- MartyI just got the card today that says, 'Aloha, this is a real offer!' I figured this was scam.
- epagsGot the same card for my wife. They (who they are appears to be "1st Class Travel" in Costa Mesa, CA) are 'celebrating their anniversary'. Having read these posts we will 'pass' on calling.

- Streett1st Class Travel is not a Cal. Registered seller of travel as they claim. David Lazarus wrote this up in detail in the LA Times. Search for Cal. Attorney General, and click on the Consumer Complaint menu item. Scroll down and click Travel Companies/Agents. Then scroll down and click on the Seller of Travel link. You will get a complaint form to fill out.

- LA ConcernedHey, I just got MY birthday card! "Vacation Invitation" - US Airlines (couldn't fine on web), and Thrifty Car Rental. TOLL FREE 1-888-299-6004, "2 roundtrip airline tickets anywhere in the continental U.S.!" "Karen" said "all we have to do is listen to a 90 min presentation...don't have to buy. Just pay the $75 airline tax and $50 car rental tax. Bring ID and a CC." I made an appointment for next Saturday at 10:00 AM BEFORE reading this blog - THANKS EVERYONE! Maybe I'll print this blog and pass it out in Woodland Hills at 10:00 AM outside the meeting.

- D| 3 repliesI got the postcard yesterday. It says to call 1-888-299-2533 for 2 adult round trip tickets to Honolulu, Hawaii. Glad I checked this out first before calling! Shredder.....
I didn't get the Birthday note, mine says in Celebration of our Anniversary...total fraud postcard.
Dont get involved in this. - tak replies to Xuxa| 1 replyglad I Googled 1st Class Travel and found this site and others like it. Saved me from making the call and wasting time and energy.
I like everyone else received round trip ticket offer out of the blue. sounded too good to be true and obviously is. I hope 1st Class Travel burns...they have no soul - Bob replies to D| 1 replyThe girl "Heather" who answered was rude and would not give any info. can't there be some legal action aaginst these theives?
- Bob again.... replies to Bobsorry....meant thIEves!!!
- paul replies to FrankI got the same post card but a different phone number. They were advertising FlyHawaii airlines. No rental car offer. 888-299-2010. Thanks for putting out the warning.
- JT replies to DJust got a mailer from these scumbags. The look of it gave be a bad feeling so I did a search on the phone number, found this site and it is as I guessed, a scam. Thank you for saving my time. However, I think I'll keep their number in my wallet and next time I'm away from home and have time to kill, I'll dial them from a pay phone over and over as they have to pay for each call. If enough people did this, they would think twice about mass mailings due to what it will cost them.
- Corky D.I received a postcard from 1st Class Travel, Costa Mesa, CA. However, their phone number was 888-277-2089 (the number was unlisted in any directory). At a glance, the copy could easily be misread as a "VACATION INVITATION, Fly US Airways." The card was postmarked from West Palm Beach, FL. (A line for "origin of baggage" ??) DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS SCAM.
- Never gonna call these scammers replies to takYeah, I got my scam vacation post card today but with a new phone number of 1-888-299-3533. This post card says "IN CELEBRATION OF OUR ANNIVERSARY". The "verification managers signature" on the front is a nice touch. Geez, I wonder how many people actually go through with the whole scam. Oh well, it keeps the post office busy.
- Richard Boothe replies to Linda J.It looks like your "First Class Travel" is not the "1st Class Travel" that is actually trying to get people into a Timeshare presentation by claiming to give "Fly A US Airline" [note, NOT "US Airlines"] "roundtrip airfares." Is your "First Class Travel" at 125 E. Baker Street, Suite 120, Costa Mesa, CA 92626, phone 888-472-8026? If it is, it is likely they have sold you a bill of goods. Or else you are the one person in thousands who actually got what they claim to offer, which I think unlikely.
Richard Boothe, AKA the Mad Librarian #9 - ZoomyI got the birthday postcard too. Mailed from West Palm Beach, FL. Mine says "vacation invitation" and 'fly A US Airline' along with Thrifty Car rental. The "A US Airline" is spaced so that it could be read quickly as an abbreviation for American Airlines or US Air. The phone number on my card is 1-888-299-6004. Thanks for the warning, everyone. The card is now in the shredder.
