Get calls from this number but I am in a debt management program meaning BML will contact them, not me. Obviously a scam.

I supposedly used BML & e-mail messages went to my Spam folder so I never knew there was a problem.  I even had a balance/credit with my Paypal account, so why would I want to do credit on minor charges like #3 & $1.52!  Great!!!  Terrible service with BML..  I never want to use PayPal ever again because of this.  Somehow, my PayPal credit was used as a default billing & how this was set up, who knows.  I always pay my bills immediately.  I am old with cognitive issues, so this is a terrible mistake!!!!!  Do NOT EVER USE BML please

Whoever the number 888-393-7162 belongs to is not leaving a message and the harassers called at 8:06, 9:00 AM, the again 2 hours later. Lots of "Toll Free Call" has been showing up on my caller ID. I don't owe any bills or belong to PayPal, never have and never would.

I missed their call and asked to speak to whoever called me but the girl who answered the phone said she couldn't connect me to that dept. Really??? It sounds like a scam. I don't owe them any money so I'm not sure why they are even calling me.

This is NOT Paypal folks! Do not answer their calls unless you want them to steal your identity and money! I called the number for Paypal that was on my bill and they do not have this number in their system. They're forwarding the info to their fraud department. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office because I have asked them to not call me and the calls continue to come in but they are now blocked!!

This caller calls my phone 7 days a week at least 10 times a day, She claims to be with PayPal Bill me Later, I don't even have a Bill me Later account. Please don't hesitate to call and report this nasty rude woman who won't take no for an answer.

Phony number! Paypal contacts you via email or text not by phone! Someone at paypal is selling account info to a scam company to rip people off. Number is a 888 number and comes up unavailable. Listed as scam on white pages. Block or ignore! Criminal activity!

It is a SCAM. They are claiming to be PayPal Credit. I called PayPal directly and they do not have any association with the number. They have been calling my cell 3 or more times per day for several weeks now. I called back and to was asked to verify my DOB and last 4 of SSN. I said I could not do that. Girl replied that she could not give me info without verifying so I told her just to mail it. Then she wanted me to give her my address and email to verify where to send it. I told her I could not do that but she was welcome to tell me what she has on file and I will tell her if it is correct or not. She said she couldn't do that either and couldn't get off the phone fast enough. Not that fast that I told her that paypal has been notified of the scam as well as the Attorney General and that if I ever received another call from them, I would also report it to the police for harassment. Also calling from 888-393-7158.

Yes it is tied to PayPal it's PayPal credit they have two lines of credit one through bill me later and one through a bank just pay your bill and they will quit calling.

PayPal Bill Me Later.  I have an account with them but its all paid off and no new charges.  The woman calling barely spoke English and very unprofessional.  Definately not PayPal who called me.  Beware!

Bill Me Later, which is affiliated with PayPal.  However they call my home number, which is unpublished and only my immediate family has the number for emergencies.  When they call they begin asking to confirm my name and account number.  Never asking for me or anyone else by name.  I do have a Bill Me Later account bit it is up to date.  I called PayPal to confirm my account and they advise me there is a scam trying to phish for information.   Call PayPal yourself to confirm there is an issue before giving out any information to a complete stranger.
