Got the same card in Spring Hill.  Rip-off artists. Maybe somebody should invite them over...

I got the card today and thanks to this web site I want waste anymore time with them.

Did not call the # but decided to check the web first ~ really no doubt in my mind that something just wasn't right about this.

I can't imagine that this would be legal though .. as it looks like it is truly traveling through the USPS. Couldn't they, or someone, stop it?

I got the card 3/11/2008 in Spring Hill, TN. I know the USPS carrier and ask about this card. I was told USPS did not try to deliver a parcel delivery. EWS appears to be located out of Las Vegas as the parent company and this is exactly what it seems like(scam). They must be making money from some unfortunate people or they couldn't afford the 26 cent stamp and printing on the card.

Spring Hill TN got these cards too.  I found a place that will at least hear our complaints on this...It's a government site to report suspected inappropriate or misleading communications.  It took me less than five minutes to file my complaint.

Same thing virtually, although when I called the number, Rachel said she was on another call and she was in the JEWELRY department.  What about that?
My husband birthday next week, so I thought it might be valid in that someone was sending him a present from out of town, but I work from home and nobody tried to deliver anything any day in the past 2 weeks - I was here.

I received the same post card and the same day received an invation to a " free dinner for two" at a nice local restruant to hear about how to save on utilities and water bills. I belive that letter was the "parcel". Maybe both were tied to the Echo Water Systems.

Got one of these "Sorry We Missed You" cards in the mail in Spring Hill, TN. Was suspicious right off since it was mailed... if they missed me, then why didn't they just leave something on the door.

no call but a postcard claiming to have a parcel delivery for me.  My address was on a lable on the front.  EWS was at the top of the card on the back with 'SORRY WE MISSED YOU' & a control#.  Hours to call:  9:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday.  9:00 am to 5:00 pm Friday & 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Saturday.

I received the card on April 5th, in Murfreesboro. Called the number today and got the message (rachel) I'm glad I decided to check this out on-line!

same here....received postal card....claimimg EWS has a parcel delivery for me...I live in Culleoka (Columbia area).

No phone call here but received the blue post card.  Funny thing is that it was forwarded from my previous address that I moved out of over a week ago.  Phone number is not the 1-888-727-2350 but it is actually a local number for me.  Card reads as follows:

I called the number from work.  I work at a military installation so if they somehow manage to complete a charge-back to my phone here, they are now attempting to charge the base which will land them in hot water.  I left a message...we will see if they call back.

No call, but I received a post card from EWS stating "Sorry we missed you! We have a parcel delivery for you."  Tried to call, but line was busy, then I checked the internet and found this is an apparent scam.  I'm in Columbia, TN, and I see my area is a frequent victim.  I'll be trashing this card.

Received the same post card in the mail, someone was home all day and no delivery attempt was made.  I checked the web and discovered this site.  Looks like some kind of scam to me.

I also got one of these cards.  I checked the 210 725-4369 number on "Ice's" postcard and it's a cell phone number out of San Antonio.  I haven't found anything on the 888 number except this forum.  I didn't really find an "Echo Water System"... there's an "EcoWater System" out of Minnesota.
I'll be interested to see if anyone reports any phone company charges.  If you do, then you should dispute them, and report the card to your local Postmaster.

Just got one today (5/9/08) in Old Hickory, TN... Very suspicious w/ the "sorry we missed you" b/c my boyfriend was home the whole time.  Glad I looked it up!
