- COLLECTOR replies to another guy named brandon| 1 replyWhy would a collections agency steal your ID when they already have it.
- COLLECTOR replies to NTCredit control doesn't collect rent debt
- COLLECTOR replies to Redcoat68| 1 replyAnd a lot of times you do agree to it when you agree to take the job offer. Same as a drug test.. You don't sign anything for it.. You accept the policy once your hired... That's common knowledge
- continually calledI have received several calls from 888-365-7129. No one leaves a message as to the importance of the call and I have no source of income. I am a teenager. If this was a true credit agency calling to collect then they would stop calling when they heard my name in the voice mail message. I do not believe that this is a legitimate company if this site is the first thing that popped up when I actually googled the number.
- Learn the facts replies to COLLECTORI'm not sure of your education or work background. But working as in debit collection I'm sure you are taught unethical and untrue information in the professional workforce. I have working as a CPA for 5 years and it is not common for an employer to pull a credit report for a job applicant or employee unless the employer is a financial institution. In order to do this the employer does need your consent.
I would recommend that your review the FCRA, since it seems you do not know the laws pertaining to your job.

- Harrassed by Stacy| 1 replyHave had many calls from these numbers (888-365-7129 & 888-365-7125) but they never left messages. Finally they left a message so I rang back and spoke to a Stacy who gave a reference number and said I owed them money, the reference number does not relate to any bills I have ever had now or in the past. She said they had rung me 45 times and spoken to me before by as they have never left any messages previously I have never rung them until now. I asked for a letter with the details be sent out and she said they had already sent 4 and I should try opening my mail. They have never sent any letters and I open all my mail the day it arrives. I told her of this and she refused to sent a letter or give me any other details of the account.
I told her I would not pay anything until I recieved a letter and then I would deal with the account, after arguing with me for a few minutes she then hung up the phone!!!!!
Stacy also said if I did not pay they would take it from my salary. Good luck with that as my company and the United States Legal System will have something to say about that.
They rang back on the above 8883657129 a few minutes later so I answered and was put on hold for a few minutes. When someone finally answered she asked what I wanted. I told her she rang me and I wanted to know what she wanted. She did not give me her name but said my number was just in the system and it will automatically ring even if I had already spoked to Stacy. She then rang off.
How do these people expect to do business if they are constantly rude and do not provide the information I need to confirm if this is a valid debt or one of the many scams I read about every day from this company and number.
If anyone has their company address and official phone mnumber please post it here so we can all start to ring them and see how they like it. If you are reading this CCI try and get your staff trained in how to deal with consumers in a respectable and legal manner.- Caller: CCI (Credit Control)

- TimHey Collector!
Thank you for your attention to detail law and such. My question for you how well monitored are your call centers? I know for a fact working for a debit collector my self you have certain scripts you have to abide by according to federal law. Who keeps your people professional? I have heard several things that you have said on this website and agree with some of them further more just the fact that you have dedicated your time into defending Collectors proves that you are probably the one being unprofessional on the phone calls. Honestly how many times do you tell them your name is Steve and you real name is Charlie? How many times do you give out to much information when it isn't the person in question? Frankly I have received a call from your company knowing the lingo and the scripts your representatives give out far more information than they should. Then when letting them know they have the wrong person your company still calls back. I understand your pissed off that you got the wrong person and someone with the knowledge stumped you but hey don't put me on the 15 min call back or the call me back in a week option.- Caller: Credit Control
- FLYER replies to COLLECTORActually you moron the company can take a money order or certified check. Any company that can't receive a payment that way is a fraud of a company.
- FLYER replies to COLLECTORAgain, let me state that you are a moron COLLECTOR. Why don't you just give out the address? And don't give me some crap that it's against the law.
- FLYER replies to COLLECTORCOLLECTOR, you are dead wrong. People with insurance pay their insurance premiums so that the insurance companies can deal with the medical bills. Then the patient is responsible for the balance. An insurance companies only job isn't to submit the payment as a courtesy.
- FLYER replies to unknownHey unknown,
You have no idea what you're talking about. None whatsoever. It's obvious you work for this company. - SteveHey David Miller 866-417-5760. Thank you for your call but according to the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act you are required to prove who you are and what the debt is regarding. I found some information on-line in the link below that proves my fact that I am not going to give you my personal information over the phone. Foul me once shame on me. If you are who you say you are then you and your client can be "pen pals" first!

- Lady AshlynI keep getting calls from these people saying I owe for a hospital bill in Oct 2008 but I was never in the hospital during that time. Then when I ask for some kind of proof of who they are they give me an address and say I have to write a letter before I can get that information. This is crazy! I'm going to pay for a hospital stay that never happened. Give me proof of who you are then we'll talk.

- Brand new phone! My cell phone has been hooked up less than 24 hours. My first call was from these guys!
Glad I looked on here instead of trying to call them back.
Guess I need to find the block function on my phone. - they don't report but it appears replies to COLLECTORyes you are right but when you have an account that is not in GOOD STANDING and it has been turned to a collection agency, this appears in your credit report. So if you credit report appears clean and the accounts in good standing, how is that poeple are receiving calls from a collection agency?.. I can not pay (and I won't) for what I don't owe...
