Received the postcard today.  Murfreesboro, TN hit again.

Got a postcard in the mail saying sorry we missed we have a parcel for you. I didn't call the number, instead I googled the number and found that many other people have been receiving the same number.

Just got this today in Murfreesboro, Tn. Sad thing is I was expecting a package from New Zeland. So I tried calling the number, but just got a busy signal. Googled the number and found this. It's was postmarked Jan. 11th from Nashville.

Another card in Murfreesboro. I, too, thought it was a little "fishy".  Glad I checked the web. I wonder what their postage bill is?

Same thing - in Murfreesboro, TN.  Received the card on the 29th of January 2008.  Knew to google it, and found this site.  I called the number and got a recording that asked me to leave the "control number" along with my phone number.  Of course, I did not and called from a phone that I don't use.  I did leave a message stating that I would not be leaving any information because I did not know EWS.  If we all leave messages wasting their time, that would be a good thing.

Received a card from EWS in the mail today. What a joke. one would think this falls under deceptive practice.

Lebanon, TN - same card business scam.

Received the card February 7 in Clarksville, Tennessee. Smelled fishy...

Received the same card Feb 12th, Lebanon, TN. Called the number once just out of curiosity...busy signal. Don't know who EWS is and am not expecting a parcel from anyone at this time. Probably a scam.

got card in Laguardo (Lebanon) area... curious, I called... she would not even give the name of the company without me giving her my control number, said 3 times "Ma'am, can i have your control number", but refused my 3 attempts to find out company name... if this is illegal, who can it be reported to?

I received the same type of postcard in Clarksville, TN last week. It was too generic to be legitimate and was on its way to File 13. I was still curious as to what company sent it so I checked the number on the web.    Thanks for the confirmation.

This is still going on, because I received a card today, Feb. 22, 2008 in Lebanon, TN.

Received the same card here in Lebanon,TN. Has my husband's name on the address label and just now came on to check it out

Feb 28, 2008 Got this card on my door today. Lebanon - Clay Estates area near Friendship Christian school.  Sounded suspicious.  Looked up the phone number on the web and found this.  Thanks for this site!

Got that card just today in the Spring Hill area. Thanks for the info & this website. Will not be calling this number. The number they want me to call is 1-888-727-2350.
