Say they are hunting me

Yes, I have been getting calls from this number that sounds like the ones they give out in the movies, no message, no voice mail it just says citizen something....probably another scam call of the millions out there.

They left me a voice message to contact them immediately at 1.866.896.7925. The message didn't say what they wanted, but "the next step will be filing the necessary paperwork with the local county court."  The calls are frequent, but I don't answer them.

I have been getting calls from this number at 4:30 in the morning from this number and no one says a word, but they call 6 times in a row.

They called for my brother saying the same thing about taking him to local court.
And it was on my daughter's phone. I told her it was a scam.

Total scam! They left an automated message about charges being filed, etc.

3:13 am!!!!!  sound asleep...now wide awake and shaken over the fact that i was getting a call so late. pissed

Simple solution would be to turn OFF your phone while sleeping and then turn it ON when you wake up if you don't want to be awaken by a call or text.

FYI...ANY number that starts with 555 is a bogus number. That is why you see it as a number on tv and the movies all of the time so some innocent person doesn't get slammed by people calling it. Do not answer ANY call with the 555 prefix.

These bozos called at 6am on a Saturday morning!

I have received this call numerous times. I do not answer. The voicemails are all prerecorded and say a formal complaint has been filed against me and it is urgent that I contact them at a different number, an 866 number.  I know this is a scam as i know all legal formal complaints must come in writing. This I know because about a month ago I was receiving calls saying charges were being filed against me and if "their people" found me before I contacted them there was nothing I could do. Wow. I know. They have also contacted my mothers phone number with the sane voicemail.

Usually I ignore it, but thinking it was about student loans, I answered An autovoice said, "A complainthas been files against (my name) if you have any knowledge of the whereabouts of (my name) please call.." Auto blocked now, but this was the creepiest l.

The left me a message saying that a complaint had been filed against me, they had my full name, and I must call them back because they were investigators with the court and the sheriff would be sent out to arrest me today.   LOL   I blocked them. First of all the court or the police or the IRS will NEVER call you and give you a heads up to an arrest if you do not send them money...  they would just show up and arrest you or garnish your bank account or what ever.... I hate these types of SCAMMERS the most because they prey on people who do not understand how it all works.  They make them afraid and prey on that fear to cheat them out of money..  There is a special place in HELL for these guys and girls!!!

They start calling my house at 6 in the morning. And they call 2 times in a row. I'd like it to stop

Keeps calling my home and doesn't stop or respect to stop the calls

I just recieved the same message today and the same threat. Your not alone.

Yeah mine is the same they say in my case there has been a complaint filed and if I know the where abouts of a person which is one of my children then contact them immediately if you call 888-555-1212 it says no one can be reached at that number

yes, constant harassment phone calls claiming a judgement is against you, so call them immediately.....totally ROBO   crap!!
