These F***ers keep calling my parents trying to get my phone #. They tell them that I haven't lived there in years, and they still keep calling trying to get them to give them my phone #.

Whomever this number belongs too will not stop calling me .. i am not the person they are asking for and this is my business phone .. i have now asked them 6 times to remove me from their list.  STOP CALLING ME.

Your company called my home twice from 2 different callers yesterday, and my inlaw's home, in another state!  This is Harrassment!  You are claiming that I have a credit card that I do not have and are demanding payment.  However, you won't send me anything in writing to prove it.  Not the way to do business!  Stop the calls immediately!  Legal action will be taken!

Keep getting these stupid calls from "richard silver". Don't know who he is and don't care!! The name of the company doesn't show on my caller id. I just block the call from my number. They's  be a good number to prank !!!

I have receive a number of calls from 888-306-0520, I let them ring through to my voice mail, the caller ID identifies caller only as "800 toll-free number".  The last call I received was from this Richard Silver character..... The only outstanding loan I have is my mortgage with Wachovia,  I'm 73 and have not even carried a balance on a credit card in over ten years.  Is there a way to block this number?

I am not in the least interested in talking to Richard Silver. As near as I can tell, he is probably a slimy lawyer of some sort, or at least possibly an ex-con posing as a lawyer (yes, I know that is redundant). I will continue to allow my machine to talk to your machine until a severe depression, or a lucid Congress, ends your party forever.

The call starts out by telling me that whenever I wish, I can hit "1" and be connected to a representative. I have a novel approach for the elusive Mr. Silver. Why don't you write a letter, goombah!

I keep getting calls from this number. I don't owe any money but some toothless wonder who uses the name Richard Silver - [***] for short - keeps calling. Right. Like I'm going to call this moron back.

Today I got a call from the same guy, same voice as Richard Silver, but now the message said it's Vincent Gray.  Otherwise the same message as before.  Weird - Did the telemarketer really change his name, or does he just think I'll take the bait and call back if I think it's someone else?

A rude collection with the name of Arman Jeffreys keeps calling my work and my cell phone to harass me...................................please help!!!!

I am receiving phone calls at work. The claim... a credit card in my name from 2000. When asked for information/documentation to be mailed the caller became agitated. He wanted to email information... I gave my email address and have received nothing.

The Telephone number assigned to my new built home   was unused for  over two years  after previous owner gave it up to the telephone company.  The telephone number  was  reassigned to me by the telephone company , now, and  I have the creditors calling me, when all they have to do is google it to see the different name and address. .    3 times I explained the situation and they assured me they would remove the number from their data base.
Don't hold your breath on those promises.

One creditor was clever ......claiming to be a law company just up dateing thier christmas mailing list.

I received a letter from Leading Edge saying that I owed money to a creaditer called LVNV. When I called them they said that they didn't know who LVNV was but that I owed the money to Sears/Citi Bank.  I was put through to a supervisor who gave me the same story. I have found out that LVNV is another debt collection agency. What do you think that they are trying to pull.  How can I owe Sears and LVNV for the same debt.

This number called me and when I picked up, they hung up. Weird.

They keep calling my home saying I'm call a cell and when I ask them for some info they want my ss number I delt with in the pass it's always a scam don't give them any info at all

They called me again...and hung up AGAIN when I picked up and said hello. Why don't they just tell me what they want?

Today is SUNDAY  and again these people are calling me !!!!!!!

I have received phone calls from 1-888-306-0520 which put on a recording to call Richard Silver at this number. The recording repeats his name and number without anyone ever identifying with whom he is talking, what the call is about or anything else. For all he knows, I am a babysitter or the cleaning woman in the house. I am on a National DO NOT CALL list, but anybody who is looking for a donation for anything calls anyway. I do not owe anyone anything and have always kept my bills current. I just hang up.

Got a call from this number tonight.  The caller left a partial message and all I got from it was "...call 20..." I don't owe anyone any money so I don't know why they would be calling me.  I won't answer any call from any 800, 877, 888 etc number.  If they call and don't leave a message I make no attempt to return their call.
