i HAVE settled my payment with my gym because somehow my cc info wasn't going through so I got a call from these people. So I told them I have payed my amount to the gym but they said I still have to pay my debt fees to the agency. After looking them up and reading  all of these comments I will not be paying them anything. I'm just wondering how this will get taken care off? Do I just keep contacting my gym ? Like wtf? What doesn't make sense is that I supposedly owed my gym 125 which was not true my gym only made me pay a fraction of that cost. So when I told them I paid my gym i asked what is your service fee? They said it was still 125. Makes no [***] sense

this company is swift funds...they are rude, crass, and we do not owe them anything...my son paid cash for a one month membership at BeyondFitness...this is MY phone number...my son doesn't live here...but they refuse to stop calling. We need to start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT  against this company

Well, instead of a "class action lawsuit" that may not end up being certified as a class action, and will take years and years before it settles, resulting in the lawyers getting most of the money, why not think a little smaller, sue them yourself as the law gives you the right to, and get a larger payout?  Or since it was your idea, then start the class action yourself and we will all join in.

Swift Funds is a scam. They reported to Transunion I owed them money, called and said I've never heard of them and they've never tried to contact me, the next day, the collection was OFF my credit because the company isn't supposed to be doing business AT ALL. It's fraud, so if they are on your credit, report it.

Send them a certified letter asking for verification proof of debt to the only address they provide they will not respond and once letter is sent back to you because they did not pick it up send copy's of ups tracking to all three credit bureaus and the credit bureaus will remove, good luck...

Did you dispute the claim or just report it to Transunion? I just filed a dispute with Transunion yesterday and wanted to know what my chances would be to get rid of these people? They've sent out an outrageous amount against me and it only appears on my Transunion report.

There are numerous threads such as the ones on page 8 that tell you what you need to know.  If Transunion does not remove that report, the FCRA gives you the right to sue them.  I would suggest first that you read the other posts thus learning and reporting, and also use this to follow through.

These people need to be sued especially if it shows up on your credit report...I have already filed a d complaint with the FTC...

This company is illegally operating in California using phone #888-479-4384. California Secretary of State under California License/Entity # 201013310265 for Swift Funds have "permanently revoke" these peoples legal right to operate a business entirely in California. If you are getting calls from these people file a criminal complaint to California's ATTORNEY GENERAL office, Criminal Division. Even Nevada Secretary of State went as far as to "permanently revoke" Swift Funds license under license #NV19991007219. Therefore Swift Funds Financial has been essentially barred from operating a collection company in both California and Nevada. (EMPHASIS ADDED) These people can not unlawfully operate a collection company if they reported you to a credit agency that is illegal and the credit agency has to by law remove they from your credit report. (EMPHASIS ADDED) They may try to hack you phone to force your phone to ring. Make sure you keep your phone anti-virus app up-to-date, and restart your phone after they call you and you think they attempt to phone hack you.

Florida Agriculture Commissioner Office has a open criminal investigation against these people tied to World Gym committing a crime under Florida Statute 501.019 when world gym went out off business and did not notify Florida Agriculture Commissioner Office and with swift funds starting a criminal scheme to defraud Florida Agriculture Commissioner Office of money owe to Florida Agriculture Commissioner Office by World Gym and Swift Funds.

My understanding from PI's in California that swift fund has several states and DOJ in US District California Court about to bring criminal charges against swift fund operators.

TOO (EMPHASIS ADDED) they will try to spoof caller id's using local numbers to where you are located. If all the sudden your call volume locally increases from local numbers you don't know. That's them spoofing a fake number.

RESTART your phone if you think you got a spoofing call from them.

DOJ in California a FEDERAL DISTRICT is involved. DOES NOT MATTER what state they attempt it from. Every States Sec. of State will check other Sec. of States and void there license too.
