Went to their website and copied their email address. Pasted it into every "sign up for daily jokes in your email" website and gay porn feeds as i could find.

They've been calling once a day, every working day, since March 10th (14h02, ekos,com/view), March 11th (14h11, same), March 12th (14h04, same), they took the weekend off, called again on March 15th (14h56, ekos.com/parent), March 16th (14h24, /parent), then they figured out I wasn't answering in the afternoon so they called again on the 16th but this time at 19h03 (/parent).  They haven't called since.

I haven't anwsered any of these anoying calls.

I received the same call. It pisses me off, especially that they're calling my cell now!!!!

rec'd call on cell phone --- "Survey" - on do not call list for cell and home --- still get calls -----   how/why are they getting through ???????

I've been getting calls from this number for a month now.  Almost every weekday at the same time around 6pm - 7pm.

Called Bell to see if I could get that number blocked.  The rep said they cannot block incoming calls.  He didn't go into why they can't block calls.

Can anyone who called EKOS and asked them to be taken off their list confirm whether this actually worked?

I agree with what one user said.  Simply look in your junk folder go to their site and sign up this EKOS company for some good old fashioned junk mail.

I've been called by them several times.  Unfortunately, the Do Not Call Registry does not extend to survey and research companies.  Ekos also calls from 613-235-7215.  Since the system is automated, their website doesn't seem to offer any ways to get off their call list, and they are under no obligation to maintain a do not call list.  

But, since it's automated, I figured the best thing to do was just give them what they wanted...but I didn't even bother listening to the whole question, I just kept hitting "2" until I got to the end.  That was two days ago, so we'll have to see if it takes.

Going in to Tim horton's and these clowns called. They left no message so I called back thinking it was someone calling for a reference. I'll see if they call again tomorrow. You have to wonder, in this world, how many fish they actually get in their boat.

They called me several weeks in a row end of 2009 and they have now started again.   So annoying.  I will look at a government page and email them asking why they say they are Govt and why they are exempt from the 'do not call' list.

Got a call from this number, received a voice mail: (automatic voice) ...enter a draw for $500. Would you say that you think the country is in good condition, bad condition, etc. Erased.

I just received a call from EKOS Research for the 2nd time in a week.

I screamed into the phone that I am on the Do-Not-Call-List and to please remove me from their list and then I let my phone put a very large buzzing noise in their ear so hopefully they will not call back.

i got a call 5:30PM on sept 20 2010 from Ekos Research  i did not answer
