I got a call from the same number today stating that I had to act now and pay $195 because my BRAND new truck does not have an extended warranty on it.

A person called me stating that my brand new truck was not covered under the manufacture warranty and that I must act now and pay them $195 for the protection and then they would mail me out the paperwork so that I could over look everything and decide if I wanted to keep it or get a “refund”. They refused to give me their company name or to let me talk to the dealership before agreeing to do this said warranty. They are very pushy and adamant. Beware

Threat about not calling back and them canceling my account. When I called back, I was yelled at by some guy with a kid in the background

Very vague message about my warranty expiring on my car......  Interesting I have several. Shouldn't they tell me which car.  I have a very good relationship with the dealership where  I bought my cars and know this is a SCAM.  Do not call back just ignore these scammers.  If you do answer by mistake,  please feel free to tell them where to stick their so called warranty.

I received a voice mail from "Katie" regarding the factory warranty on my car. I own all three of my cars...anyway was told to call back 1-888-218-0804. She stated that she sent out mailers to my house and don't know why I haven't responded. She needs to speak to me today to keep my file open.

Said i needed to call back to one number but called from another .  Wants me to call 1888 218 0804

I got the same “why haven’t you returned my calls?”  The VM came from one number, requesting I call a second number,  and simultaneously a “Recent Missed” call reflects a third. Impressive.

Weird phone message left, my phone record and transfer the voice message to text:
"Hi there this is Katie, I was calling regarding the factory warranty on your vehicle was actually a tried calling you several times, and we're also sent out last year. So I'm not quite sure why we haven't really heard back from you yet in any case. It's important that we speak to you today and hard to keep your file open so please call me at 888-218-0804. Thank you so much for your immediate attention to this matter and I hope we can connect soon. Bye for now!"

Okay great, the voice sounds recorded by some machine and the number calls me is different than the number she mentioned. Ignore them, guys!

I got a call from different number. But asking me to call the 1-888-218-0804. Katie left voicemail but no reason for the call. Besides your account will close today. SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!

Left a partial message: "Send out mailers to your home. So I'm not quite sure why we haven't really heard back from you yet. In any case it is important that we speak to you today in order to keep your file open. So please call me at 1-888-218-0804. Thank you so much for your immediate attention to this matter and I hope we can connect soon. Bye for now."

I got the same message today.

Phone ran once and went immediately to VM. This is the transcription-
“Hi there this is Katie I was calling regarding the factory warranty on your vehicle was actually a tried calling you several times and _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ also um sent out the mail last year um so I'm not quite sure why we haven't really heard back from you yet in any case it is important that we speak to you today and hard to keep your file open so please call me at 1-888-218-0804 thank you so much for your immediate attention to this matter and I hope we can connect soon bye for now…”

Same message from “Katie”. Incoming from ‭+1 (516) 865-6994‬

She wanted me to call 1-888-218-0804 and that I to clear something up, but I do not call scam call back because I know when a red flag go up.

Received a call last week and one today with the same lines as others have noted, about why I haven't called back and then gave me this number to call back.  Sounds very suspicious.

Received a voicemail today from "Katie" just like the prior complaints, about auto warranty.  Definitely a SCAM!   Beware!

I own one car, it's 14 years old - so I promise there's no factory warranty left on that thing, lol!  I was told to call back 1-888-218-0804. She stated that she sent out mailers to my house and don't know why I haven't responded.  She needs to speak to me today to keep my file open.  Definitely a scam of some sort.

Says they called several times and sent several mailers, but the message was concerning the factory warranty and i must call today to keep  my file open. If called back you hear piano music.
