I received a phone cal from one of your agents, as I do everyday at this time.  I have several complaints about how your agent's customer service and methods for aquiring information.  First, the person you are trying to contact does not live here anymore. Secondly, when we are trying to take a message to foward to YOUR customer, we were spoken to very harshly.  You should fire the one named "CONSTANCE".  She is rude and posseses no people skills whatsoever. we were going to help you, but now you will receive no cooperation fom anyone at this number.

I have a Tracfone and pay for each minute of usage and I have had dozens of calls from this #.  The call never comes thru it just sets off my "missed a call tone" which continues every three minutes.  Always at 12:25AM which means I must get up from sleeping to press engorge button to shut it up.  I have no idea what the calls are for as I have NO unpaid bill.  If it was up to me there would be some people in jail for harassing others.

They say I owe over $5,000 from a credit card I never had. They got my address wrong, and I tried to explain that to them. They asked for my social, which I refused to give, and the "agent" was obnoxious, so I told him to f--- off. Now I'm going to call the credit card agency, as well as the various credit bureaus.

Someone keeps calling my home and today my cell number, they are asking for James. I have an ex husband named James that lives in Thailand and has for the last 10 years. I told them that my home number is 702-894-9190

This company keeps calling my cell phone and now my parents phone, where I haven't lived for 7 years! I have never had a credit card IN MY LIFE so quit bothering me and my poor parents! Greedy vultures.

These people are rude, threatening and relentless. I emailed them a cease and desist so well see how that works.Screw "Phil Hastings" @ x665!!!

I get the same call from 1-888-306-0520 I average about two a day. The first is to hold on for Richard Silver. The second time is hold on for an important message.  I don't listen to the whole message but I  have tried to get an address to send a letter to them but have not been able to.

"This is Richard Silver" - he wanted me to return his call.

If someone calls you at 12:30 am they are breaking the law. Keep proof of that call and, check your rights at FDCRA and press charges.

Get calls from this number and then an identity of "No Name" one minute later. I have no idea who they are from. Or who Richard silver is. From reading these posts, I am assuming it is a collection agency. I like many others owe no one any money. but I do know the world of junk debt buyers who buy papers that represent charged off, settled loans, and even paid in full loans when a miniscule amount shows up a following month. If you have paid off a debt and it has been finalized with the company you had business with these jdb buyers come in after several years and buy up paper and try to collect on this paper. They harass, call your phones, everyone with your last name, any method to try to get more money from you. They are scumbags and should not even be recognized by you. do not give them any information. But research and find out your rights. You are entitled to protection from these people. These companies can make a lot of money from innocent people who owe no one anything.

Don't give these people your phone number or any number. don't even let them trick you into identifying yourself.

Stated I owe $1073.67 which has to be paid now.  Some old bill from 1996. They can't even tell me who the original creditor is.  If they could, and it is a valid debt I'd pay it.

They call constantly!! All hours of the day and night! I am current with my bills, I tried to see what they were inquiring about, they were short to give me informaion. I asked to be on their "no call" list, lets see how that goes...........

I keep getting calls and if this is a collection agency, I owe NO ONE so they need to stop calling me.

I've gottem numerous calls from this number (1-888-306-0520). The guy never stated what company he worked for or why he was calling but he said his name was Richard Silver. I have never called him back...I figured it was all BS. I am so glad I found this site! I have found more than 10 different numbers that have called me all to be BS by using this site! Thank You to the creators of this site!!!

These guys are trying to collect on a bank account from 25 years ago - really!!!!!!!!!!!! Further, I disputed the charges from the bank way back when.  They don't take no for an answer and continue to call both my house and my cell numbers.  Ugh.

Richard Silver can go to HELL!!!  These lowlife [***] will never get a penny from me.  They are worthless, scum-sucking vultures that buy OLD debt that is well past the statute of limitations and harass you to pay them, lying every step of the way.

These lowlifes need to get a respectable job where their own mothers won't hide their heads in shame every time their names are mentioned.
