This # called 3 times yesterday and 4 times today. Each time I answered and was hung up on. The last call had a message that they needed to talk to someone and was told to hold on.This was stated several more times to hold on and some one would be with you. After hearing the recording 4 times they hung up. I really wanted to talk to someone as I sleep in the day time and the bas__ds wake me up. I have no idea what they want I have no bills, I donate my time to work at a retirement home at night. I'm retired and don't have to work.
If you know how to get rid of unwanted trash please let me know.
What kind of business calls and hangs up. The only reason that I make a call is to talk to someone. Why waste time? I don't have that much left.

This is response to your very rude message, I was unexpectedly made a widow and soon after had to take both of my children to the hospital I have very good insurance but due to his death it  took a while to straighten things out with my insurance. It showed that it had been cancelled, I have been trying to get this straightened out, I have given them my new card and they just can't seem to straighten this out. I have done my share now its their turn and when you husband unexpectedly shoots himself in the head and leaves you with two small children and you have no job it isn't always easy to pay your bills. Do I pay them or put a roof over and food in my childrens stomachs?

Not correct. Collectors have direct numbers and different sites have different numbers for each location.

You can start by calling the agency and working out a payment plan that's reasonable, and don't get upset b/c someone said your offer was unacceptable.. Take a second to think about it. Just b/c that's what you "can" pay doesn't mean it's acceptable.

The law "created for and by consumers like you" prevents us from saying the company name on a voice mail message.. Do you want your household to know you are being called from a collections agency?

There are so many things wrong with this statement where do I begin. 1st if it's the wrong number, we can't give out personal info for someone else's account. 2nd, that office has multiple sites giving an address would be futile since we don't what you are sending and where to send it to. 3rd if it is the wrong number... why would a collector continue to call it and waste his/her time calling a number that has no money to collect on it.

This is the only one so far that I've seen that is correct.. If you want us to stop calling there are two ways.... Pay the bill . Or hide and send a cease & desist letter. And continue to hide. Either way both options are correct.

Auto dialer system... unfortunately every company has them and not too much that can be done on both ends of the call.

Think about it... CCI is an abbreviation.. and switch it around.. if you were staying with your brother and sister in law would you want them to know that you owed money.

One letter that is all that you are entitled to by law. And it is for validation purposes..... It was probably misplaced as junkmail as most are all it has on the outside is a return address for a PO Box. Again that is what the law requires... per consumer complaints.

Wrong again... the law requires these types of messages. And if you are represented by an attorney for either settlement or bankruptcy wouldn't you rather them call back than you?

Or you could do either one of these: answer the call so they don't call you back in the same day, or press any button on your cell phone to stop the ringing without answering.

Well, you would have a problem paying your bill then since that is the only way they will take a payment from someone that hasn't paid anything in more than a year.

Good luck with that...I'm sure the rate you got wasn't because of the R9 on your credit report. Lending companies would have given an animal credit in the old days, they didn't care. Now they are getting in trouble for lending to people with R9s and now the rates are higher.. Garner wages? Check your state laws before you rattle off what you think you know.

Insurance companies are only billed as a courtesy. It's always the patient responsibility to make sure it is billed and if it isn't.. then it is your responsibility to pay it.
