I just got a call from this number. I screen my calls so I called them. They said in order to verify the caller they need a SS#. Uh nope. I'll be ordering my free credit report to see if anything is going on there.

Got a call from this number early today, didn't see it at the time, so I called back when I did see it.  First thing I get is a recorded voice asking for my social security number.

Wrong.

Scam. Experian does NOT call you! It’s a valid Experian number but hackers are able to cloak their number with other numbers. Sometimes, I’ve read, you can actually be called by your own number!

Scam call on cell "last chance to reduce my credit card interest rates".  Experian should be aware of this since their name comes up when you search the number on the internet.

Didn’t answer. Looked it up and apparently a credit card scam. Left no message, blocked!

We never answer unknown calls - home, office or cell and we do not call the number back.  Have now blocked their future calls.

What a joke.  Scammers!  Block it!

White Pages lists five (count ‘em 5) owners of this number.  None of the companies on p.1 of 800 notes comments were in White Pages list.  Pro level SPOOF number

Said they were credit services and wanted to lower my credit card debt, its funny because I don't have a credit card.
