuses to give his work ID number but insist on my personal identification. This is the 3rd time they have called at the same time everyday. The call themselves Card service members. although the last 4 digits of my card is what the had, the bank they claim did not issue it. I gave them the riot act and immediately called bank and learned that they were aware of a fishing group out there attempting to victimize unsuspecting individuals.
- Caller: Card Member Services
- Much Smarter replies to brandoYou are a liar--these people are calling my 90 mother and saying she is overdrawn--she has never been overdrawn--SCAM
- Peggy| 1 replyI just received 5 calls in the row from this number I know it is about a credit card because of some health issues I filed bankruptcy on this card I have always paid my bills but I've had a bad situation come out they were very rude and just continue to call
- Caller: u.s. Bank
- Call type: Debt collector
- BigA replies to PeggyIt is illegal for them to continue to attempt collection once the bankruptcy papers have been filed with the court. You should immediately notify your attorney and let him handle it. That is what you are paying him for. If they continue to harass you after that, you can sue them and get a nice big check for your trouble.
- Lynn replies to Pop VeneerMy husband does have an account and payments are automatically coming out of our account. He actually contacts US Bank and verified this and he is current on his credit card. Need to stop hassling us. They call constantly until 9:00 pm.
- Rose replies to Joe| 2 repliesIn the case of US Bank you can tell them to stop all you want and they won't. If you've gone through a hard time and get caught back up they'll even still call you for months after to remind you your bills are due.
This is after me, as the consumer, called them prior to ever missing a payment.
Yes, it's harassment and yes there are methods to deal but they don't always work... let alone quickly. - AugustAM DEAF Cant answer phone on TEXT messages received..

- grce replies to Patricia Cre| 2 repliesPatricia They are SCAMS. I just received a call from them and I am not late on anything but they are insisting that I am late on a Credit Loan that I don't have, Then I am late for a payment from Sears which I owe nothing, then from USBank which I called and verify that CREDIT CARD SERVICES are indeed a scam
- MeThis is a business and they call and hang up when we answer. They call about five times a day and never speak a word. They just hang up. I'm fed up!
- Caller: Credit Card Services
- Gary S| 1 replyI get between 4 to 6 calls daily from this number and that's 7 days a week. They wake me up in the morning and they wake me at night. It's getting real old. What gods is the DO NOT CALL LIST
- Tygerkat replies to Gary SThe DNC is a lot of good but it isn't a call blocker so it can't keep scammers from calling you. Only legitimate telemarketers obey it. Perhaps invest in a real call blocker or, at the very least, don't answer calls from numbers you don't recognize.
- RoseThey have called 8 times in the past two days. They start at 8 AM. Finally, answering to get rid of them find it is a recording asking if the last 4 digits of your credit card # is ----. It isn't so you have to reply into the phone NO! Then you're supposed to give them your credit card #. Now you know this is a scam for them to ask you that when you know you have no debt plus last year I had identity theft and would no way give info online or on the phone.
