- RayKeep receiving calls from this company and times they leave a message and times they don't. I do not call them back because my credit is good and I do not call back because I don't know if this is some kind of scam or not. Any way I do not give my name over the phone unless I know exactly who I am talking to. If they want to continue to call I will file harassment charges against them.

- ANNOYEDI answer the phone for a large law firm. LERS started calling here a week or so ago. They don't ask for anyone -- they just identify themselves and give the option to speak to someone there. How stupid is it to harrass a business, or anyone for that matter, not knowing whether they even have the right party or not?! And why would someone choose to speak to a representative if they don't have any business with these people? And they aren't the only ones. It's appalling to me that so many companies now use automated dialing and recorded messages when trying to reach people about important matters. THEY DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO ASK FOR THE PARTY THEY'RE LOOKING FOR -- THE RECORDING JUST STARTS!!! I've had airlines call about reservation changes, calls claiming to be American Express, and more. These are in addition to solicitation calls all day, every day. I've already added this number to the so-called "Do Not Call List". I think I get more calls now thatn ever! I've answered phones for a living most of my working years, and never has it been more tiring and annoying than it is these days.

- from texasThese people are total idiots. They have been robocalling my work phone for 8 days in a row leaving the same message : We have an important message from leading edge recovery solutions. this is a call from a debt collector. please call 888-306-0520. I ignored it the first few times since they never ask for anyone by name. Then I looked up info on the internet as they kept calling. Finally after weighing the advice from the FTC website about trying to make 1 phone call to a debt collector to solve things, I called them. It took about 2 minutes to reach a human being. All I said was you keep calling my phone- did not give my name but did give my phone # (they should have that on caller ID anyway). Then got transferred to another human after about 2 minutes who called me by some name, not mine. Mistaken identity. They said they would take my number off the calling list. What infuriates me is the human said they can keep calling until someone calls them back. This should be illegal since my name is part of my answering message. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and hope everyone else being harrassed by these fools does the same.

- Becky SorrellsThis is a new office line that was set up in 12/1012. I have gotten calls to this # daily for so long that I started saving the voice mails about a month ago; I now have 27 of those messages saved. I called them twice to tell them that the person they are trying to harass no longer has this # but all they did was to hang up on me. How professional!
I have since consulted an attorney, as I have had more than enough of their rudeness and harassment and this is my last warning to them to straighten up or I WILL see them in court.- Caller: Leading Edge Recovery - looking for a "Gene Norman"

- Nicole| 1 replyHello Leading Edge,
I am receiving unwanted, inapplicable phone-calls to a texting application on my phone. A few messages were about some kind of debt collection which I know nothing about, and the rest of the messages are several seconds of dead silence. This is really inappropriate and creepy, especially considering the sheer number of calls I have been receiving in the past week alone. Please make these calls stop, or I will begin looking into legal action against this harassment.
Thank you for your cooperation in resolving this problem.- Caller: (888) 360-0520

- Dave replies to NicoleYou do realize this isn't Leading Edge. This is merely a reporting sight for a directory of unknown or known callers to alert others. You might want to contact them to get then to stop the calls.
- MissbaysdaddyI too have been receiving calls from this 1-888-306-0520 number and it is always the same recorded message. I have no outstanding debt so what ever information these people have it is about someone else. If they had any common sense they would know how to clear up each bad call they are making wasting time and money getting no where. Guess a real person calling is just too much to ask. The brains or lack there of in charge of this so called leading edge collection agency needs to be replaced with someone with something better than *&$# for brains. I have always paid my bills and have an excellent credit score if these idiots don't get it screwed up. At this stage of my life I don't have to have credit but just like knowing it is available just in case. Maybe the phone company can block them to where they can not call my number in error any more. I will check into that next.

- MissbaysdaddyI looked into filing a law suite and it cost more than it is worth. I guess I will just have to ignore the phone calls and let my answering machine screen their calls then just delete. If everyone will do the same maybe they will starve to death waiting for someone to talk to them or it might even cause them to go get a real job. From what I have read on here even changing your phone number may not help you will just get someone else's calls. I do not owe anyone money for anything.

- ChrisThey call every day twice a day, and immediately hang up when I answer. The number they are calling is a business phone number and not associated with any credit cards or anything that could lead to a collection agency, nor am I in any debt or collection actions. At this point, it's simple harassment.
