- KristenThis is a legit US Bank collections #. I have an old card on collections and have been working on a settlement with them. I didn't have a direct collections number so I called another US Bank phone number from their website and they transferred me here. This was the call back number I was given for when I call back to make the payment.

- Daphne BThey kept calling and not leaving a message. They called twice today - a Sunday. I called the number, and was routed to someone who wanted my name. I'm like, you called me, why don't you have my name? And who is this anyway? She told me it was a company that "services cards". I asked, 'Like a credit card processor? You're trying to sell me your service?"
"No - we *service cards*." I told her I don't even know what that means, and she should just take me off their list. "It's not a list; and you might want to check your credit cards."
Hopefully they won't call back. Apparently, it's a call center for a collection agency that works with several credit card agencies for overdue accounts. They're doing it badly. Very badly.- Caller: "Card Services"

- B-Edwards replies to JoyKnowing who called is not much of a prize. You will get fewer of these calls if you ignore or block unknown numbers, and NEVER call them back. The callers love for you to answer and to call back, confirms they have a "good" number and someone willing to listen. Be Smart -- Stay Safe!

- Scott RI've been receiving 2-4 calls from this number since early August, according to the 'Blocked Call' logs from my phone app ("Calls Blacklist"). I have it set to block calls from any number that isn't in my Contacts List, so the phone doesn't even ring for such calls. They just get bounced directly to voicemail and, if they don't leave a message, I don't get any alert for the call, whatsoever. I have a similar situation with another number pretending to be "Chase Bank".
- Caller: fake US Bank?
- Anon replies to MOYes, I agree! A legit company would say" hi this is blah blah name from US Bank, and we're calling regarding blah blah and please give us a call back" That would be legit. But never a peep or a message? suspect...
- anon replies to jonYelling at you? that's intimidation and extortion if they want you to pay up. Don't trust them!
- AnonNo one left a message. Sounds like a scam from all the above comments. Don't not give any info out to unknowns over the phone! They are nasty these days!
- DeeJust received a call from this number, ignored the call because I wanted to look up to see if it's a scam number and it is because I have nothing to do with U.S Bank never have had an account with them. Just added them to the reject list.
- KeithI got a call from this number this afternoon, on both my cell and my work # (I rejected the call on my cell since I don't answer calls I don't recognize) and then it showed up that same # called my work phone # but both times they didn't leave any type of message. I have no accounts and never have with US Bank. I am currently in Debt Resolution but all of those debts I have with those accounts have been told who to call or contact, but I can only surmise that possibly one of my debtors sold my debt and US Bank picked it up or they're just working on behalf of multiple companies etc. I don't know but I'm just ignoring it....I know what accounts I am in debt on and the company I am working with is aware of that. Almost makes me think its more of a scam than anything

- MVS replies to JoeI received nearly 40 calls on my home phone from this number in less than 3 days. I called the number and a B/F who ID'd herself as "Alondra" answered the phone and said they provide "service member benefits" and asked for my credit card information (for any credit card I had) and she could then tell me about the "benefits." She did not ID U. S. Bank and would not disclose who she represents. She only said that she works for "multiple card services" and could provide me information if I gave her my credit card information. Nothing she said and none of her responses to my questions made any sense whatsoever and she would not respond to my question as to why she would need my credit card information before she identified the services she offers or who she works for. It appears that the Florida State Attorney General and the FTC shut down a scam involving possibly the same or a similar company as whoever has this telephone number and a federal lawsuit involving what appears to be the same scam is filed in the U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division, Case #6:15-cv-1016-ORL-28GJ1 styled: FTC and State of Florida v. All U.S. Marketing LLC, etc., et al. I don't know if the companies involved in this lawsuit are related to this phone number, but it appears to me from my experience in calling this number that whoever has this phone number could be part of a credit card scam.
