Caller ID = "TOLL FREE CALL," nonspecific and suspicious. Live telemarketer with Indian accent claiming to be from "Card Services" (also nonspecific and suspicious) said he could lower my card interest rates.

Robo-called and this number showed on Caller ID.  Probably spoofing of Experian's number.  Claimed that "my account" showed unusual activity.  Obvious scam - Credit bureaus do NOT make unsolicited calls to consumers reporting "usual activity."  Only your lender would do that.

Says it's Experian. I find it unlikely that my alarm panel announcer has a problem with accounts. Blocked.

call number said "Experian Fraud Alert", but they did not ID self or leave a message = illegitimate call.  Likely the number is spoofed and this is a fraud attempt. Experian would not handle things this way.

Live caller claiming to be from Experian. Offered to reduce the interest rates on all my credit cards. When I asked if they worked for Experian, they hung up.

Since Experian is just a credit reporting bureau, they can to nothing to reduce your interest rates on credit cards but we all actually know this is just a criminal pretending to be from Experian.

I received my call from these scammers this morning. All I heard was a woman in a call center saying hello three times. She obviously didn't hear my greeting advising to leave a message. I didn't pick up. The number shows up on an Internet search as possibly valid, but it is obviously spoofed here.

Another number used by the interest-rate scammers. I got the call on a number not associated with any of my credit cards, and they “knew” my credit history but didn’t know my name.
